  5. Sandown 3.35 Rock The Kasbah @ 12/1 bet365 e/w Rock The Kasbah.....from Philips Hobbs yard the 7yo been a winner of four hurdle races, a NH flat race and two chases from 2m to 3m on ground varying from good to soft, The trainer has won this race with Lacdoudal (2006) and Monkerhostin (2008) and could well win it again if Rock The Kasbah can get the extra distance, With Richard Johnson in saddle for boss I would think with yard entering him they've had him doing the distance on the gallops , He's had 42 days since running at Uttoxeter over 3m (soft) when 2nd beaten by American by 8 lengths , runs off same mark today

The yard booked Silvestre De Sousa to be in saddle which is also his first time on horse

  11. EPSOM 3 50 : Faithful Creek @ 10/1 betway e/w thanks Faithful Creek....from Michael Appleby yard the 5yo has been successful at 7f and 1m 4f on good to firm ground and on the all-weather , He seemed to lose his way last year but has come back this year on AW when he won and 3rd in February and March before yard turned to Turf 19 days ago, That last run saw him running at Leicester 1m 4f good to soft finished 2nd beaten by 5 lengths by Galapiat , Faithful Creek showed signs that's he's back to his level as he was leading 2 out before ran out of steam inside final furlong ,With three runs already he should be up to peak fitness and could well win today with him coming back in distance to 1m 2f

  13. Hexham 3.25 Quick Brew @ 14/1 bet365 e/w Seeing I went with Red Tea yesterday as I like a cup of Tea this is another Quick Brew from Maurice Barnes yard the 9yo likes it round here and reverts back to hurdles after running last 10 races chasing last year , He's been successful in a hurdle race and a chase at 2m and 2m 4f on good ground , His last winning hurdle race was off 112 with Daragh Bourke in saddle who got 5lb allowance, he also was in saddle when he won his chase win also getting the same 5lb allowance, Although his last race was 169 days ago the fact that he's had good times round here and Daragh knows the horse having been in saddle 10 of last 11 races and still getting that 5lb allowance which is 2lb below last hurdle win
  14. Cheers Graham
  15. Pontefract 14:30 Red Tea @ 7/1 betvictor e/w thanks Red Tea...I do like a good cup of Tea so I 'll go for this Peter Hiatt trained 4yo who comes from a good draw in 2 stall , She has won three times from 7f to 1m on good to firm and good ground so has ideal conditions , She's been running in this class 4 company since last July after winning a class 5 at Newmarket 1m good to firm her first win for yard and followed that up with those other two wins and five place finishes , The yard put her away in November for winter break and brought her out 19 days ago at Wolverhampton AW 1m 0.5f when she finished 5th was shaken up at 2 furlong pole but was never a danger and finished 4.25 lengths behind winner Calvados Spirit , I would expect her to come on from that race and runs only 2lb higher than her last winning mark of 80 , With the booking of Paul Hanagan in his first of five booked rides today at Pontefract
