Not on the best form at the minute but not letting that put me off. I'm following stats and generally they will come good. I will try to get more info on to the matches and explain / show stats where I can. As you will see from stats below, the bets are very much ones you would not bet against. I evaluate both teams, recent results, head to head stats. Everything.
    1899 Hoffenheim v Borussia Dortmund - over 2.5 @ 1.47
If you bet over 2.5 on every Hoffenheim match and every Dortmund match you would have a nice profit. There has been over 2.5 goals in ALL 10 of Dortmunds last 10 matches. Dortmund goals scored in their last 5 matches looks like this 3-2-5-4-3. Worth noting the game where they scored just the 2 was away to Hertha Berlin where they played the second half of the match with 10 men (they were 2-1 up at half time). Head-to-Head there has been over 2.5 goals in all but one of their last 7 meetings.
Jong FC Utrecht v Go Ahead Eagles - Both Teams To Score @ 1.533
Go Ahead Eagles are unbeaten in 17 straight matches. Both Teams have scored in 8 out of Jong Utrechts 9 home matches this season.  Jong Utrecht have scored in every single one of their home matches this season. Go Ahead Eagles have only failed to score twice in 19 matches all season.

    Dortmund v Leipzig
    Betting suggestion:
over 3,25 @1,869 Pinnacle both teams to score & over 2,5 goals @1,70 Pinnacle Short preview: Without any doubt, the most interesting match tonight. Clash of current league leaders of Leipzig who will be hosted on Signal-Iduna-Park  by Borussia Dortmund. Recent results of both teams Dortmund: 4-0L, 3-3, 1-2W, 5-0W, 0-4W and Leipzig: 2-2, 2-3W, 3-1W, 2-2, 0-3W are clearly pointing on over here. Where it gets tricky from the statistical point of view is the fact that Leipzig has the 2nd best defense in the league with only 16 goals conceded in 15 rounds. Dortmund on the other hand only 3 more, which means neither of those two sides is conceding a lot, but as mentioned yesterday for the Cagliari-Lazio match – for both sides we can firstly stress out their offensive strength as they scored 37 and 42 goals so far in the competition.  Favre will miss Witsel, Delaney, and Schmelzer, while Nagelsmann is still without defenders Orban and Konate, and midfielder Kampl who is once again on the injury list. Honestly, I think that Bulls are coming into this match in a slightly better form, and even though they miss their captain Orban, the defensive pair Upamecano-Klostermann works pretty fine. Their front part, with Werner, Sabitzer, Forsberg, and Poulsen looks really scary (first three mentioned, scored 26 goals! However I turn this match, I think both teams are strong enough to take advantage of the opponent’s weaknesses and I believe we will see goals here… Looking for a winner here, I might even try with direct Leipzig win with odds above 3,25.

    Augsburg v Fortuna Dusseldorf
    Betting suggestion:
Augsburg -0.5 @1,87 Pinnacle Short preview: The away side is coming with some worries as the top goal scorer Hennings is doubtful for the match. Besides him, they won’t be able to count on the standard defender Bodzek, while Karaman, Suttner, and Stöger are on the injury list as well. Augsburg on the other side is still without Finnbogason, but the coach Schmidt can still count on all players who participated in the last 5 matches, where Augsburg have beaten Paderborn and Hoffenheim away, Herta and Mainz at home and played 1-1 draw in Köln. The completely different atmosphere is in the locker room of Fortuna, who slipped to the 16th spot with recent defeats against Dortmund (5-0), and Leipzig (0-3). Truth is they played against some top sides lately, but even otherwise they lost 5 of 8 away matches so far. I think that it won’t be an easy match for Augsburg, but with the form they’re holding at the moment, I think that they will simply do what will be needed to book another three points.

