lol, same. They really fail to advertise it. I would have had a bet each-way if I knew it was happening. Market leader is going to be old big dog Hendo.
You can get 10s on Thornton, which is a good price.

Only just realised it's on so no. Wouldn't really know how to assess it in any case - Taylor's playing but his averages nowadays are dreadful and there's a couple of ladies playing also. Preference for me would be for the likes of Cameron and Scotty Dog and possibly Ashton - those that still play on the main tour. Thornton probably heads the market - I haven't looked - and Howson is also probably near the top of the betting. Part is playing as well I believe but it's difficult to imagine he'll have much of an impact.

I honestly couldn't say mate, I think Palace's upcomming results will have a big say. Also, I don't bet on next manager to go market as I can't work out what the true price should be. It's a good betting market for board members and insiders but not much else.

Don't be silly. These things are very hard to call and can come down to just bad draws or luck. I thought about Soutar but thought he may feel abit deflated after getting close yesterday.

Slight loss overall. Was on course for a profit if SF had won as it's likely that would have made Purdy MVP, but they couldn't make enough of their drive in OT. Can't complain too much though having found a big odds TD scorer and only hitting the teams points line because of OT.

Might as well resurrect this thread since the Welsh started today, let's see if Luca's miserable season continues though if he loses to Jun he should really retire! Judd would rather go on holiday and Ronnie comes up with another lame excuse when he would have had a decent chance of cementing his number-one ranking this week.

    Better than a wipeout!
Great game though and have enjoyed the whole season. Will tot up how the system performed this year before I switch my attention to Superleague, suspect it was a small loss.

I'm not sure it's ever worth backing at the head of the market in what are minor tournaments for the top players. I reckon you'd have lost a decent amount of money backing the shorties in these over the years.

I'm making a return for the Super Bowl with some TD bets on the exchanges and a couple of bookie boosts. Best of luck everyone.

That's what makes it enjoyable, less pressure on the money side whilst still enjoying the bet. Something that todays breed of 'gamblers' could take note of.
When I did my run to 442 I made £180 profit, which as a sideline wasn't too bad really.

0/13 so far, call it minus 13 points (I got less on some selections but will record to 1 point level stakes).
Will carry on with this as it's an "as and when" job and sample size is meaningless for the foreseeable.

For me a very difficult, unpredictable Aussie open.
How many people see Dimitrov losing to Borges, or Norrie beating an in form Ruud?
Regardless of how well Tsitsipas plays, his 1 handed backhand is just such an average shot. Fritz can more than match him, and the key matchup between his 2 handed backhand and Tsitsi's 1 hander may be the difference.  Serving wise, Fritz has the edge, and I think he just comes out on top.
I fancy de Minaur to beat Rublev. Andre is just too emotional. He gets so infuriated on the court, and it distracts and wastes energy. The crowd will largely be against Rublev, and I think this 'Davis Cup' type atmosphere will have an effect. Two very similar players, but for me de Minuar has the edge physically. He has also played 9 sets, dropping more than 3 games in a set just once. So he should be a lot fresher. He cleaned up Arnaldi and Coboli, and was done quickly with Raonic in a W/O in 1st round.

    Frech + Kostyuk @1.80 bet365

Frech has proven to be extremely solid in the previous matches, she looks very confident and overall is a better player than Zakharova. Avanesyan doesn't belong to this level, I expect Kostyuk to take care of her easily.
What a strange AO so far... especially the WTA side, a lot of average players peaking and a lot of seeded players underperforming and going home early, the randomness of it doesn't help betting, I'm staying out of it most of the times

Rugby Vision are bullish about Ireland to an extent that would make them a value bet in all 3 markets (they're pretty much 7/4 best outright, 7/2 the slam and 7/5 the TC). Whilst I'm suspicious about their estimates being entirely accurate I think the general argument that Ireland may offer a bit of value seems reasonable,
That said, much comes down to the very first game when Ireland go to France. It may prove to be the title decider though the other teams would still have something to say at that point. It will certainly give us a clear outright favourite assuming it doesn't end in a draw! My ratings (for whatever they may be worth) make that game a coin toss but the general consensus would have France as narrow favourites.
After that encounter both teams should have no difficulties with their home games against Italy. Their toughest ties would be France away to Scotland and Ireland away to England. I'd say France have the slightly tougher task but the markets will probably say they're about the same. Ireland host Wales while France go to them so that's in Ireland's favour. That leaves the final games where Ireland entertain Scotland and France welcome England, both games the favourites will be expected to win.
I think that any value lies with Ireland but that depends on how confident you feel about them winning that tricky opening fixture. If you're as gung-ho as Rugby Vision then pile on, it's a no-brainer.
