  1. Ten races from ITV - a bumper afternoon for us racing enthusiasts. Good luck and here are my views. Haydock 1.15 The first of five races covered by the ITV team at the Lancashire track is the valuable three year old handicap Betfred Silver Bowl Handicap run over a mile with a field of thirteen going to post. The ground at the Lancashire course will be very testing with plenty of rain falling on top of 5mm of watering put down by the course on Tuesday (how crazy was that!). One horse who will love testing ground and has a good record here is the Tom Dascombe trained Nellie Leylax whose form figures on soft or worse read 111441. He’s up 5lb for making all over course and distance last month and is a serious player here. The other two on my shortlist are top weight Blue Lemons who also appears to relish soft ground and course and distance soft ground maiden winner Candonomore. The pick has to be Nellie Leylax with a small each way saver on Tim Easterby’s Candonomore. NELLIE LEYLAX 1 point each way @ 13-2 William Hill 1/5th 1234 CANDONOMORE 1/2 point each way @ 9-1 Coral 1/5th 1234 Goodwood 1.30 The first of two races covered by the ITV cameras at the Sussex track is this competitive three year old 7F class 2 handicap which is run around a bend which gives those drawn low a big advantage. The winner of the last ten renewals were drawn in 3,6,3,2,3,2,4,11,5 and 3. With such a bias we’ll just concentrate on those drawn in single figures. Andrew Balding’s Al Shabab Storm heads the short list having circumnavigated the whole field from a poor draw at Chester last time when surprisingly well supported. He’s already won at the track and has drawn stall 4. Expect Harry Davies to make the most of that draw and run a big race. The most unexposed runner is the Ralph Beckett trained Qirat who’s making his handicap debut having been gelded and a market move for him would be very interesting. From stall 2 Newsreader from the Kevin Philippart De Foy stable starts out in handicaps from a reasonable mark and can make his presence tell but it has to be Al Shabab Storm for me. AL SHABAB STORM 1 point each way @ 5/1 BetVictor 1/5th 12345 Haydock 1.50 The days feature race at the Lancashire track is the Group 2 Temple Stakes run over a distance of 5F. Ten horses have declared for the race with the highest rated in the field Live In The Dream whose not been seen since flopping at the Breeders Cup last November and his trainer, Adam West stating in the week that he will need the run. He’s opposable with the horse who beat him in the Palace House Stakes on soft ground at Newmarket a year ago, Vadream the one to be with. His soft ground (or worse) form figures read 7131731 and is a real mudlark who will relish the conditions. The Australian horse Asfoora may well also need the run reading between the lines of recent comments from his connections and a bigger threat may come from one of the three three year olds in the shape of the Andrew Balding trained Flora Of Bermuda who showed last year that he likes soft ground by winning well at Goodwood in August. He’s worth a small each way saver. VADREAM 1 point each way @ 5/1 William Hill 1/5th 123 FLORA OF BERMUDA 1/2 point each way @ 22/1 Betfred 1/5th 1234 Goodwood 2.05 The Height Of Fashion Stakes is a listed race for three year old fillies and the last real Oaks trial for next weekend and is run over a trip of 10F. The highest rated in the field is the Charlie Johnston trained Francophone who was runner up in the Musidora at York earlier in the month. That was a weak renewal however and she had previously won a Southwell handicap (second has won since mind). John & Thady Gosden’s Regal Jubilee was my each way pick in the 1000 Guineas and although blowing out there I do feel she’s better than that run and hopefully a step up in trip here will suit this Cheveley Park Stud owned three year old. Previously to the 1000 Guineas she had finished a neck ahead of the eventual 1000 Guineas winner Elmalka which may suggest there was something amiss at Newmarket. Despite a 3lb penalty for a listed win on heavy ground last November at Newmarket she’s worth one last chance to prove she has a decent future. REGAL JUBILEE 1 point each way @ 4/1 BetVictor 1/5th 123 Haydock 2.25 Eight have declared for the Group 2 Sandy Lane Stakes run over a distance of 6F and used as a trial for the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot next month. It’s hard to look beyond Simon & Ed Crisford’s Vandeek who looked very smart as a juvenile winning all four of his starts