Constantly great reads and input on this site. I have enjoyed reading all the analysis whether a pick is a win or loss. I'm going to try and be a contributor to this site more often.
It's too bad that my first pick is the opposite of this play. I'm loving Barranco in this and he's a max play for me. I feel like Barranco is deservedly favored. Even though he hasn't lit the world on fire I feel like he's on the verge of something in this tournament. I have him beating Koepfer and Travaglia. I think he's going far.
I also think Cuevas against Maden and then beats Cilic in the next round.
Millman to win, defending his points.
Ferrer 2-0, which isn't exaclt going out on a limb.
I also think Munar/Tiafoe will be closer than expected. Line is rising but I love the +1.5 sets for Tiafoe.
Max play parlay for me is Cuevas/Djere. No way Djere is losing to Gulbis on clay.
    Thanks for reading.

The problem with Judd Trump is his cue action. He's as talented as it comes, but he hits the ball so hard that when the real big pressure comes, he will naturally tense up too much and that's when you see him miss a ball by a mile.
I played snooker to a high level for 10 years, so I can spot this very easily. At the World Championships, he wants it so bad, the pressure just seems to mount up too much and he's crumbled numerous times where his cue action has just gone to shit.
The likes of Ronnie in comparison, truly is a Rolls Royce cue action. He'll be hard to beat.

Neil Robertson is very suited to the WC format and should go a long way. Barry Hawkins also loves this venue, but just doesn't seem to have that extra gear, something I also lacked!

    Long time no see!
Tried this many times before and had some profit.
To start this late in the season isn't the best of times but I felt the urge to start this before the summer.
I will mostly do in-play lay bets and be sure to post them as soon as the lay bet is taken. Sometimes there will be bets before the game starts.
There will be 100 bets and then the challenge is closed. If a bet fails the challenge will end as well. After each winning bet some money will be saved.
    Only football bets nothing else!
    Here goes nothing!

I can see why you've taken this - Bautista Agut is a solid enough player but I wouldn't be surprised to see a fairly easy win for Nadal and there's a couple of reasons why.
Firstly, injury breaks don't concern me when it's Nadal - he's had so many of them over the years. If anyone is equipped to cope with returning at a high level immediately after injury then it's Nadal. He was in exactly the same situation this time last year - got injured at the Australian Open then didn't play again until Davis Cup in April where he demolished Sascha in straights.
Secondly, I don't rate Bautista Agut on slow surfaces at all - and this is one of the slowest on tour. Taking three sets to get past Millman who definitely dislikes clay is another bad sign in my opinion. I can still remember the way Bautista Agut lost in Davis Cup on clay against Norrie from two sets up - he never looked comfortable the whole match. Most Spanish players love the red stuff but I'm pretty sure Bautista Agut prefers hard courts and faster conditions. As always best of luck with your bet and of course it has a good chance of coming in, I'm just providing a few counterbalancing thoughts

Just to clarify - I wouldn't have taken this at such a price at 4.5, 5, and possibly even 5.5 games. However, the 6.5 games line covers so many of the possible "easy wins" for Nadal that I just couldn't resist. Hopefully RBA is going to resist though .

So happy that Tiger won, I for one lost a bit of interest in Golf when he went missing. Last nights viewing was amazing. Hopefully he can stay injury free for a couple of years

Another Mercedes lock-out on the front row! It seems like every race the experts are predicting a Ferrari domination and then we we get to Saturday the Mercs pull out that little bit extra. I did say the Mercs have won 7/9 recently.
Bottas has certainly stepped up this season and he's a 6/4 favourite to lead all the way. Hamilton is a best prices 15/8 at Hills. Obviously its very close and difficult to choose between the pair. You can get 4/11 for either of them to win and that looks pretty certain. If I was forced to choose I would go for Hamilton who has a great record around here.
I like to have a punt at driver to get into the points at a reasonable price. This week we have 13 different drivers who are odds on to finish in the top 10, great value! I fancy Kimi Raikkonen at Even money to give us a run for our money!
One bet at a price for small stakes would be Max Verstappen to get the fastest lap. If he's out of contention late on he will slip on some new rubber and go for it, just for the hell of it, he's too big at 9/1.
    Over 16/5 Finishers 11/10 bet365
    Raikkonen Point Finish 1/1 Hills
    Hamilton to win 15/8 Hills
    Vestappen Fastest Lap 9/1 bet365

