Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 Brighton 3.30 - The dapper tapper - ew at 12/1 bog bet365 nursery handicap my horse has shown good early speed on most of his runs to date and the drop back to 6F looks ideal for him after weakening last time over 7F Has run well at the track before and the track does favour front runners soft ground would be worry but it appears to have dried up over the last couple of days and the official going is now 'good' with a dry day expected so he should be OK

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 1520 hunt Vermouth bleu @5/1 365 had a break after some poor performances but last race has turned out ok. Didn't like the favs last race and is turned out quickly. Jonjo is on fire and this will surely go off shorter than 5/1

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 Leicester 17:40 : Coiste Bodhar @ 16/1 Skybet e/w Thanks Coiste Bodhar.....from Joseph Tuite yard I've got to go with as Ally McCoist is manager of Rangers so its Coiste Bodhar a 3yo who has gave the Shefford Valley Racing syndicate some great days out as its ran 22 times , Has been successful twice at 6f on good to soft and soft ground at Chepstow and Leicester this season. Its last run was 40 days ago over this course and distance (good to firm) when it finished it 14 lengths behind First Experience when fourth of 7 runners, Hopefully there some overnight rain as looking at runs on it does its best work on the soft side of good, Jockey Nora Looby claiming 7lbs off its back and won on it at Chepstow when it led all the way the drop back to 5f may help to get its 3rd win, the horse is having hood and cheek pieces on its usual headgear this year

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 3.00 Brighton Stone Roses win 3/1 betvictor Found trouble in running lto , finishing 5th , beaten just under 2L . Ryan Moore takes the ride today instead of Spencer and has a decent s/r for the bells yards 2yos. On 4th start and given mark of 73 but could be worth persevering with due to still running in maidens.

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 Roscommon 5:45 Queen Of Alba looks overpriced at 12/1 here dropping down in class. She was well beat in Listed company last time out but prior to that she absolutely bolted up in a Sligo handicap off a mark of 75, winning by more than 5 lengths. A repeat of that performance with a 7 pound claimer making life easier must give her a good chance here. Queen Of Alba WIN @ 12/1 Boylesports

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 15:30 Brighton: L'ADDITION @ 2/1 BetVictor L'ADDITION (3) is the only runner in the field with a fancy antry and should land this handicap off a lenient mark of 70 if she is to justify connections' ambitions for the Cheveley Park Stakes. Dropped in grade after an unconvincing 6th place in stronger company at Newmarket, William Jarvis' trained-filly is expected to confirm the promises she made at Lingfield on debut last month. The booking of Ryan Moore is a positive.

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 2.50 Huntingdon: Regal One 5/1 Betfred/WH Had stamina tested last twice and not ran up to form. This small field and no real pace should suit plus the ground is better here. Will like the sharper track and Tom Scu is back in the saddle after his suspension and the fav is worth taking on as he's a one paced dodge pot.

Re: Nap of the Day - Monday 1st September 2014 queen of alba 5.45 roscommon. returns to a more suitable grade today and has every chance on the form figures. no trip and ground concerns and has a chance of going close off a mark of 82. knows how to win and with the jockey claiming 7lb, should be more than capable of going close. 0.5 pts ew 12/1 boylesports bog
