I played such a passive game as I didn't know what I was expecting that I was expecting to be demolished by super aggressive play any moment. I don't think you did anything wrong and unfortunately found yourself in a position where the flop was seemingly continually against you and where I was half-bluffing, low pair/high card on a board of high cards played (I think you've got a tell on me though! :lol). I think I did the right thing some of the time and you were unlucky when holding AJ to catch a Jack on a flop of J83 when I was holding a pair of 3s.
