  1. Not exactly BTTSM though I was a contestant on Michael Barrymore's Strike it Lucky with the notorious hotspots, so a very similar experience. Fcuk knows how I managed to get out of that pool later? I like the BTTS plan more though as the odds are typically 1.65- 2.2. . how about reinvesting 50% only of the profit after each winning bet? And maybe use doubles only but retain 10% of the profit in a pot and have a shot at a quad or five timer every so often?
  2. Re: Northern Ireland > Danske Bank Premiership > 2013/14 good call last week Rubber. But this week I see the Blues bouncing back at a traditionally safe ground, carrying at least a one goal margin at Ballinamallard. Elsewhere. the like for like form supports a plan to take both Dungannnon and Ballymena on the + handicap away to Glens and Cville respectively. Or take a straight win single for both on smaller stakes (4.2 and 3.6 on 365 and probably higher on betfair)
  3. Re: England > Capital One Cup > 11th & 12th August 2014 Thanks for that egger and :welcometo PL. I would always side with a senior side against juniors, so Bury may well be worth a wager, certainly with a half a goal start.
  4. Re: Ships is leaving us Farewell Ships. Legend status assured.
  5. Re: England > Weekend > Skrill Prem Feb 8 saw that downpour, sun splitting the trees now - so maybe that was just the excuse the ref needed to get himself down to the Coach and Horses for an afternoon by the fire watching big gay Jeff on Sky Sports Super Saturday
  6. Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Jan 6-9 Ships, not seeing the Gateshead game on 365......has it been pulled?
  7. Re: Northern Ireland > Danske Bank Premiership > 2013/14 Ballymena are on something of a renaissance run at the moment and this news re the keeper (see Newsletter report below) should seal a -2 AH v the fishermen today at 5.75 on Bet365. Only in the Irish Prem can we still hear of 50 year olds "chomping at the bit" to play :lol It makes me feel so young. reminder of my earlier call: Champions to share over four goals with the Coleraine farmers - 2.65 on the AH on Bet 365. Good luck in 14. Ballymena United have secured the services of Crusaders goalkeeper Yohann Lacroix on a sho
  8. Re: Northern Ireland > Danske Bank Premiership > 2013/14 "Cliftonville on the + .25 Ah 1.925 may look like crazy value at 5.00 tonight (Bet 365). Portadown promising to bounce back after losing in a farcical game v the Planters at Windsor. But more importantly, their opponents score freely against the bigger teams, this is a derby and there has only been one game in the last six meetings with less than 4 goals. Take a chance on over 4 goals at 3.4 on Bet 365 Asian goal line or take over 3 for 1.85. " Final scores: Crues 1 C'ville 1: Glenavon 2 Portydown 3 A note ahead of
  9. Re: Northern Ireland > Danske Bank Premiership > 2013/14 Crusaders v Cliftonville is a major derby as both sides are challenging at the top of the league. Quite a big rivalry in the fixture which still holds the record for police attendance at a single fixture in Europe (1250 officers in a game which took place during intense sectartian rivalry in the 1980's - there was one policeman for every two fans). Cliftonville are back in Championship form and perhaps crucially have the effective Barry Johnstone back. This will also increase the likelihood of a higher card count as he is som
  10. Re: Northern Ireland > Danske Bank Premiership > 2013/14 Cliftonville banged in a few last week to stage a recovery v Coleraine but never have an easy time at shamrock park. And pdown are looking good at home lately - Hw at 3.1 on betfair. I also think we will see over 4 goals here.
  11. Re: Northern Ireland > Danske Bank Premiership > 2013/14 Some thoughts on overpricing; ville not impressing and lucky to get 3 points off the farmers last week, I would think that coleraine 1/x is a fair call. crusaders had a late night at Windsor and maybe a bit slow out of the blocks v Fermanagh bhoys, but my call is a high goal line for this one as I fancy an away goal or two and crues been banging them in at home especially in the 2nd half. Good luck
  12. Re: Permission to ask a stupid question - Help needed most of the bookies these days have the lottery type coupons where you simply shade a box beside your selection and then do the same for the bet type and stake. Couldn't be easier, but I think an online account is far superior in terms of variation of betting options and deals. The most important part is making sure you pick winners only ;) Good luck.
