Actually, looking at the stats now, that was a very impressive performance from Smith, it just happened to coincide with a below par effort from Williams. Smith is such a frustrating player, when he's on his game, he's one of the best players in the world, but it only happens now and again.

I think Galopin Des Champs has ran a mighty fine race there finishing a close but well beaten third . 2.4m is not his trip at all and it’s obvious they use this race to blow any cow webs away after his break . I’m hoping he gets his third gold cup before the natural decline comes as he gets older . He won the Savills , Irish Gold Cup and Cheltenham Gold Cup last season and here’s hoping all goes well again.

The Panthers are playing against a wounded Chiefs team whose 15 game unbeaten record came to a halt last week. I expect Patrick Mahomes to make the Panthers pay big time. (3) Buccs to win ATS -6.0 points @ 10/11. The Buccs are 11-3 against the spread on the road. They need a victory here, whilst the Giants without their QB look like they are happy to lose and improve their draft pick. (4) 49Ers to win Moneyline @ 11/10. Close but not quite - as @harry_rag mentioned I got a run so no complaints. I'll try another home dog at a decent price with MGM and that's Ipswich. They're 6.50 and as there's a new manager in place with new ideas there's got to be a chance of teething problems. Couple that with Ipswich trending slightly upwards and playing reasonably well and with any luck I'll get another run at least.
