  1. I'd say if you are looking to make consistent profits then the first thing is be patient. Don't expect to make a fortune overnight. It's about showing consistent profit over time when betting can be a way of making you cash. Anyone can have a good week or a good month but you need consistency over time to make it worthwhile. A good knowledge of a certain sport will obviously give you more confidence in your bets.
  2. Hartnell has been trouncing everything over here and the only horse who beat him in his last few was Winx who is a superstar, so got to respect him but he's had some hard races (although not fully extended) just not sure if he's going to be as effective over this trip but would hardly be a surprise to see him win. Got to respect any horse Mullins sends here he has had a few places in this and Wicklow Brave should run well but probably a place chance at best. I have got three I like - Bondi Beach on recent form would need to find something but is a class horse and one of the better ones in this field, interesting they come back this year and last year was an odd race when he was down the field, will need some luck in running as he will probably be held up but has the ability. Jameka has done little wrong in her lead up's winning the Caulfield Cup by 3 lengths she also won the G1 Oaks. She did get turned over by Hartnell at this track but was clear of the third. She can run a big race. For an each way shot I like Exospheric (previously Exosphere in UK) ran in the Juddmonte international and only got beat 4 lengths by Postponed and that form is strong. I liked his run in the Caulfield Cup and think he can better that run second time out over here, He's got Damien Oliver on board which is a plus and this trainer knows what kind of horse you need to win this, if he gets the trip could be finishing well. Selections Bondi Beach win @ 9/1 Jameka win @ 7/1 Exospheric E/W @ 20/1

  13. Charlie Victor: 7th of 9 (-1)Swashbuckle: 2nd of 9 (-1)Emerald Loch: 10th of 13 (-1)Thurs 26/05Chelmsford 3.20: Daring Day (1pts win, 5/2 Bet365)Debuted 254 days ago at Yarmouth when running third of 10 and not beaten too far (1 1/4 lengths) and looked green. The slight worry is the long break but if ready for this and matching debut effort can go close. Newcastle 7.30: Wave Reviews (1pts win, 11/8 Bet365)Had three starts but run well each occasion and a decent level of form. If the extra distance brings out more improvement should be right there.
