Huge money gone on this horse as it opened at 6/1 now 9/2 after only 15 minutes. This is a set race similar to the running on 29 Dec 2005. Nothing with form in the race. Just received a phone call from an old friend who is involved with the Transcend Bloodstock LLP, who own many horses. Told me to get on Opal Noir tomorrow in the 4.50 at Ayr, which is one of the horses they own. He said they are expecting a big run from this horse tomorrow as long as the ground doesnt get too soft. He always speaks over favourably about the horses he owns, but did seem pretty keen about this one and said it should go off around 7's or 8's. Two earlier wins on the all-weather were followed by two lesser efforts on turf, but now returning to the polytrack. Found life tougher up in grade last twice and has a headgear applied now.
