@Tiffy QPR looks a very safe bet. Rotherham like a few corners though and get much more than their position suggests, slightly below average for the league when (a) from home. QPR are right up in the top 6 for corner averages (h) and (a).

Bristol City v Huddersfield is surely going to go under here?
The (a) side with only 5 goals in their last 5. Bristol's last 4 games gone under also.
I can see a tight one here.
    BET: Under 2.5 at 1.80

@StevieDay. I see big chances for Anderlecht to beat Apoel again.
I watched the match in Nicosia. Anderlecht is definitely a quality team. They did not show much of their quality because the score was 0-1 early.
Today i expect to see the real power of Anderlecht. They are famous as a strong home team. I noticed that are very ambitious for the Europa Legue competition, they are hungry to progress in final8 first time since 1997.
Apoel has HUGE losses today. Morais, Vinicious, Efrem, all are out! Pieros is back. I predict a big hole in Apoel's midfield! Vinicious and Morais are irreplaceable indeed! The Danish coach of Apoel is obliged to experiment in such a crucial game!
Anderlecht -1 to beat Apoel @2.30 offered by Tipico. Decent selection in my opinion
    I predict something like 2-0 or 3-1
    Good luck punters!

yes mónaco wasnt there until sane's goal but a city reaction was expected, they were playing terrible in the first half and they had to attack in the second to stay in the competition and they have quality players. also i had the impression mónacos plan was to defend the 2-0 rather than search the 3-0. city took advantage of this and they started attacking, they scored and mónaco seemed to be ready for another frenchoke. at the end they managed to score and hold the result and i'm happy as they play such beautiful football and i think they have good chances of going deep in this tournament. personally i'm on them to reach the final so hope they don't draw bayern or juve in the next round.

You need to know, that when Manchester City connects things in buildup, they are dangerous as hell. They can beat everyone, but in first half, they were simply lost. There was no connection between the defensive line and midfield, Fernandinho was there just to run and Baka & Fabinho looked like two Gods on the pitch, winning all the duels, winning all the 2nd balls, Silva and de Bruyne were totally erased from the pitch. Aguero was trying, while Sane and Sterling didn't even came into positions where they could take advantage of speed.. while they were 1on1 with Mendy or Sidibe, there was no space and as they are physically much stronger than Sane and Rash, it was impossible to break them. They are something similar to Rose&Walker duel, even if I think that S&M are even smarter, and tactically better, but well that's just my personal opinion.
In second, when those through balls started working for City, when Sane and Rash received good balls behind the defence, I thought ok, poor Monaco.. that's it. Aguero missed 2-3 chances which he is not missing normally and City is out. On the other hand I can not lose the feeling, that Rash is incapable of scoring. Can he improve? Maybe, he's young, but for player like him.. ability to score is important and should be less nervous in front of goal. But well.. when it looked that City is closer to 2-2 than 3-1, Timo scored and it was enough.
I am so happy for Monaco. Even if I really like to see the way how City plays (2nd half), I just love this Monaco and I really think that they can surprise this year. Except Bayern maybe, I think that no one is capable to destroy them. Real and Barcelona are not on deadly level (yet), Atletico will suffer against Monaco for sure,.. Shakespeare can only pray that they won't get Monaco. Can not wait the draw.
p.s. I just hope, that Monaco is still focused on Ligue 1. You need to be lucky in Champions league, that's for sure.

Revised my bet for today and it's a treble of Northampton over 1.5, Brentford over 1.5 and Accrington minus one pays around 8.5 to one.

Leicester with the two victories gained a psychological advantage, while Seville is a very good team, I expect qualifying to determine the details, I do not believe that teams go on the field and attack from the start of the match, one goal is enough
LEICESTER CITY vs FC SEVILLA @@ +2.75 Under, odds 1.96
I do not believe that may be endangered Juventus especially in front of the audience, know how to manage such games, keeping the measures in the pace and qualifying, I expect close game with few goals
JUVENTUS TURIN vs FC PORTO @@ +2.50 Under, odds 1.75

There were 13 corners in the BRE V HUD match, with the home side having the most 7-6
Wolves comfortably covered the -2 handicap, winning 8-3

I'd certainly avoid Norwich personally. Seems like they are right back in a slump having gone through a decent run to put them back in play off contention. I'd fancy BTTS in that one.

