Kaboo in the 6:00 at Wolves, big drop in class and should be a confidence building first win, was evens but has gone odds on at the moment. Wye Aye in the 4:50 Perth, very impressive winning chases at Huntingdon and Newcastle, then 2 poor runs in hurdles, but may have needed the run after a break last time. The runner up at Newcastle ran off 109 that day has since won off 117 and placed off 124, so hopefully the 13lb higher mark won't be insurmountable. They usually hold him up but he looks much happier in front so I hope they just let him bowl along today, especially as there are only 5 runners. Lesson in greed right there. Wye Aye actually settled well today, looked tired 4 out but battled on well. Once again cramped prices impinged on profitability but the net result was positive at 1.22 points. This makes the Carry forward -6.56 points. My alternative bets came up zilch out of 8 selections which creates a new carry forward of -71.45 points 51 races tomorrow with high class action once more at Newmarket.
