  1. Right, not all clubs can fulfill the requirements for the 1st Bundesliga license. Also, FC Liefering is not eligible for promotion because they are a Salzburg farm team. A couple of seasons back, I was assessing the motivation of the second bundesliga teams and was surprised that a bunch of midtable teams were aspiring for promotion despite being adrift of the leaders by many points. Here's an article that I found back then which was explaining the situation: https://www.skysportaustria.at/lafnitz-klubchef-loidl-bestaetigt-wir-suchen-um-keine-lizenz-fuer-die-oberste-bundesliga-an/
  2. Well this is strange, I remember absolutely clearly that the site started redirecting me a long time ago, like 3 years or so, and not this season. One reasonable explanation is that the redirect only worked for certain geographies, so the site behaved differently for different countries, which is technically possible. Interestingly, the SoccerVista twitter account "soccervista" abruptly became silent (they stopped tweeting) in June 2018; looks like something happened at that time, I just don't know what it was. Anyway, thanks for the tip of the day info. My understanding is that SoccerVista generates all the data automatically based on statistics, without human intervention. I'm generally sceptical about statistcs-based bets, but it wouldn't be wise to ignore something that works, will have a look.
  3. Wow, the new site works. I had been using soccervista on a regular basis until it disappeared a few years back. I assumed at the time it had been taken over by betexplorer. Soccervista had very useful features like list all matches for a specific date, and accumulated league statistics, I liked that a lot. Thanks guys for bringing this up and for pointing to the new site (there's a typo in harry_rag's post but the name newsoccervista.com is obvious).
  4. Wolves (1) 2.30 Southampton (1) 1.70 Tottenham (2) 1.73 triple 10 pts please
  5. Athletic Bilbao (1) 2.25 Herta Berlin (1) 2.30 double 15 pts please
  6. At stake here is of course the third place in the group which gives a slot in the Europa League knockout stage next spring. Neither of the teams is a Europeam giant and both do care about EL, so plenty of motivation on both sides. For me, Rennes is the better team here, and I'll be going for Rennes DNB. As for 'boring', well Krasnodar may be suckers who haven't won a single really important decisive game in years but credit to them, they try to play nice attacking style and are always entertaining to watch.
