Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 Remember Rocky 4.20pm Hamilton - 1pt WIN 10-3 Paddypower Course and distance winner, loves fast ground, consistent recently and going up in the ratings and improving. Won last 2, in very good form and has a good partnership with this jockey. 4 wins from last 6 races and won easily last time out. Can shrug off this extra weight (new mark) and main rival Tectonic has a profile that suggests "good but not good enough".

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 4.00 plumpton Alfraamsey ew 14/1 betvictor Takes a drop in grade back into cl3 company on first run for new stable , figs of 1-2-4-1 in cl3 hurdles , and is a 2 time CD winner from 3 for a stable that is 2/5 with hurdlers here. 3lbs higher than last win but could improve for change of scenery.

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 Ham 5.20 - Mandy Layla - win at 4/1 bog wm hill This is a pretty poor sprint handicap and my selection is in decent form and has a 2-2 record at this track. Won over CD 2 runs ago in a similar race to this then just found the sharp 5F at Muss an insufficient test. Return to this stiffer track will help

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 Gowran Park 5:25 - Diplomat WIN @ 8/1 Sky Bet Finished 6th in the Galway Hurdle earlier in the year and travelled very strongly when 3rd behind Digeanta at Killarney over 2m1f last time out. The drop back in trip should be fine as this is a strong travelling horse, he should be prominent and with Pat Smullen taking the ride, the champion jockey to be can hopefully steer this one home.

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 Uttoxeter 2.40 Dazzling Rita 1pt win @ 9-2 BOG Bet365 The favourite for today's race, Kilfinichen Bay, won easily last time the two met but carries a lot more weight after winning its last two races. Dazzling Rita was second to Top Billing in his subsequent race and on a line through that winner has a reasonable chance at today's weights of coming out on top.

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 H4.20 Raamz 1pt Win 15/2 Betvictor This horses sole win from 18 starts came over c&d under this jockey and the horse can go in again here. The horse in 2nd that day has gone and won twice since off a mark of 9lb higher. Raamz still looks really well handicapped to win this and the jockey clearly gets the most out of the horse

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 Plumpton 4.00 - Alfraamsey (1pts win, 16/1 Stan James) Returns from a 139 day lay off and is on stable debut for Ali Stonge here. His last win came in class 3 company back in September of last year in this race and he races today off a 3lbs lower mark then that win so if he's primed to go could do well at decent odds.

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 4.00 Plumpton: Town Mouse EW 33/1 PP/Betfred On a poor days racing i may aswell take a chance on the rag Town Mouse at a big price. He should be a lot shorter based on some of his form last season and his 4th to Ravens Tower at Ascot reads well in the context of this ordinary handicap. Can be a bit awkward in his races but much better nowadays and usually likes to be handy which will suit around here.

Re: NAP OF THE DAY COMPETITION - SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER 2014 2.30 plump fennan @8/1 coral interesting this one runs here as the combo love a winner round plumpton. Unseated last time and up against a lot of unknowns..... Would rather take 8/1 about this one than shorter prices on an unknown. Don't feel Bridgwater is in great form at the mo so I'd be against the fav and that's a definate lay for me.