The fastest lap is certainly making the teams think, and all the drivers seemed to want to target it during the last race.
It's probably a bit big at 7/2, but in a season I bet it doesn't happen more than 3 or 4 times I reckon.

8/12 Front Row winners (7 from pole) Mercedes have won 7 out of the last 9 races Last 4 years have seen a Safety Car All cars Classified last year (second time in 3 races), just one retirement near the end of the race. Ferrari have had most podium finishers in China, 12 compared to Mercedes 10 Mercedes have had twice as many Pole's than any other team =6

We should take not of qualifying on Saturday, Ricciardo won from 6th last year but got very lucky with the Safety Car, chances are you will need to be on the front row or row 2 at least.
Reliability is good here so you have to side with the Overs once again this week. Dont forget 90% race distance is needed to be classified (51 laps).

    Bet:
    Over 16.5 11/10 bet365

    M. Holt to qualify for world championships 4.00 bet365
Xiao Guodong is the favourite to qualify for The Crucible from this group where Michael Holt is in as the natural second. Xiao Guodong should reach the quali final but Peter Lines who is the likely second round for him can be a tough opponent to get rid of. Michael Holt beat Xiao Guodong in China last week for the first time after losing 5 in a row to the chinese. Michael shouldn't have any problems getting past Brandon Sargeant in the first round and in second round Andrew Higginson likely awaits who he should beat so he should reach the final where I think he'll be facing Peter Lines or Xiao Goudong.
I think Holt has better chances to qualify from his group than the odds suggest so the value is on Holt.

Been doing a bit of study of the when and where of holes in one at the Masters and just realised in time it’s about to start!

Short version, huge bias towards holes in one coming in the final round and at the 16th hole. I think 4/6 for any hole in one is fair at worst but I’ve favoured the following:

8/5 in the final round with 888, 5/4 at the 16th hole with Hills or Sky bet and 12/1 for 3 or more Hills or Sky bet.

They do seem to come in clusters but the 13/8 for 2 or more seems a bit short while the 12/1 for a “hat trick” looks worth a small bet.

Wow, what a finish to the match. Never would have expected a chase down close to 200. I can't complain though with it being Pollard. 6 from 6 in the batsman markets. Today's match is Raja Royals against Chen Kings. I think Kings win here but the 4/6 price doesn't really appeal too much, so I will just stick with the batsman bets and try to get lucky.
I'm going to stick with Du Plessis for Chennai. He looks the man in the form and came through last time with a 43. I'm also going to take an outside punt on Jadhav though. He is a big price and if he gets pushed abit further up he will do damage. He is a great player.
For Raja, I will take Buttler. If it wasn't for the silly mankad situatuion he would have won Raja that match and he has had scores of 69, 59 & 37 recently. Pretty solid
3pts Du Plessis to be top Chen batsman 10/3 bet365
2pts Jadhav to be top Chen batsman 15/2 paddypower

Nice, that's 4 batsman bets in a row for this thread.
    Mumbai Indians Vs Kings.
Mumbai Indians 1 win and 1 loss at home this season. Kings 1 win and 2 losses away from home. Kings look like abit of value today. They won this fixture at home and although Mumbai won this fixture at the Wankhede, it was only by a few runs. I like the chances of Rahul as top batsman again and also going to take a little outside chance on Pollard as top batsman for Mumbai.
4pts Kings to beat Mumbai Indians 5/4 betvictor
    2.5pts L.Rahul (Top Kings batsman) 12/5 bet365
    1pt K.Pollard (Top MI batsman) 8/1 bet365