    VfB Stuttgart v Nurnberg
This evening sees 2 sides recently relegated from the top division take on each other. Apologies, I've made it sound like it might be a good game. It probably won't be. After a blazing start of 6 wins and 2 draws from their first 8 matches Stuttgart decided to give themselves a challenge and let others team get involved, by simply losing their next 3 games in a row - a fine feat after 8 games undefeated. However their last 4 games have saw them see-saw (W-L-W-L). So for the sake of my
tip for tonight I hope that see-saw motion continues and they SEE ? another win this evening.
Stuttgart's home scoring record is pretty impressive. They've scored 2 or more goals in 6 out of their 8 home matches this season. Scoring 3 in each of their last 2. Take note over 2.5 lovers (like myself).
Now, let's forget the results for a second (I thought Chris Ramsey should have been in the final but hey). Stuttgart have outplayed every team they've played this season - comfortably. Possession, shots, corners, haircuts, you name it. Looking at the stats you're thinking "if they had a number 9 with a pair of boots with holes in them
they'd have maximum points and we could play like Arsenal for the second half of the season and still get promoted". They're not.
Nurnberg on the hand come here with absolutely no form at all to consider. Nothing. They currently occupy the relegation play-off spot of 16th. Their last 8 games have been lost, lost badly, lost entirely, lost in the car park, lost on the park, lost heavily and have you seen the latest series of LOST cause I think the whole Nurnberg team are in it? Like Stuttgart however they have quite often dominated games but have no idea where the goal is - however unlike Stuttgart who occasionally take their blindfolds off to have a go, Nurnberg are happy just kicking the ball about. They've now conceded 15 goals in 7 games. Averaging over 2 goals against them per match (and that's with a 0-0 thrown in there too). So it's hard to see how Nurnberg can get anything from this match. Perhaps a 0-0 stalemate if they both decide to play with their blindfolds on?
    Head-to-Head Stats
Nurnberg haven't beat Stuttgart in their last 4 meetings
Nurnberg haven't kept a clean sheet in their last 4 meetings
With an outright win for Stuttgart offering very little I think the Draw No Bet security offer is very good - considering what Coral is currently offering (1.33).
Nurnberg have been pasted really early on the last few games too - with the match almost tied up at half time, so I suspect Stuttgart may come out the traps early and
try to end this one before it begins too. VfB Stuttgart to be winning at half time is 2.30.
    Predictions
VfB Stuttgart - Draw No Bet @ 1.33 (Coral - huge odds from them as the closest is 1.20)
    VfB Stuttgart - HT @ 2.30 (1.95 most others!)

Real Sociedad v Barcelona - BTTS.@ 1.60.  Real have scored in 15 / 17 of their matches this season. I don't need to even explain Barca's goal threat or stats but they are still as vulnerable at the back as my gran.
Atletico Bilbabo v Eibar - Atletico Bilbao To Win @ 1.75 Bilbao are a solid outfit and even more impressive at home. They've scored 7 goals and conceded just 1 in their last 3 home games. Winning all 3 convincingly. After going 5 games undefeated they lost out 3-2 away to Betis last time out (it's worth noting they were 3-0 after 20 minutes). So did exceptionally well to come back and just missed out on a point. They're back at home on Saturday and should return to winning ways against an Eibar side who have lost 4 on the bounce, conceding 11 goals and scoring just the 1 (that came against Real Sociedad who beat them 4-1). Bilbao Manager Gaizka Garitano has this down on the sheet as  WIN. A comfortable one.
Espanyol v Real Betis - Double Chance Betis Or Draw @ 1.53  Not sure how Espanyol are favourites in this match.  Betis are in the in-form team and having won 3 on the bounce. Espanyol sit solid bottom of the league and have won just once in their last 9 matches. The odds on the double chance are fairly chunky considering. To boot Espanyol also have a Europa League match on Thursday so they will be a little worse for wear against an energetic Betis side.

