In an excellent situation in all respects is Eindracht Frankfurt, which in the championship comes from a series of victories with great scores. Its great power the aggressive line, as it scores at any time and in any way. Obviously, he has the first word against Apollo Limassol, but Cypriots are countless and can not exclude a certain end in Germany

Today they cross their ... swords and test their forces, but Arsenal is in shape and coming from a big winning streak. As long as we are looking forward to an attractive and interesting showdown and why not to offer us a score and a show

Chelsea vs BATE Borisov

The Europa League enters its third round of games this week and Chelsea welcome Belarusian side BATE Borisov to Stamford Bridge for this 8pm kick-off tonight in this Group L game. The home side will be looking to make it three wins from three games in the group stage.

Chelsea continue to enjoy life under Maurizio Sarri. The Blues are 3rd in the Premier League and only 2 points off the top. However, just 1 win in their last 4 league games has seen form stutter. In fairness to Sarri's side, they remain unbeaten and two of the three games where they dropped points were against Liverpool and Chelsea.

In the Europa League, it's been a business-like approach. Two 1-0 wins against PAOK and MOL Vidi have rewarded Chelsea with the six points they have wanted after two matches and has also seen them keep clean sheets. The Blues fans will be hoping they can continue that fine form here.

BATE Borisov have had mixed fortunes in the Europa League so far. A 2-0 victory away to MOL Vidi appeared to suggest the Belarusian side would be a team to put a spanner in the works. However, a crushing 4-1 defeat at home to PAOK has severely dented their qualification hopes for the last 32 already.

It is even worse for BATE in the fact that on the four occasions they have previously encountered British opposition they have lost three of those games. All meetings came in the group stage of the Europa League and the only win came against an under-strength Everton during the 2009/10 season.

If Chelsea win this game then it will be the first time that the Blues have won their three opening matches of a group stage in an elite European competition since 2010/11. It is also worth noting that even though Chelsea have only won 1-0 in both group games so far they are the team that has managed to get the most shots off on goal (50). That's 7 more than any other team. So could BATE be in for a hiding here?

My feeling is that Chelsea could be rampant here. BATE are a tough side to beat on the road. In European competition this season, they haven't lost on the road but the standard of opposition hasn't come close to one like Chelsea yet. I can see them making this hard work for Chelsea but I think Chelsea have enough to get the job done convincingly here.

Away dogs up to 5.99 get draws about 35% of the time in this round over the 10 years I've been keeping track, and the same is true of big home dogs of up to 4.99 (more like 40%). Betis, Vorskla, Sporting, Zurich, and Bordeaux are all in these ranges. I'd consider Zurich and Betis to be the most likely based on past results.

Rangers vs Spartak Moscow

The Europa League has gone well for Rangers so far who top Group G and Steve Gerrard's team could take a big step towards the last 32 with a win here at home against Russian Premier League side Spartak Moscow. It's an 8pm kick-off at Ibrox and a victory could put the Glasgow team within one win of the next phase.

Rangers are clearly a work-in-progress under Gerrard. Their league form could be better but with just 2 defeats in their first 9 league games and sitting in 5th place, just 2 points off 2nd, it could be a lot worse. The only issue is that the Gers are already 8 points off the surprise leaders Hearts.

In Europe, things have been a lot more positive. Navigating their way through the Europa League qualification process saw them beat Shkupi, Osijek, Maribor, and Ufa keeping 5 clean sheets in those 8 games. That form has transferred into the group stage where they have drawn 2-2 away with Villarreal and battered Rapid Vienna 3-1 at home. In both of those games, Gerrard's team needed to come from behind to get the points but that is proof of their resolve as a team.

Spartak Moscow are not looking quite so rosy in the Europa League. The Russian side are positioned bottom of the group with just 1 point from their opening two matches. A 2-0 loss away to Rapid Vienna was followed up by an eventful 3-3 draw at home to Villarreal. Two goals in the final 8 minutes had appeared to steal all three points for the host side but a penalty by Santi Cazorla in the fourth minute of added-on time snatched a draw for the Spaniards.

It means Spartak have now played four matches in Europe this season and still remain without a victory. Defeat here could be seriously detrimental to their hopes of progressing to the next phase. They will be hoping to take their recent league form of back-to-back wins and use that to inspire a positive result here.

The biggest factor here is Spartak sacking their head coach Massimo Carrera on Monday this week. Raul Riancho takes charge in a caretaker role. It's a desperate act by a board that felt 6th place in the Russian Premier League and bottom of the Europa League group clearly wasn't acceptable. Will it turn the club's form around? It's a big ask for this away game. A united Rangers could make a dysfunctional Spartak squad pay for their current transition.

Qarabag - Vorskla Under 2.5 goals

Qarabag have failed to score in their two EL group matches so far. They are generally performing much better at home that away... but they are not prolific goal-scorers.

Vorskla were destroyed at Arsenal but were leading 1:0 at home against Sporting until the 90-th minute when they managed to concede 2 goals and lost the match.

I believe these two teams are at a similar level so I am expecting a tight match without too many goal-scoring opportunities.

I am placing a small bet on under 2.5 goals, odds around 1.6

RB Leipzig - Celtic - home win and both teams to score

Leipzig have left some of their starts on the bench (e.g. Poulsen, Werner) so the may have underestimated Celtic. Leipzig had a terrible first half against Salzburg so I am hoping they will allow Celtic to score. Then in the second half I expect them to turn the match around and get a 2:1 or 3:1 win.

Odds 2.85 with pinnacle and around 2.65 with bet365.
