  1. Hi all Couple of matches have caught my eye this week and after a good start to season predicting, i kind of fell off the rails last week, but hey these are just the ideas of an internet bampot so tail at your own risk My nap for this week is the Jags at home to QOS. Ian McCall answered thistles calling two games ago when they sacked Caldwell, this raised eyebrows as he was doing a sterling job at Ayr. McCall is a thistle legend. His impact has been immediate in his first league game last week as they navigated what on paper was a gimmie for Caley thistle up North. A resounding
  2. Hi there late shout as per, two fixtures that hold my attention this week both come in the SPL. Hamilton are an average side and look to gain an advantage on a plastic pitch at home, but what if a team that also plays their home games on a plastic pitch come calling, Livingston on paper have a better team and with Hamilton's main hold up man Oakley banned for this game, i think Hamilton will struggle to beat a physical Livingston side, good game for LIvingston to get back to winning ways and i think the 5/4 for the away win is good value. Have Hearts turned the corner, they certainly
  3. Great picks like i said I had 100 on steeler +6 turned to be the weakest pick from what i thought was my nap, but still won i had 30 on agoholar anytime i had 10 on panthers steelers giants rams they all came in i had 5 on panthers dolphins jets steelers rams giants that only failed due to a garbage time td by cowboys. overall thanks to your picks i killed it so thanks again (y)
  4. i placed singles on your 4 selections and parlayed the 4, just waiting on the rams but even if they don't come in excellent calls im 3/3 atm based on your picks
  5. Murderwell, is your mother well, Motherwell... who would've thought that the steelmen would be 3rd in the table. Having already dispatched the two Edinburgh giants easily already this season their solitary loss was at home to Celtic which is no disgrace in itself. Well play an expansive game under Robinson and are blessed with a lot of pace middle to front and this is causing teams all kinds of problems. Winger/Striker seedorf already looks like he could be one of the finds of the season and with a bucket load of goals coming from Hylton and Donnelly in midfield, well have goals in this team.
  6. As i thought Aitchison came off the bench to score on his debut for FGR last week, it was the only goal in the game, he also hit the post. Going by FGR fans he was a class above when he came on. I have watched his development at Celtic, clever young player. i think he will score for fun in league 2 this season. I see he has been given a start at home to colchester, i have had a cheeky wee nibble at 6-1 first goal scorer.
  7. Hi folks i have an interest in two games in the Scottish leagues this weekend. Dundee at home to Alloa. Dundee actually didn't play that bad in the Dundee Derby but were at the end of a freak 6-2 scoreline against a rejuvenated Utd side. This is the classic bounce back game you would want against perennial strugglers Alloa Athletic. Alloa a team too good for league 1 but too poor for the championship. They will be relegated yet again this season and Dundee will have too much for them at dens park. This has been compounded with the fact that vet kpr Neil Parry is out for the season for All
  8. Jack Aitchison Celtic u21 striker joined Forest Green on loan last night. He was a prolific striker in the Celtic development team and seen as one for the future. He knows where the goal is, might worth a look at Forest Greens odds at the weekend
  9. Hi there and welcome to the new season from me, i usually like to start peaking in at the end of september where leagues usually settle down a bit and true quality and form rise to the top, not an exact science i know :D. Anyhow i couldn't help myself and will place a suggestion for the old firm game tomorrow. I think the books have been caught up in the hysteria surrounding Rangers recent revival under Stevie G. i am not typing this up with the green tinted glasses on, i try and look at this objectively. First of all the 3.00 on Celtic is absolutely massive. The books have decided
  10. I have one bet i like this weekend in the Scottish Leagues not much of a write-up Falkirk at home to Alloa slightly odds on Decent home form of late unbeaten in 5, have the gipsies on Alloa this season 7 points out of 9 so far. Alloa are a league 1 side, this matchup will reinforce this. Take Falkirk at 1.86
  11. Forfar athletic are a massive price at home to Arbroath, this game is far closer than the books would make you think. A few facts Forfars recent home form is the best in the division of late 7 league wins in a row. This is a local derby, 15miles separate the two teams, Arbroath have taken their foot off the gas recently with only 1 win in their last 5 games. Forfar will play Arbroath hard today By no means a certain win, 3.70 with Ladbrokes is too big a price for me to ignore Also 4 other bets i really like are Motherwell, Dundee Utd, Dumbarton and
  12. a few bets I like in the Scottish program this weekend. A safe bet I think is Motherwell at home to Hamilton at odds 1.75 Motherwell's well documented 6 game win streak came to an abrupt halt at the hands of Celtic they then drew away to Killie at rugby park too tuff fixtures. This game should see Motherwell kick back into action at home in the Lanarkshire derby v Hamilton. the fixtures between the two are an even split this season with a win apiece however after watching both teams play recently my gut tells me that Motherwell will out muscle Accies today. Take Motherwell to win
  13. Hi all i try and not post unless i have a bet i really like, but this is just my view so make your own choices. First pick is Partick Thistle away to Alloa in Scottish Championship. There are signs that the jags are slowly turning the corner, and not before long, some solid form now in the championship, unbeaten in their last 4 games and coming off a two game win streak. This is not bottom of the table form and the away trip to perennial strugglers Alloa is welcome who are on a 3 game losing streak. (alloa are one of those limbo clubs, too good for SFL1 too bad for SFL championshi
  14. For those looking for a fairly solid treble...I have been researching recent form and head to heads and for me you cant really look far beyond Arbroath, Ross County, and Peterhead this weekend. They have in recent times the so called gypsies on their respective opponents today. Treble pays 3.35-1 at Ladbrokes For those that are even more adventurous you can add East Fife, Airdrie, Hearts and Edinburgh to the mix in any combo. Obviously i'm not an expert and opinions are like arseholes .....