culminating in a Group 1 double at Deauville and Newmarket with the victory at the former being gained on very soft ground. With conditions unlikely to worry him he can take this en route to Royal Ascot. The each way value against him may lie with Andrew Balding’s Purosangue who’s proven on soft and had one of today’s opponents Esquire 3/4L behind in second when winning at York in the mud last October. He may chase home the favourite. VANDEEK 2 points win @ 8/11 William Hill PUROSANGUE 1/2 point each way @ 9/1 bet365 1/5th 123 York 2.45 The first of two races covered by the ITV team is this class 2 5f handicap. Top weight Korker carried my tip when running well at the last York meeting when finishing strongly to take fourth behind Clarendon House and looks sure to be thereabouts although a mark of 107 looks plenty high enough. Charlie Hills’s Rabaah was a bit disappointing on his re-appearance and drops to the minimum trip here. He’s another with a chance. The horse I like however is Ralph Beckett’s Starlust who since he finished runner up in a decent nursery at the Ebor meeting last year has kept top grade company including when third, beaten 1 1/4L to Big Evs in the Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint last November. This represents a drop in class and as a three year old gets a healthy 8lb age allowance for this time of the year. Beckett is beginning to get rolling with his yard and he looks good each way value now dropped to the minimum trip. STARLUST 1 point each way @ 9/1 William Hill 1/5th 1234 Haydock 3.00 Seven have declared for this class 3 7F 0-90 handicap although I do get the feeling that the current favourite English Oak could be pulled out due to the wet conditions. He was pulled out on good to soft last year at York so one would think that today’s terrain will be too slow for him. Let’s hope he runs as he is very opposable. In contrast Zip will love the conditions and should run a big race although at the prices I think it’s worth backing Ed Dunlop’s Sterling Knight. He’s two from two at the track, has dipped under his last turf winning mark and is a winner on heavy ground. Morgan Cole claims 5lb and gets the leg up here which further reduces his weight and he can run well each way. STERLING KNIGHT 1 point each way @ 10/1 bet365 1/5 123 York 3.20 A healthy field of ten have declared for this Group 3 1M 6F Brontë Cup Fillies’ Stakes. Last year’s winner River Of Stars is the highest rated of the ten and Ralph Beckett’s five year old took this by a short head on his seasonal re-appearance last year so a lack of a recent outing is unlikely to be an issue for Rossa Ryan’s mount. She should run well along with the likes of Jack Channon’s Gather Ye Rosebuds although that one wants very deep ground it seems. William Haggas saddles an interesting runner in Safety Catch who won a listed race on the all-weather at Lingfield when last seen in November. A tricky enough contest but it’s Beckett’s River Of Stars who is the selection. RIVER OF STARS 1 point win @ 7/2 Coral Haydock 3.30 A decent sized field of fifteen gather for this class 2 2M 0-100 handicap. The race has a very open look about it with many holding claims. Top weight Nothing To Sea would be amongst them who was last seen winning at Sandown over 1M 6F 303 days ago. This longer trip will no doubt suit and he should run well if tuned up. Ian Williams’s Law Of The Sea was runner up to the re-opposing Solent Getaway in this race last years and ran well at Chester at their May meeting. He too has claims along with Tim Easterby’s bottom weight Zimmerman who looks the value pick of the field. 2lb higher than when winning over course and distance last August on heavy ground he’ll have no problems with the muddy conditions and with a record here which reads 181 and conditions in his favour can run a big race at a nice price. ZIMMERMAN 1 point each way @ 10/1 bet365 1/5th 1234 Curragh 3.40 Just eight three year old colts run in the Tattersalls Irish 2000 Guineas in which we have a very warm favourite in the shape of the Richard Hannon trained Rosallion. He was the only horse to put it up to Notable Speech in the English version going down by 1 1/2L in second place with stable mate Haatem 3 1/4L back in third and looks held here. A smart two year old he has an excellent chance as long as the ground doesn’t go very soft he can beat the Aidan O’Brien trio of River Tiber, Unquestionable (1L behind the pick in France last back end) and Mountain Bear. He is a strong selection. ROSALLION 2 points win @ 10/11 bet365

