Raaeq 414
Bell rock 409
These 2 are a bit clear of rest ...raaeq is a 3 yo who generally dont do well in this but hes so far ahead I cant ignore ...bell Rock will appreciate the drop in trip and shoukd run a big race
Raaeq 10pt win 5/1 bet365
Bell rock 5pts ew 14/1 skyb 6places
The way Raaeq destroyed the field in his last race, surely there’s more to come. Bet if the day for me.

Blank day. Couple of them ran well but that doesn’t pay the bills.

Two non runners in the race so now only a field of 4. Will be hit hard with rule 4 if wins, which is frustrating.

Gosden said the Arc hadn't taken anything out of them, as they crawled then did a little sprint in the straight. Nothing to prove but if she's fit and well I'd plunder another prize and go out on a high.
I thought that when she got beat in the Arc. Give her one last hooray at Ascot then retire her, but a bit of thought and I totally agree and understand why they have retired her. Not many Enables come a long. Wonder what’s going to happen with Stradivarius after this weekend. Heard they may try the Arc again and keep him fresh for it. Big ask at his age.

I thought they'd give her one more run, shame to go out with a whimper.
What’s the point though? She’s done it all. Plus we don’t know how much the Arc took out of her and if she got beat at the weekend that really would be putting a damper on her career. Going out losing in the Arc isn’t a bad way to retire. She’s come out if her last race fit and healthy, so no point risking another meaningless race with her.

A system I’m using at the minute and it’s doing ok is based around prize money won. There’s more to it but that’s the bases of it. Feel quite confident with this system and feel much better about betting on the horses. The loses are easier to take, too. Doing my own work and not relying on tipsters, which makes it more enjoyable .

Good run from Al Dancer there. Stayed on strongly at his first attempt at that distance. Beat some decent horses in Tidal Flow and Mastertommytucker. Was under the impression that if the latter managed to not fall he’d win as he usually travels well and it’s only him falling that’s cost him a few more wins. Didn’t fall today but got outstayed by Al dancer. No doubt he’ll come on for the run.

No probs, look out for some of my selections based upon jockey bookings. I haven't cracked this approach just yet but believe me these trainers get up to all sorts of tricks which then get translated into crap reviews in the sporting press then surprise surprise these so called no hopers then seem to win. As always with ANY ONE'S opinion, a selection by another person should only ever be regarded as worth a second look.
Good luck with your jump selections, I will keep an eye out for them over the coming months. ?
All kinds of tricks to get your horses well handicapped and what have you. Was only reading the other week one horse trainer has quit because of the coronavirus issues and other things that were grinding him down in racing. One of the things he mentioned was how other trainers get there horses well handicapped which he didn’t agree with. Personally I haven’t got an opinion on it. It is what it is.
Used to bet on the AW but it’s not appealed to me for a bit now. With limited funds to bet with I have to narrow races down, so the AW went into the scrap heap.

Ballyoptic a NR and the 3.22 race at Chepstow has fell apart with Longhouse sale now odds on. Just the two runners for me now and have also put them in a double.

Had a crap flat season , although it improved towards the end. Concentrating on the jumps for the remainder of the year and into next. It’s worked out well today as I’ve managed to keep my bets at a suitable level regarding number of selections.

My winner was well beaten in second(7 lengths behind) when the horse in front fell at the last and was fatally injured. Puts a dampener on it, but unfortunately these things happen.
