I watched a bit of the Istanbul Challenger and it seems to me that it could be the ideal tournament for some decent upsets, so I'm picking two players that have already played here to progress even further. Both are facing opponents that are beatable at the present time, as neither has any real form to fall back on, while the H2Hs also make for a reasonable reading for both Setkic and Zverev. If you have no real risk appetite, I suggest you back Setkic to win a set and Zverev to cover the +2.5 games handicap line, which is what I'd usually do here, but I feel a bit of confidence at the moment for some reason, so I'm going for the juicier odds this time around.

Swansea vs Preston
The Championship action continues today with most teams in action. This 3pm BST kick-off between Swansea and Preston throws up some interesting value when the two sides meet at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon. It's been a satisfactory start for both of these teams so a win here would help to put them on a very positive footing after three league games played.
Swansea are starting life under Steve Cooper arguably more positively than their fans expected. A 100% record in pre-season has been followed by a 2-1 win over Hull and 0-0 draw with Derby in the league with a 3-1 victory over Northampton in the EFL Cup 1st Round. It's a fine start for Cooper who came in facing the prospect of losing Oliver McBurnie, Daniel James, and host of big-name players. The Swans moved to bring in new faces including Jake Bidwell and Kristoffer Peterson but generally Cooper is working with a far weaker squad than his predecessors.
Preston were tipped by some to potentially be dragged into a relegation dogfight this season. Alex Neil has seen one of his best players in Callum Robinson leave the club for Sheffield United. Results have been OK so far with an opening day 1-0 loss to Millwall countered by a 3-0 win over Wigan in their next game. The 4-0 hammering of Bradford in the EFL Cup 1st Round did squad morale no harm. It's hard to tell which Preston side will show up for this game.
In the head-to-head, Swansea have dominated Preston recently. The last five matches between the two clubs in Swansea have ended up in home wins. The Swans boasted one of the strongest home records last season. Preston's form on the road isn't great right now with five defeats on the road on the bounce and 7 defeats in their last 10 league games. A home win has to be backed here.

That name seems familiar....the Woodgate that go to play for Real Madrid??...Yes it is...?  when healthy he played well, sadly most of the time of his time there he was injured. I would never have figured he would end up as manager, never saw much of a character from him at Real Madrid, at least he got the help of Robbie Keane, who if I do not remember wrong does have a temper. An interesting experiment in Middlesbrough.

I´m also on backing the Both2Score for today. But i´m also on Team Goals for Luton. Here i think Luton Team Goals Over 1.5 are a nice bet. Luton offensive very strong and didn´t lose any important offensive Player. Also with the New Coach i didn´t think that they will change too much. So first Game for Luton since 12 Years in Championship at Home against such a big Club on Paper. Motivation will be big and i think that can help Luton today.

A few people mentioned Gojowczyk yesterday. I believe he offers good value today as well. I took him to win a set at 1.9 with Bet365 earlier, now it's up to 2.00. H2H shows that he managed to win a set in each of the previous two matches played (both of hem on hard court too). A word of caution: in both matches he won the first set and then Edmund easily won the next two sets. So there might have been an element of surprise... and now Edmund might be better prepared. But Gojowczyk seems to be on a roll so odds look good to me.

The 2019/20 Last Man Standing Competition will begin on the weekend August 9th/10th and 11th.
 
We will be running the main Last Man Standing Competition and also a Consolation version to run alongside for those who are eliminated from the main one.
The prize for winning the LMS Competition will be £250 which will be deposited into you PayPal account. The prize for winning the Consolation Competition will be £50. (No other method of payment considered) Winners of both competitions will also receive Punters Lounge Merchandise The Competition includes the use of a 'Joker' which means you can choose Win or Draw on a certain week if you are struggling for a definite selection. This can only be used once. You also get the use of a Lifeline on One week if you forget or are unable to post.
 
The competition rules in detail are as follows:
Each week you must pick a Premier League team to win their game.  If your team wins you go forward to the following week.  If your team loses you are eligible to play in the Consolation competition the following week.  All selections must be posted by 3pm on Saturday or before KO time if you choose an earlier game. You must not select the same team twice throughout the competition. If you fail to post for any reason you will be allowed ONE lifeline and you will be given the highest ranked team in the league table that you have not already chosen previously.  If you fail to post a second time you will be eliminated from the competition. During the competition you will be allowed to play ONE Joker, this means on that particular week you will be able to select the Draw as well as your chosen team to win.  Once a selection is chosen it can not be changed and no editing of posts are allowed. In the event of any match being postponed or abandoned (after you made your selection) you will go through to the next round but that team can not be chosen again. If the team was chosen after the game was postponed a lifeline team will be used instead. If less than 6 players remain in the comp and they all get eliminated in the same week the prize will be split evenly. In the event of multiple winners the PL Merchandise will not be won.  If 6 players or more remain in the comp and they all get eliminated in the same week then all players will go through to the following week. Each competition will run for a maximum of 10 weeks, any prizes will be shared at that point between the remaining players. In the last competition of the season all players still standing on May 17th will share the prizes in both competitions. Consolation Competition extra rules:
If you are eliminated from the main competition you are eligible to join the Consolation comp the following week. In the Consolation comp you can not pick any of the teams you selected in the main LMS comp. No Jokers or Lifelines are available in the Consolation competition, if you fail to post on any week you will be eliminated. The consolation comp will continue until all players have been eliminated from the main competition. (except the winner) No limit to the amount of weeks the consolation competition can run. A separate thread will be posted for the Consolation competition.  Any queries please ask.

Of the names on that list, I wonder whether Dyche might be worth a punt?  Probably done all he can at Burnley and Newcastle would be a bit of a step up. 
That said Ashley will probably appoint someone who is unemployed so he doesn't have to pay to release the manager from his club.  Whoever they get, it's hard not to think they will be able to do better than Benitez so they will do very well to avoid being involved in the relegation scrap.
