Well backed again in the Northumberland Plate and ran much better when finishing 6th. Decent ground seems to be the key as he ran well last time at Ascot when second to a decent sort and interesting that he travel up here to Scotland for a weaker event. The disparity in the prices suggest the selection might be better value. Last win came here in September off a 7lb higher mark.
