Svetlana Kuznetsova (+1.5 sets) to beat Ashleigh Barty at 2.11 with Pinnacle
I wanted to stay away from the weekend, but this looks too juicy in all honesty. Kuznetsova is on a roll and there's going to be a tremendous pressure on Barty, as she has a chance to regain the top spot in the rankings this week. That tends to be hard to deal with.

Maria Sakkari (+1.5 sets) to beat Ashleigh Barty at 1.90 with 888
Based on how unconvincing Barty was today, Sakkari should have every chance tomorrow. She's now dealt with two very strong players in a row, so she's clearly ready and should have no fear whatsoever.

Berrettini has not played any match since Wimbledon for an injury in his ankle. In Toronto he finally did not play his match against Feliciano because of that. If Berrettini is recovered from his injury this should be an "easy" match for him because Londero doesn't feel comfortable on fast courts.
Karlovic's physical condition is not the best but if he has a good day with his serve he can take the match into a couple of tiebreaks and winning them.
Like Czech said there is no free money on this bro. Imagine that Berrettini relapses from his ankle injury in the middle of the match and finally loses it or Karlovic serving at his best and winning the tiebreaks..

Guido Pella to beat Radu Albot at 1.72 with Bet365
Pella certainly looked a bit better than Albot yesterday and I rate him as the better player as well, he really has gone on a roll with those Wimbledon performances and now has a chance to get some serious ranking points against beatable opposition. He was unlucky to run into the red-hot Schwartzman last week, but this should be easier, perhaps even easier than Goffin.

Taylor Fritz to beat Hubert Hurkacz with WilliamHill at 2.20
Right now Taylor Fritz is the better player for me. He is in good form, he reached the final in Mexico and also the US hard court swing is his territory even though the match is in Canada I personally think he will be more comfortable than HuHu. They have played one match before and Fritz won it.
The biggest reason why I am choosing Fritz is the fact that HuHu has some kind of a problem with converting break points. In their previous meeting HuHu had 8 break points and won just one of them. In his last match against Isner was the same, in the first 2 games of Isner serve HuHu had 6 and Isner saved all of them. Both of the players Isner and Fritz are big servers but that is still not a good excuse for HuHu, personally I think there is some kind of a mental situation with HuHU right now and clearly he is not playing very well against tall guys with very good serve.

Medvedev to win ATP Washington @ 4.50
Should have been on this yesterday before he played Tiafoe (I think you could get 8.0) but I think Medvedev has a good chance here. He's playing Cilic tonight, who has been in bad form this year and then either Edmund/Gojowczyk in the SF. Then he probably faces Tsitsipas/Kyrgios in the final. Kyrgios is looking dangerous in the top half of the draw but I never bet on NK since he is so temperamental (and a disgrace to tennis).

Anyone thinking of backing Dimitrov anytime soon should probably think again. I've just watched most of his straight-sets loss to Kevin King, who's ranked at number 405, and it's got to be up there with one of the worst performances I've ever seen. The Bulgarian was a break up twice in the first set but lost it 7-5, then was a double break up in the second and leading 3-0 before losing it 6-4. From 3-0 in the second set he never held his serve again and would have lost the set 6-3 if it hadn't been for King failing to serve it out. Some of Dimitrov's numbers were astonishing. He won less than 1 in 4 points behind his second serve, served 8 double faults and conceded 23 break points - I'm not sure I've ever seen so high a number in a 3 set ATP match. All the way through it looked as though he couldn't really be bothered whether he won or lost. King didn't even play well himself - his first serve percentage was below 50, he fired down 9 double faults and he wasn't much better than Dimitrov on second serve. If that wasn't a performance that deserves a fine for a lack of effort then I don't know what is.

Nikoloz Basilashvili to beat Hugo Dellien at 2.00 with William Hill
While I do understand the reasons for Basilashvili being the underdog in this one, I don't really agree with them. Basilashvili is still the classier player of the two and he's the defending champion, so I think that he's going to be prepared for the event after taking a break after Wimbledon. Dellien is having an excellent season in terms of win and losses, but most of his successes came on the lower level and he's had some weak performances recently, so I'd have Nikoloz as the favorite here and I'm quite surprised that we're getting evens for him.

Should have been braver and backed the straight sets but I never imagined Serena could be so dismal. As well as Halep played, Serena was terrible - even worse than last year. UE after UE after UE. If that was me I'd be a bit embarrassed, and I'd also be a bit embarrassed if I was one of Serena's previous opponents in this tournament. She is so obviously lacking in fitness and limited in movement that it makes a bit of mockery of the sport that she can just show up for the big tournaments and make the final like she's done in 3 out of the last 5 Slams.

Rafael Nadal to beat Roger Federer @ 1.68
From reports that I have read, the courts are playing slower than usual, which has and will benefit Nadal. Besides Kyrgios, Nadal has more-or-less demolished his opponents, including the big server Sam Querrey, who is not bad on grass. On the other hand, Federer has had a few lapses, losing a set each to Harris and Nishikori. A better player than Nishikori (i.e. Nadal) could have won that QF I reckon. Based on the form in this tournament, I reckon Nadal is in a better shape than Federer.

    Bautista Agut (-5.5) v Pella @ 1.65 with SportingBet
Bautista-Agut has somewhat slipped under the radar at this tournament. He has not dropped a set this tournament and has breezed through to the quarter-finals. His opponent, Guido Pella, came back from 2-0 against Raonic and might be feeling the effects of a 5-setter. In addition, Bautista-Agut has a 2-0 against Pella, and in many of the sets he won against Pella, he won 6-1 or 6-0.

Zidansek to beat Bouchard 2-0 at 2.25 with Bet365
I know Bouchard is capable of a big performance but i dont see it here. Her fitness is always questionable and on top of that she is on a 5 match losing streak with her last two performances being dreadful. Straight set win is always a risk but i think the odds are worth a try.

This is the second time I back Cori to win and I know this girl got game. It's a huge game she has that can carry her a long way. Maybe to the top of the game beating even Serena Williams in number of Grand slam titles. If she's that good, she'll easily beat Venus today.

Couple matches that I like from the first round:
    L.Mayer to beat E.Gulbis @ 1.87 (Bethard) (Medium stakes)
Ernests' form has been terrible for almost the whole season. The Latvian has won only 4 of the last 21 matches he has played since the beginning of February. Gulbis managed to get to the 4th round here last year, but I just cannot see that happening with the kind of form he has at the moment. Grass might not be Mayer's favorite surface, but the Argentinian is quite clearly in better form at the moment.
    J.Thompson to beat N.Kyrgios @ 3.07 (Pinnacle) (Small stakes)
It seems like Nicky isn't happy with the way he is playing at the moment. He basically gave the match away against FAA in Queen's. Of course Kyrgios has the talent when he is really fighting for every ball like he did in Acapulco in March. Still, the odds on this match seem good enough to me for a small punt, Thompson is in good form and comfortable playing on grass.
    K.Edmund -6 games against J.Munar @ 1.99 (Pinnacle) (Medium stakes)
Munar is clearly out of form (hasn't won a match since May) and he also mainly prefers clay courts. Edmund is much more comfortable on grass and in better form, so I think Kyle has a great chance to win with this handicap.
