I think we're just a tad shy of meeting the burden of proof with the sample size here! Tiny stakes for starters and I'm guessing the winners weren't on the same day. Multis increase your edge if you've got one, L15 with a one winner bonus increases it further. All the rest is just luck, perception, prejudice and your willingness to handle the variance in results when backing multis as opposed to singles. Singles categorically not the optimum approach for anyone who has an edge but that's not to say it isn't a legitimate personal preference.