  2. Hi all, just posting here again incase we have same issues as yesterday. TumbleweedKing filling in for The Brigadier who is having a day off. Good luck if following, but hopefully a winner or two listed below. NAP 3-15 Huntingdon - BREAKING COVER Breaking Cover has only really had a handful of starts for Anthony Honeyball but he was travelling really well last time when coming to grief three from home. He would have had a big say in the finish, but he has been given plenty of time to recover and with Sam Twiston-Davies placing Rex Dingle in the saddle, the pair ought to be able to do a little bit better. He has fitness on his side compared to a few of his main rivals and this looks a decent opportunity for him to finally gain a win over hurdles. DAILY TIPS 1-55 Leicester - CORSICAN CAPER Corsican Caper has been in tremendous form and bounced back to winning ways at Haydock in a similar event last time. Although he is trying to win off a career high mark and has been in good form, the same cannot be said of his rivals here this afternoon. Many have struggled to put a couple of good runs together and have had easier opportunities than this in the past. Although this is just two days after his latest outing, he looks more than capable of getting involved once more. 3-45 Yarmouth - HOVER ON THE WIND Hover On The Wind scored a first ever career success when winning over this course and distance last time out. This is his third outing here in a row and he will be hoping to back up that win with another one off a six-pound higher mark. Silvestre De Sousa is back on board despite Marco Ghiani winning on him last time, but the Brazilian jockey knows him like the palm of his had having ridden him plenty in the past. With that confidence boosting success on the board, he looks likely to improve again and can make it back-to back wins here at Yarmouth. 4-05 Cartmel - BOOMBAWN Boombawn takes a notable step back in trip for Dan and Harry Skelton in this handicap chase over an extended two miles. The seven-year-old son of Dylan Thomas made it two wins from his last three starts over a few furlongs further at Warwick last time on what was his debut over the larger obstacles. Connections clearly feel he has the speed for this shorter trip and they will be hoping that his impeccable jumping holds strong. There is still more to come from in this sphere from him and no surprise to see him go well. 4-15 Leicester - MUDSKIPPER (E/W) Mudskipper backers will be hoping he can live up to his name as he makes his second appearance of the season. The ground on his seasonal reappearance looked a bit too fast for him, but a return to a surface with a bit more give will certainly be in his favour. He has won over this one mile trip in the past and David Menusiers’ runners have tended to need their first run back. The booking of David Egan really catches the eye as he is one from one on horses for the stable this year. There looks to be further improvement to come and not without a chance. 5-55 Leicester - MOON OVER THE SEA (E/W) Moon Over The Sea could well bounce back to form in this closing handicap at Leicester. The five-year-old has enjoyed a positive campaign on the all-weather and he now bids to continue that on grass. The drop back to a mile was probably what found him out last time and no surprise to see Declan Carroll move him back up a couple of furlongs here. Rossa Ryan knows the horse well and has won on him three times previously. Many of his rivals are woefully out of firm here and no surprise to see a better performance this time around. ACCA 3-05 Leicester - MATSURI Matsuri comes here on the back of a six month break and bids to continue from where he left off. The classily bred son of Sea The Stars stayed on well over a mile at Kempton when last seen to just get up and deny Brioni by a neck. It comes as no great surprise to see him step up in trip here and further improvement can be found for it. The form of that last race is working out quite well and Roger Varian looks to have another decent type on his hands. 4-55 Huntingdon - SALVATORE Salvatore got up to win his first race over hurdles last time and connections will be hopping that he can back that up here. He has had a good five week break since and Paul O’Brien is once again in the saddle. He was held up for a late run last time and did all of his best work in the closing stages at Kempton last time out. The form is beginning to work out as the sixth placed horse (Eric Carmen) has come out and franked the form subsequently. With a newly found confidence, he can carry on improving and rates as a danger to all. 5-20 Leicester - ALLONSY Allonsy represents a very much in form Ralph Beckett team. The three-year-old filly was beaten only a short head on her seasonal reappearance at Windsor just last month. The stable are enjoying some good results of late and connections will be hoping that this Kirsten Rausing owned filly can get off the mark on what is her second run of the year. The step up in trip clearly brought about the required improvement in her last time and can do so again here. Rossa Ryan takes over in the saddle for the first time and the pair should prove to be the ones to beat.