    RANGERS V YOUNG BOYS
I would love to see Menorca face this Swiss side just so we could say it's "MEN against BOYS".
As far as ELO ratings go there is nothing between these 2.
However Rangers have steadily returned to a force to be reckoned with this season. Not only domestically but in Europe as well. They've been impressive whether home or away but everyone knows that Ibrox is one of the most difficult places to go and get a result. They'll be licking their wounds after a 1-0 defeat to arch rivals Celtic last Sunday where they effectively outplayed their opponents to the point of embarrassment. Possibly the most one-sided Old Firm affair, certainly in recent times. They bombarded them and hit them with everything, missing a penalty along the process. All but putting the ball in the back of the net they were quite superb.
Now, they head in to their final Europa League group fixture sitting proudly but very, very precariously at the top. All 4 teams can still qualify from the group. 3 points separate top and bottom. However this is a Rangers side who swept aside Porto 2-0 and outclassed Feyenoord 1-0 in their other 2 home fixtures so far. Young Boys are arguably an easier task. Rangers should have got at least a point away to the Swiss side but for poor defending and a last second winner. They were the best team for the most part and could have put the game to bed after going into the second half 1-0 in front. However this time out they'll have an eager and encouraging 50,000 support behind them as they hope to fire their way into the knockout stages. If they play half as well as they did against Celtic at the weekend they should cruise through. Realistically that's not how Rangers do things so it will probably be a nail biting but ultimately happy ending for the Glasgow side.
Rangers have scored 44 goals in 13 home games across all competitions this season. They have scored at least 1 goal in every home match. That stat averages out at 3.38 goals per home match - and that's just goals for. So the over 2.5 goals odds of 1.87 seems pretty generous. On top of that, only a win is good enough for Young Boys to progress to the next round, so there is no fear of them coming to defend or sit back. This will suit Rangers down to the ground and if the game opens up there is no doubt that Gerrard's men will provide more in terms of firepower than their Swiss counterparts.
Rangers To Win Draw No Bet @ 1.40
    Over 2.5 @ 1.87
    Prediction: Rangers 3 - 1 Young Boys

Can't believe the stupid folk over at the Champions League have organised a full card of matches on the same day as Wigan v West Brom.
You may laugh but West Brom are 10 games undefeated and quite frankly I'd take them 'draw no bet' against Barca at the moment. Obviously if Messi wasn't playing and my sister had the other controller.
This game will probably be more entertaining than most of the games in the CL tonight as there is most definitely something to play for. Wigan's last 7 games have been goalfests - with all 7 over 2.5 goals (and 3 of them over 3.5). Unfortunately for them they've all been against.  They face a West Brom side who have also been having a few goalfests, however most of those goals have came in the 'for' category. They've scored no less than 25 goals in 10 matches. Some fairly impressive romps along the way. So if stats are anything to go by, which they are, then tonight's match should see plenty of goals and the over 2.5 odds of 1.87 seems really quite generous from the bookies. I'm on, I'm really on, in fact I'm doubling down on this one. Both Teams To Score is also quite tasty at 1.85 and as much I believe it will come in there is a small part of me that thinks it could potentially be 0-3. Roll on the 1-1 now that I've said that.

So the game taking my fancy tonight in the Championship is the rib tickler that is Stoke City against Luton. Both teams love conceding goals. It's like they've both forgot the rules of the game. Clean sheet ratio for both teams this season is as follows: Luton ONCE in FIFTEEN games. Stoke TWICE in FIFTEEN games. That's 3 times between them in 30 games. So in 90% of the games played between both teams they have conceded at least 1 goal. I suspect a 2-1 win for either team.
Both Teams To Score @ 1.80!

Nice preview as always Mr. Day.
Haaland anytime scorer is a great shout and a great price too @ 2.43 (although I can't find him anywhere at that now - best I can find is Betway @ 2.20) - might just join you on that one. Not so keen on Liverpool HT/FT. I don't think Sazlburg will get caught with their pants down this time and end up 3 down in less time than it takes Spurs to replace a manager. I am a huge fan of the way Sazlburg play and I believe they are the most exciting team to watch in the competition. They are pure football, pure attack, pure joy. They are the Ajax of the competition this year and I really don't want them to go out at this stage and you know what? I think they have a decent chance of hanging around a bit longer.
Liverpool haven't really set the Champions League on fire by any means this season but still top the group. They lost 1-0 away to Napoli and I honestly thought they were outplayed at Anfield (but for the first half hour) and Sazlburg deserved at least a draw last time out. When it was 3-3 the Austrians looked far more dangerous than Liverpool did. A little bit of magic from what has to be said was a very poor Mo Salah on the night was enough to clinch it 4-3. If Sazlburg start off the same way as they finished the game at Anfield then Liverpool could be in for a tough night. I hope it's the case and I hope they make Liverpool dig deep and make for another superbly entertaining game.
Like every game in what I believe is the strongest and most exciting group in the competition I believe this will have lots of goals and be largely unpredictable. However I can't see Salzburg losing with the home support they have. In the other game I also see a struggling Napoli side perhaps drawing or scraping a win against a sturdy Genk team.
    Over 3.5 @ 1.95

Inter, due to the upcoming Barcelona changes and strong motivation, is a favorite on the betting pages. Although it will not be an easy night, I expect a strong battle, where both teams will score.