BTTS is the bet on Blackburn/Norwich fo-shizzle.
Cardiff and Leeds both look too good to be true so knowing Leeds, they'll now somehow get stuffed. QPR are in decent form so would expect to score.
Also Blackpool have picked up some nice form and are (a) at awful Wycombe. Could be decent on a DnB but im reluctant to touch that league this week after it stung me last Saturday.
@Tiffy Brentford have the highest average corners per game in the league when playing (h) and Huddersfield have the 4th highest of any (a) team. Should be lots

    Anderlecht @2.70 to beat Apoel
Main bet of Europa league matches. According to my criteria, Apoel is missing the two most valuable players of their game- Soteriou and Vinicious-
Anderlecht with some super talented players like Tielemans ready to be sold to big premier league teams
I can not afford not to place my massive stakes on the away side. Too much fan support for Apoel, not enough though in my opinion

A few words about the Belgian teams:
    Gent-Genk
Both of them have an important match to qualify for Play-off 1 on Sunday (yes both of them are out of the top 6, lol). Chances Sunday are much higher for Gent than for Genk. Besides this, I am sure both teams will take this serious. The squad of Gent is much bigger, so I think they will rotate a bit (they did that also against Tottenham). At these odds, I am definitely going for Gent as they are excellent when playing in front of the home crowd. I saw Genk live last week at Anderlecht and their central midfield is very decent, but with the loss of Ndidi and Bailey they also lost a lot of quality (Gent have a better squad than before the winter break). Especially on the wings they lack some power. Gent is the logical bet here.
    Apoel-RSC Anderlecht
Now some words about Anderlecht (my favourite team to be clear). They played a good game against Mechelen this weekend, but they lost. I don't know much about APOEL, but I understand that they will miss their top scorer. Than probably De Camargo will play. We Belgians know him very well, he was solid in his best period, but is getting old and slow. He left to Cyprus because he didn't play in Belgium. Besides this, the defence of Anderlecht is their weakest link. Also I think Anderlecht will rotate again like against Zenit. Deschacht will probably play and he made some big errors lately. In offence the rotation "problem" won't be that big as everyone has almost the same level, except for Teodorczyk who is really important for us. All in all, I think that Anderlecht is the favourite for qualification, but tonight APOEL is. I also expect Anderlecht to score a goal.

Just few words about Rostov – United because as I see, the games becomes very interesting to follow.

The current tendency is to bet against United. The field is on very bad condition, the motivation or the home team is very high, some missing players on United side, last few very good results on the national league..etc..

It seems to me that with intention or not (some guys maybe want to buy at better price J), the price for United win is becoming very good. Now is around 1.85. It is extremely good in my opinion.

It is a huge value difference between teams against Rostov. Of course there may be big surprises (see Bayern) but at this level is something else.

Ok, Rostov had some good results lately but if we look closely to the last 5 games table we notice that won easily against very week teams but failed to win and even failed to score against 3 medium teams, with only 7 (seven) shots on goal in these 3 games.  Hard to think will score against Manchester United.

Finally, I really believe that the last thing Manchester needs at this moment is to think to the second leg with Rostov.  Will force the victory,  maybe a comfortable one to return to Premier problems they have.

Yesterday I did not like 1.65 but today I like 1.85. In my opinion the odds will be a little more bigger but will fall in the afternoon.  I will wait a little bit.

More than that, I will try   -1.5 Manchester with odds over 3.30

Of course - just my thoughts.  Everybody has to make his own assessment.

There's lots of advantage to that too. The bookies continually overate teams based on reputation/ELOs, such as 3rd place drop outs from the CL who don't take it seriously as the Champions League is their remit.
I agree it's a bit of a minefield but if you take your time, and really do your research, smart betting can make you a nice run to final

Plymouth have been utterly shit and a dodgy bet for weeks. 1 win in 6. Pathetic.
I can't believe some people are still backing Scunthorpe. 2 wins in 10. No wins in their last 8.
Ended up 2/4 for tonight. It's a shame Barnsley missed so many chances tonight and Newcastle couldn't find a goal.
Delighted with my cheeky -1 QPR corners bet. Unlucky on Reading/Newcastle @Tiffy

    Raith Rovers v St Mirren
The (a) team have found renewed energy in recent weeks after a dismal time of it the Scottish Championship. They're now on a run with only 1 defeat in 6 in all competitions (W4 D1 L1)
The one loss came at the hands of Premier League Celtic where they gave a very good account of themselves, taking the lead and then having Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers describe them as the best team to come to Celtic Park this season (an exaggeration no doubt but high praise). They are now only 5 points from getting out of the bottom relegation spot and this is a team has much, much more talent than it has shown.
Raith on the other hand are not going well; NO WINS in their last 17! 1 draw and 5 defeats in 6.
BET : ST MIRREN DnB at 1.73