  7. Indeed not If it wasn't for @Zilzalian persuading me of the benefit of lucky 15s I wouldn't have made over £1k profit last year on them I used to measure all my profits on level stakes profit until I was persuaded to use AE as a measure and this considerably improved my success rate @harry_rag has pointed me in the right direction with football bets and this has indirectly led me to improve the way I select my horse bets by using P values I am sure there are many others on here who have helped including @Trotter who has stoked my interest in speed figures which may lead to untold riches ! We are never too old to learn

  9. Hi all, TumbleweedKing in for The Brigadier today and although all today's were uploaded, there appears to be an error not feeding them through. Pease find attached the selections for today's racing below; Nap of the day 3-14 @ Fontwell - MISTER UPTON (6/4) Local trainer Chris Gordon could be in for a good day and his five year old gelding can follow up his comfortable course and distance victory from eighteen days ago on his fencing debut. On similar ground to today’s he defeated a good yardstick in the shape of the in form My Gift To You and a 8lb rise in the weights is unlikely to stop him from being highly competitive again under Rex Dingle who was on board last time. DAILY TIPS 3-10 @ THE CURRAGH - AUGUSTE RODIN (4/6) Last year’s English and Irish Derby winner who also scored in the Irish Champion Stakes and the Breeders Cup Turf has to put a very disappointing run in the Sheema Classic behind him here. That run came 57 days ago and this looks an excellent opportunity to get his season back on track in this 1M 2 1/2F Group 1 Tattersalls Gold Cup under Ryan Moore. He’s officially rated 11lb and upwards superior to his seven opponents the best of whom may well turn out to be Adrian Murray’s Elegant Man who is making his turf debut. 3-45 @ THE CURRAGH - OPERA SINGER (9/4) The Irish 1000 guineas has attracted a field of fourteen and can give Aidan O’Brien his first classic of the 2024 season with his Opera Singer who is the pick of Ryan Moore from the four O’Brien runners here. She was a smart juvenile winning three of her five starts culminating in an emphatic 5L win of the Group 1 Prix Marcel Boussac on Arc De Triomphe day at Longchamp in October. She’s had her issues since apparently but maybe able to outclass her rivals today with the Karl Burke trained Fallen Angel her main danger having stepped forward for her run in the English 1000 Guineas. 3-50 @ FONTWELL - BALLYFINN (7/1) This looks a very winnable nine runner class 4 handicap hurdle and it maybe worth chancing Anthony Honeyball’s handicap debutant Ballyfin especially if strong in the market. His best run in three Irish point to points came when runner up to Bective Abbey (winner since under rules for Nicky Henderson) in January 2023 and ran his best race, of three, over hurdles when fifth (beaten 17 1/2L) at Ascot on his rules debut last November. His initial handicap mark of 110 looks workable with Rex Dingle in the plate. 4-15 @ THE CURRAGH - MUNDI (3/1) It seems highly significant that Ryan Moore has presumably chosen this once raced three year old ahead of the likes of the top rated Chief Little Rock (Wayne Lordan)and could be the one to be on today. By Galileo he’s a full brother to four winners including 2000 Guineas winner Churchill and made a winning debut when relatively easy to back 44 days ago at Dundalk. He’s going to need to step up considerably on that to take this Group 3 Gallinule Stakes but he’s obviously been pleasing his trainer Aidan O’Brien since so is the selection here. 5-00 @ FONTWELL - SANDY BROOK (9/4) Chris Gordon can double up at the track following Mister Upton in the 3.14 with his nine year old Sandy Brook who will be ridden by the trainer’s son Freddie who’s good value for his 5lb claim. He was on board when running out a ready 7L winner of a similar handicap at Plumpton on good ground a fortnight ago. This looks a very winnable race with many question marks over his opposition and he can deliver once more. 5-35 @ FONTWELL - CAWTHORNE BANKER (7/4) This looks a great opportunity for Jonjo & A J O’Neill’s only runner on the card to go one better than his slightly unlucky runner up spot at Ludlow a fortnight ago. He had previously run out a ready winner at Kempton on good ground and off of just a one pound higher mark than his latest run should be thereabouts in a very winnable class 5 2M 1 1/2f handicap hurdle. DAILY ACCUMULATOR 3-00 @ UTTOXETER - BIG BLUE MOON (5/4) Big Blue Moon looks destined to build following his wins at Warwick and Hereford earlier in the season. The form of that last race has not been franked as such but a couple of horses in behind have come out to be placed subsequently since including Notnowlinda and My Chiquita. He has won on ground as soft as this in the past, so conditions ought not to be a problem. The seven-year-old is also more than capable at this trip and Stan Sheppard should be able to give him another competent ride. 4-10 @ UTTOXETER - NEXT LEFT (11/10) Next Left took the step up in trip in his stride when bouncing back to form at Warwick last time out. Despite a five-pound penalty here, he was doing all of his best work in the closing stages, so it is no surprise to see him step up in trip yet again. Dan Skelton is back on board the eight-year-old gelding who is proven over the three mile trip and the pair look set to give another bold bid. He should have too much speed for the veteran Higgs, who also comes here in good form. 4-45 @ UTTOXETER - KADO DE JOIE (6/5) Kado De Joie has only had a handful of runs and put in another decent performance when last seen at Warwick. He was a solid third to King’s Castle, but was only beaten a little over two lengths. With the yard slowly but surely coming back to form, the four-year-old gelding has to be considered a live threat to all here. There is no issue with the trip and Nico De Boinville is back in the saddle. He is the only jockey to have won on him before and the pair are shortlist material.

