I have however tilted a few times after losing say a 20k pot where i am miles in front when the money goes in, but thats something im working on to take out my game

Most hands are won without a showdown and these guys are not afraid to represent anything by putting in the correct bets ( its harder to call than bet) if he misses he losses 260 or tries to outplay me, if he hits he has a chance to stack me and i think thats the theory behind it

gavham
Re: The Mole Hi mole, Why did you drop from 25/50 yesterday to 10/20 today? Did you deliberately look out for this guy? Hi Hodgey. No. this all comes down to mood, i vary where i play just all depends how i feel. As i reset my stats at the beginning of the year i am just trying to get off to a good start by taking it easy. As i said in another post Don't be greedy win a little often rather than aim for a lot in one session, as this brings its own dangers. Football-Tipper
Re: The Mole Just watching The Mole today god he got some bad beats, his QQ hits a Q on the flop only to run into pocket Kings and the guy hits his set on the river :pukeWow it felt bad as I could tell what he had!! And as soon as that King came on the river I was hoping the other lad had AA :sad

gavham
Re: The Mole Well im still a bit peeved at this hand as it was a 28k pot, did nothing wrong as i had top set on flop and turn only to get out drawn on river. Im afraid i cant bring myself to look for it in HH,3 times today i have flopped a set only to be done by an over set. THATS FCKN POKER as they say. :) On a brighter note i have recovered most of the damage, only 4k down now after a nightmare session.

BAM
Re: The Mole Probably had my worse kicking ever this past few days in 3 years of playing cash. Every set was beaten by a higher set Every flush was beaten by a higher flush Every boat was beaten by quads A horrible horrible run and I will now need to drop down a couple of levels. Steph when talking to you, you have told me of big single hand losses but I do not think you have ever had a losing streak like a few buy ins, every day, for a few days. If you haven't lucky you:ok if you have what was your strategy to get back to your original bankroll ASAP.
dashtonpvfc
Re: The Mole The mole, you are an inspiration, the kind of stakes you play at are hard to imagine, however it just shows that with enough willpower and dedication it can be done. gavham
Re: The Mole Sorry been laid up with the damn flu. Helen i put him on the diamond flush draw. Brian i have had serious losing sessions ( worst being -57k) but i have never lost 3 days in a row. What i did after losing that session was to go back down the levels and get any sort of win to regain confidence. I am very hard on myself when i lose and have learned not to try and repair the damage instantly as you will not be in the right frame of mind And finally Dashton Tx for the kind words