Liverpool are certainly the first, because of their experience, quality and flair, as the Reds have a draw. Salzburg are forced to look for victory and always play aggressively at home. I think both teams will find at least one goal in the match, with over 2.5 at odds.

    Great preview as always @StevieDay1983
If there was ever a game you wanted to be on Amazon Prime it's this one. Even the most dedicated Arsenal fan would take 90 minutes of buffering over 5 minutes of Bellerin at the moment. Oh and thanks for the Aubamayang not scoring against West Ham in his last 3 appearances, Stevie. You've just woke up The Hammers back four.
This is probably one of the most unpredictable games you will find tonight ?. So much so ,that I'm going to tell you the exact result and how many corners there will be.
West Ham beat Chelsea 1-0 game before last. You know how? cause Chelsea had 30 shots on goal and didn't score any. If a fifth of their shots ON target went in
they'd have beaten them comfortably. They have been destroyed and play off the park in each of their last 5 games - including the win. Honestly, the ELO ratings must have sh*t themselves in that fixture.
Arsenal meanwhile have decided that there's no such thing as a mid-table battle and have dived worse than old Cristiano in the box. Quickly. They're looking like a team out of ideas. They're looking like a team that don't even want to come up with ideas. It's a bizarre situation and one that looks like it may continue, but, it can't, this is Arsenal. I hope and think much like Spurs they will reach a wall and decide that they will have to smash through that wall before anything good will happen, like winning a game.
I said this game was unpredictable but for the life of me I can't see how Arsenal can lose another game.I mean I can, too easily. With that said I actually think a draw may actually offer both managers a little light relief - although a win would most certainly give either manager a HUGE and well needed boost. What to do? How to play? Who knows?
I'm going against Stevie here but feel we will both end up with our wager back:
Arsenal to win draw no bet @ 1.55

    Hello all,
I hope you all had a nice and profitable weekend from some very entertaining games of football.
A profitable week last week if anyone followed. A tidy £165.25 based on £25 bets. I want to keep it the same amount and the same stake on here for a real and genuine indication of bets and turnover. However there is bets where I would personally up my stake (normally double up) and such. If anyone is interested in these please let me know and I will perhaps add an icon / indicator where I think this should be applied.
I believe I could have achieved an even bigger haul last week as many games which I decided to leave out as they were just short of the stats actually came to fruition.
    Today's tips to follow soon.
    Cheers

    West Ham vs Arsenal
The Monday Night Football game in the Premier League this week comes from the London Stadium where West Ham host Arsenal in an 8pm GMT kick-off. Both of these teams are really struggling for form lately. Another defeat for either side here would certainly set the alarm bells ringing but could a victory be the spark needed to get their season back on track?
West Ham started this season quite positively and it appeared at one stage that they might gatecrash the fight for the top four. Unfortunately, Manuel Pellegrini's men have really dropped off the pace over recent weeks only managing to earn 4 points from their last 8 league matches. The fact they have conceded 18 goals in their last 9 league games shows you exactly where the problem lies. The Hammers have also lost 3 of their last 4 home games. No other team in the top flight has lost more games on a Monday than West Ham.
Arsenal are probably one of the only teams West Ham will fancy their chances against right now. The sacking of Unai Emery has seen Freddie Ljungberg appointed as interim manager but his reign has started woefully with a draw against Norwich and a defeat to Brighton. The Gunners are without a win in 9 matches across all competitions. It is their worst run of results since 1977. That was the year Jimmy Carter was sworn in as US President. No win in their last 6 away league games makes for grim reading. They have also conceded two or more goals in their last 5 matches. Be wary about backing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as an anytime or first scorer bet as well. He might have bagged 8 goals in his last 10 matches for Arsenal but he's failed to score in his last three appearances against West Ham.
Head-to-head meetings show a favour towards Arsenal. West Ham might have won the last meeting but that ended a 7 game unbeaten run for the Gunners in this fixture. Arsenal haven't done too well at the London Stadium though only winning 1 of their last 4 visits and they have failed to score on their last two visits. I really feel Arsenal are in a stinking situation right now. If they were at home I'd just about back them but I really think West Ham will fancy themselves here. I am still cautious of the draw so I won't back West Ham to win outright but their odds are tempting.

    Hello all,
I hope you all had a nice and profitable weekend from some very entertaining games of football.
    Cheers