  19. Like what has kind of been said, each to their own. What i will add/say is this...I still class myself as a novice who now has, what year is it now, about 4/5 or maybe 6 years worth of flat racing knowledge, nothing at all in my eyes compared to a lot of guys/girls on here, but what i'd noticed with my betting about 2 years ago was that i was now betting on horses at stupid prices, prices that i would never have entertained 3,4 or 5 years ago and by stupid i mean anything from 3-1 to 9-1. (Never will i bet, or have i ever bet, a single on anything that's odds-on up to 11-4) I had noticed that i was not having as much fun as i used to and i put that down to not getting my buzz from a long shot winner or even a place, short price winners mean nothing to me and i was having more bets on them and less on the big priced nags that i loved. Luckily for me i noticed what had happened, with the extra knowledge and help from people on this site, i was looking at certain things that i never used to and was ruling out quite a lot of the bigger priced horses and was left with the shorties. I have found that i can't un-learn what i now know so i find it more difficult to find the big price winners, but i do find them believe it or not, just always seem to pick the wrong one for the Naps comp! People will say what i do is Wrong, but what you have to understand is what i stake has hardly changed from when i started, £2 win and £1 ew and i will very rarely change that, so betting £2 on a 1-4 shot to get 50p is not for me. With some of the shorter priced horses i bet on now it's £2 win on odds up to 20-1, a judgement call on odds from 22-1 to 33-1 (depends on places/extra places and runners) and ew for any odds above that, 90% of the time, again depends. I've rambled on again, as usual, but like i started this with, it's each to their own, there are tips and advise for any one who wants it and although i have never met any one on this site, i know who to trust and i know who talk a good game, the main thing is, i believe, is that no one on here wants anyone to get into gambling debt/problems and you seem like me in that you have your amount that you can afford to play with and what will be, will be, so good luck to you and everybody else on however you bet, just keep it fun.

