Short odds and Svitolina did lose to her last time out, but Osorio seems to be slightly limited serve-wise and Svitolina is taking this tournament very seriously and very emotionally. Playing for her country and giving all the proceeds to the charity.

Well, that's actually a reasonable analysis of the match-up! Marino better in short points, Fruhvirtova gathering most of the longer ones. At these odds, though, and given Fruhvirtova's relative inexperience, I'm not too hyped up personally.

Notes from Ruusuvuori-Vesely match: Vesely looks like he has gained some weight and his movement looks heavy. Only his serve can somehow keep him in the match. A potential player to bet against in the near future.

Having had a look at all the cards, I'm going to back Lajovic against Davidovich Fokina in Sydney, purely because I can't see why Lajovic is such a big dog. Both players haven't got good results on hard recently and both have had struggles with fitness and injuries, but in the plus column for Lajovic is that he's had some matches this season whereas this will be the first match of the year for Davidovich Fokina and also that Lajovic won the last time they played each other.
I'm also going to back Davis to beat Teichmann in Adelaide. Similarly to Davidovich Fokina, Teichmann hasn't yet played this season and so there's no yardstick for what her level might be. Davis isn't the greatest player and she wasn't very impressive in qualifying for the main draw, but at least she has some wins behind her and one thing she doesn't lack is heart. She'll leave everything out on the court and that could be enough to get the win, particularly if Teichmann is rusty and below par.

Pironkova might not be at her best on clay, but she's competent enough and this just looks like an overreaction to me. Krejcikova has done nothing of note apart from beating Strycova lately, but Strycova is poor these days and it was a derby as well. Pironkova, with a day off for training, should have every chance to beat the doubles-bound Krejcikova here.

Basic info is I believe that Bedene is in top form physically right now, and Ymer is the exact opposite. Ymer really had a good season last year, but I believe Bedene likes these types of small tournaments and with the advancement to the r16 in 2018.. This should give enough leverage to back him factoring the current fitness level.. Enjoy!

Locked in this time for a bet.. I'm completely out of my zone, and going to start betting favorites as much as underdogs now.. Its time to steamroll, and use any means necessary to get that done. This bet I liked today from the beginning and was looking to parlay it with something.. I almost lost on Muchova.. 
Andujar is just not in the same physical conditioning, and Dasco always plays well here.. 2-2 h2h Grudge match but too much power for lefty. 

Corentin Moutet to beat Tennys Sandgren at 1.74 with Pinnacle
For tomorrow, the only bet that I fancy is Moutet to beat Sandgren. Moutet has already played two matches in Doha, having little problems against Martin and especially the very dangerous Popyrin, so he looks primed to come on top of what he should see as a very winnable match. I'm not sure where Sandgren is at right now, on the other hand, as he was posting home music videos just a week ago and as his last match was a fairly shameful defeat against Redlicki. He's not to be underestimated, of course, but I think that there's a very decent chance that he's going to go into this a bit undercooked.

Following on from last post (both winners!), I think Devon Petersen is an underdog with a bit of bite tonight - Ian White is a great player when on song but often goes missing on the big stage + can have double trouble. I like Devon and even though he didn't play particularly well in edging out Wayne Jones I think he can have a good go at this.
