Just done my "last 25 goals" study to see who's hot/not goalscorer wise and was shocked by Chelsea's dismal figures. It's taken them 31 games to score their last 25 goals with 15 games where they failed to score. That's one of the worst numbers I've ever seen including teams who are massive underdogs and expected to get a hammering. In terms of anyone being "hot" you're looking at Havertz with 7 goals followed by Sterling with 3.

Contrast that with Real who rattled in 27 goals in their last 12 games and I'd be wary of placing any bet that involved Chelsea managing to get something out of this tie.

Benzema has 10 goals in 5 of those games, Vini Junior 5 in 4 and Asensio 3.

Obviously anything can happen on the night and it's only one fairly niche metric but it's a shocking set of numbers for a team who are not that far off being co-favourites in a Champions League knock out tie.