  20. My picks this week By my numbers Scheffler is well clear of the pack, he's ranked #1 on 6 of the 16 key metrics that I've focused on for this event. ...but I can't justify backing him at 3/1. Morikawa has very strong numbers in all those key areas (bar putting: where he's 121st across the last 2 seasons in strokes gained putting) and he's as well placed as anyone to challenge him, especially coming off a strong showing (tied for 4th) at the PGA Championship. But my biggest stake bet this week will be on Max Homa - who is comparable to Morikawa with his irons and Stokes Gained in general...but both putts & scrambles better - at a bigger price. It's a gamble, as his accuracy off the tee would need some improving this week and that's a tricky part of this course.

  21. Just starting a discussion about the big races this weekend .....not sure what the ground will be yet .....with scattered showers currently on the soft side ....it's possible it might dry and go off good sft ..... The derby is a bit of a puzzle .....all hinging on what city of Troy is ....certainly looks an o brien derby type but I've got to remain neutral and give the computer all the form as I see it and let it decide ... Derby Ambient friendly 8.9. Class 65 Ancient wisdom. 8.7 class 99 Illinois 8.3. class 60 City of Troy 8.0 ? ++ Dancing Gemini. 7.9 Diego valzquez. 7.6 Macduff. 7.6 Los Angeles. 7.4 Dallas star 7.1 Portland 7.1 Seyadati sedati. 7.0 Gods window. 6.7 Voyage. 6.7 Bellum Justum. 6.7 Diera mile. 6.5 Euphrates 6.5 Euphoric 6.5 Defiance 6.5 Padesha 6.5 Kamboo 6.5 Mister Hampstead 6.5 Tabletalk 6.5 Ambient friendly looks the form choice overall and has been heavily backed into around 9/2.....an ient wisdom steps up in trip from 10f but has a much higher class rating so if gets the distance he could easily spring a surprise .....Illinois was annilated by ambient friendly so I can't see that one being a danger but is priced at big prices (33?). So.could be a value Ew bet especially if could get 4 places or better ......before betting was suspended on Betfair there was 7.0 and 7.8 available and that looks value bets on top two so if that is still available when betting resumes I'll be taking that on top two ......interesting and classy race

    French Open 2024

Some of the results yesterday were just shocking. Draper losing ... seriously, he was 23 to 100 to win. For me not value in anything under 2 to 10 Shnaider lost odds 1.15 Krejcikova was 1.14 French open winner who can't win a match at the French since. Man she was awful. 55+ unforced in 21 games is a joke at pro level. I like a small treble today. Norrie to beat Kotov, Begu to beat Riera and Bogdan to beat Jacqemont (around 2.2 to 1) Norrie does not have the game to beat the big boys, but it definitely works well against the 57+ rankings. Begu is very good at the 2 set win and the 2-0 sets is also an option. I like Bogdan. Always seems to get a tough major draw, but this matchup looks like 1 way traffic to me. Jacquemot having a rough 2024. In the longer shots I have three bets. All taken as singles Fils v Arnaldi . Arnaldi to win at odds around 2.3. Fils gets very emotional and the boorish French crowd will turn it into a circus. I think the emotion will cost Fils. I watched him a few weeks ago v Lajovic, and he got emotional and lost his focus. Kecmanovic v Monteiro . Monterio to win at odds of evens. Monteiro coming though qualies but he beat Kecmanovic in Rome (close 3 setter, as well as beating Thompson and Monfils). Kalinskaya v Clara Burel. Burel beat Svitolina recently and it was not fluke. Being a former junior #1 means that technically you are very very good. You need physicality and body growth, as well as game growth as the body adapts. Burel is serving better (much harder), and hitting the ball harder, and she is small, which makes it even more impressive. Kalinskaya also lost 4 of her last 6 clay court matches, and had a retirement. She is just here to collect her 75K USD.

