A very solid performer at 2m but has been further so this 2m 4f at Musselburgh should be fine. Comes here after finishing 5th to the ill-fated Sir Valentino at Ascot, he wasnt beaten far that day and a repeat of that will do here. BARNSLEYCHOP Posted December 31, 2017 Share Posted December 31, 2017 2.00 Cheltenham Top Gamble @ 11/2 bet 365 (ew) Third in this last year and has an 8lb pull with the winner for 3 1/2L. Was taking on the best around last year so this drop in grade should suit. Fantastic form on Soft and Heavy 15 runs, only twice outside the first 3 with one fall and a 5th in a grade 2. Trainer has a great record at this time of year and had two winners yesterday.
