Boston v Maidenhead Both teams have only won twice this season, but I am hoping that the home side are the ones to make it 3. I've put up Boston the last two Saturday's and they could easily have won both rather than drawn both. They were always going to find things tough at Gateshead on Tuesday night, but they didn't play badly and this is a winnable game for them. Maidenhead had lost 3 on the bounce prior to beating Ebbsfleet on Tuesday night and away to a lesser side in the division is a game that Maidenhead have struggled in over the years and they lost 3-1 at the other National League North promoted side Tamworth 3-1 a couple of weeks ago. I'd have the home side as clear favs for this . Southend v Gateshead I'm going to take Southend on again here. Solihull put in a shocker of a performance last week when I backed them and Southend took full advantage, but they then only picked up a point against Wealdstone and they suffered another couple of injuries during the game. I also took Gateshead on last week, but we got lucky to be paid out as Gateshead battered FGR after they had gone a goal down early on. As mentioned above they then beat Boston on Tuesday and again created lots of chances. Hopefully they don't defend like they did in their last away game against Dagenham and I would actually make them favs to win this. Prescot Cables v Leek I backed Prescot earlier in the month and it is the only game they have lost this month, but I am going to back them again here at home because I think they should be shorter than they are. They had a good 3-0 win at Ashton last week and Leek have been struggling for me. They have only won 2 league games, the first was their 2nd game of the season and then they only beat Matlock when Matlock were awful. Prescot have found their feet quicker than Leek for me and they can win this. Whitby v Matlock Whitby did manage to beat Hebburn 6-2 last Saturday, but prior to that they hadn't won since August 17th and they have lost 6 games since then. Tuesday night saw them lose 3-1 to Workington so it isn't as if they have carried on from their win at Hebburn. Matlock should have beaten FCUM last week and I am happy to take them again here to beat Whitby at a big price. Rushall Olympic v Anstey Nomads Going to take a chance on Anstey in the FA Cup. Rushall were slightly fortunate to stay up last season and they have only won twice in the league this season. On paper there are 2 divisions between them, but I think in reality there is probably only 1 so I think Nomads are worth taking a chance on at a massive price to cause an upset.
