On a mark of 134 and has been entered in a lot of top novice races recently but chose to come here to try and defy top weight in a weak looking handicap. He won here back in October so goes well on the track and then won again at Haydock later on beating Vintage Clouds and Flashjack. Last time out went back to Haydock to run in the Supreme Trial and was 4th to Itsafreebree and Le Prezien, both of those horse have enhanced the form and he really ought to be winning in this company. A couple of them have penalties, a couple haven't run for 3/4 months, and a couple have RPR form that is only a couple of pounds better than my selection.........so there's a hope ! Plus of course there's the usual chaos and bad luck to figure in My selection won a Point very impressively on good ground last September. Has shown promise in 2 hurdle runs but probably not suited by soft ground. Reappears now that the ground had got better and hopefully can fulfill some of his promise.