  33. 1:58 at Market Rasen. There's a horse at 1/9, ITTACK BLUE. Ridden by Harry Skelton, trained by Dan Skelton. This is 2 miles & 125 yards over hurdles. Fair enough. The next favourite is INDEPENDENT JIMMY, @ 6 or 7 to 1. I'll have a double today, each way... INDEPENDENT JIMMY and 3:28 @ Market Rasen GODS OWN GETAWAY 15/8.

  35. 7x7x7x7 = 2,401. 7/1x7/1x7/1x7/1 =4,096 all 4 7/1 winners on a lucky 15 is 9x9x9x9 =6,561 ((knock the 1 off if it is a £1.00 for accuracy)) I have gone to great pains in the past to produce many explanations and a how to calculate a L15/31/63 post and posted them on this site it is a great pity that some people who are involved in the Lucky 15 thread didn't bother to read them properly because i specifically did them for the beginner. I tried searching for the table i posted but its like looking for a virgin girl in a brothel. Forget the odds, pick 4 horses that you think might win and as a rough guide if the odds add up to about 50 (in a discussion with the equaliser i dropped that to 30 to suit his fear of losing) so at around 40-50 think about ew, any less down to 30 consider just adding an ew acca. below 30 forget the ew altogether Dead f'in simple.

  36. That's because you should be doing 8x8x8x8 for 4 7/1 shots! One most definitely would not! That was the point of the simple 6x6 etc. comparison. Adding numbers together has very different outcomes to multiplying them! Let's say you had the 8 selections in your 2 L15s one day, if you put all the 7/1 shots together you'd get a better return from that one if all 4 came in but it would be less likely to happen. If you want to have 2 L15s with similar prospects of a full house then you need to mix the prices up accordingly (which it sound like you generally do). I'd say carry on as you are in terms of mixing up the odds but try and get your head round the concept of why two sets of numbers aren't the same when multiplied out just because they add up to the same.

    French Open 2024

Rus - Kerber @1.52 Kerber is much more experienced and can take this easily. Azarenka - 1.5 sets - Podorovska @1.6.5 Azarenka is also very experienced while Podorovska is only a mediocre player. 2H2 for Victoria in straight sets. Ram/Salisbury - Behar/Pavlasek @1.53 Very experienced pair ready to success here! Popyrin - Kokkinasis @1.90 Kokkinasis is also old fox and knows how to play on Grand Slams. Tough battle but I see Aussie to win in 4-5 sets. Tsitsipas/Tsitsipas - Molchanov/Smith @1.59 Greek brothers can go far away here and are talent clay player. Keys - 1.5 sets - Zarazua @1.45 EASY Win to the Yankee who has been in tough condition lately. Errani - Schmiedlova @1.75 Errani is more experienced especially on this surface, but is much more slower and not at her best. Heliövaara/Patten - Gonzalez/Vasselin @1.84 This pair is the hottest just now! They have won 7 last matches and IMO they should be bigger favourites today. Good luck you all.

  47. Final Result: Sad to say we managed to produce the worst overall result of all the divisions, we were obviously overcome by the occasion of being in the top tier! We wiped out half our overall bank and only 3 managed to stay in individual profit for the season although most of us did find at least one winner. But it looks like only our 1st place winner will be returning to Division 1 for the next season. 3 small wins this week plus an eliminating no show gives us a change to the top 4. @Sterphyle is our well deserved winner by some margin with 7 wins over the season, a mix of double and treble picks. @tonythepaint climbs up to 2nd place with a 5th win, and @Cauncie maintains his 3rd place. @Jediknight was our other weekly winner and takes the 4th place prize although not in overall profit. Well done to everyone for trying so hard all season, see you down in a lower Division next year.
