I am going with home wins today, picked up a 3/1 treble last week with the double chance picks and will go for a 5 team acca today 33/1
    Blackburn, Stoke, WBA, Swansea, Huddersfield.
    All to win at home.

There is not much in the championship that jumps out this weekend. I have a feeling for Stoke, manager eventually sacked and players who have been playing below par. I fancy them to get something at Barnsley.
I also think Fulham can score goals and have quality in the final third and will get something at Birmingham.
That said anything can happen in the championship so I will go with the double chance draw or away win. Add to that Millwall to over power Charlton and a home win at the den and that gives me a treble at 3/1.

I am with Stevie on this one and will take Bristol Rovers at evens in an acca. They are on a good run and I have a friend who is a rovers fan. They have been unlucky with some of the games they have lost before this run. They got beat by Burton Albion and should easily have won with a good away performance, conversely MK got beaten 3-0 playing at home to Burton last week who aren’t exactly prolific goal scorers.
Add to that a play off place beckons with a win and the fact that Bristol rovers have won the last two meetings between these teams then I think the bookies have priced it about right.
That said there is always value in the away win, particularly in the Championship. I think your Forest Green pick is the more likely of the two as they have a good young squad and are hard to beat. The double chance at 11/10 looks good value to me.
Good luck with the away wins.

I think this is the day that Huddersfield Town will turn the corner. The Cowleys have had some time to work with the players and I think they will have targeted this home game against Millwall to get back on track and it’s a must win to jump above Stoke following their defeat last night. True their form is appalling but they have some decent players and at 7/5 as the home team they will be my bet of the day to boost a few accumulators.
    Come on the Terrriers!

While Huddersfield haven’t won in six months the tide has to turn soon and they still have some good players. I am going to take a chance on them in the next few matches. No one would give them a prayer against a Luton team who are riding the wave but there is some value now in backing Huddersfield and I have a feeling in my water that betting on them over the next five matches will reep a profit.

I am all over Leicester today, I saw them against Chelsea and they are a good team. Lots of pace and movement and an away game against a Sheff Utd team that come out and play will suit them perfectly 13/10 for Leicester I will take all day long.

Last week showed just what a lottery the championship is. This week looks slightly easier with some a bit more to go on and strong home team wins I think.
West Brom look good against Millwall who will struggle again this season. Bilic off to a flyer away to a good forest team and they have the firepower to hurt Millwall. Home win.
Cardiff need to bounce back and even for a Luton side riding the promotion wave I think it will be difficult. Home win for me.
There’s a feel good factor around Pride Park at the moment, a good away win at Huddersfield and Rooney on the horizon. The players know this league and it might just be their season. Home win.
One away win, I will back Stoke to beat Charlton. A smash and grab against Blackburn but at home they will have to come out and play and I think Stoke will have enough and simply need to win.
    17/1 Chance
Double chance cover on those teams 2/1.

I have a fancy for Peterborough, always a team that could score goals over recent seasons just lacking one or two additions. George Boyd coming back is a big plus and I fancy them to go well. Opening game is at home to Fleetwood and I fancy them to get off to a good start.
Burton vs Ipswich is an interesting game. Ipswich will be favourites to bounce back to the Championship and will have to much firepower for this division, that said Burton will proved a tough test at home and with the likes of  Boyce and Adkins and a few good additions I fancy it to be an open game today and will go for both teams to score.
Random punt of the day is for Cheltenham to get something away to Leyton Orient, decent odds the draw or the win. While Orient stormed to promotion and should win on paper Cheltenham have a couple of experienced strikers in Varney and Reid and I expect them to capitalise against a forward looking orient.
    Good luck everyone

While the championship can be unpredictable I think Blackburn are a shoe in for a win against Charlton. I know you have to factor in the promotion bounce for Charlton but the Blackburn team has experience throughout the team and a lot of players who have played at a higher level. They are the home team, experienced manager and they will score goals today. They also had a good end to last season and have kept the squad together. I will include them with Celtic at home and an easy to double to double your money with a season opener.

gone with a solid treble and large lottery ticket

Hibs, Blackburn, and Boro pays for me 3.36/1
Hibs have a quality squad and have outplayed most of their opponents, cut out wee lapses at the back and they could easily finish 2nd this yr.  Motherwell are a stuffy team that lacks any real quality, they have a decent front man in moult but the rest of the team is bang average, hibs possession football will limit his opportunities today, routine win for the hibees imo and 1/2 is value for accums.
Blackburn after a shaky start adapting to lower level football have flcked the switch and now know whats required, they have a squad thats too good for this level and it has shown easily in their last few matches, now they have got used to their surrounding i expect them to go on a long run and get promoted outright.
Boro good price at home to an inconsistent QPR side that ship goals. QPR ropey away form, defensive sieve + Boro mean defence, quality squad and home side status = Boro win for me.

my lottery ticket is fulham, exeter, wigan, aberdeen, celtic, hibs, raith, ayr, clyde, blackburn abd boro   pays 157-1
all taken from form, squad status and tips off here
    good luck

Have followed for a while and picked up some good tips from this forum and making a profit so thought I would join the action. My bet for this weekend.
    Cardiff 4/7
    Norwich or draw 2/7
    Southend 1/1
    Burnley 3/10
    £50 pays £262.64
Cardiff came off the back of a good win against Derby, results don't show but they have some quality and experience in the side and Cardiff will be looking for win at home to maintain momentum and warnock can motivate and knows Rotherham well.
Norwich double chance, they have to much for a hardworking Burton side lacking quality and depth. Burton don't lack heart however and covering the draw, just in case.
Southend have the fire power up front and have almost a fully fit squad at home. Northampton have generally faired poorly but had a mini run of good results lately but against weaker sides. A much more difficult proposition with a trip down to the south coast today.
Burnley to win, Lincoln have had a great run but all good things... there is a huge quality gap here and on a tight pitch with a home crowd it's Burnley all day for me. Even with a few changes there are no big time Charlie's at Burnley and players will always play for Dyche.
     Good luck everyone.
