  1. Tottenham 2.80 PSG 1.44 Double for 20 points please
  2. Gaziantepspor sacked their coach in the international break and brought their former coach Marius Sumudica. Romanian coach is a very eccentric character, and he was successfull in his previous stint with Gaziantep few years back. He reunites with some of his former players that are still at the club. We all know coaching changes give teams a boost for at least few weeks. Kayserispor also changed their coach but in their case it was involuntary, their coach left for a bigger Istanbul team. He is replaced by Recep Ucar, who relegated with Umraniyespor last season. This team struggles mightily in terms of finance, FIFA financial fair play rules hit them hard and they are banned from transfers for the last 16-18 months. I believe there is value in Gaziantespor Win
  3. i accidentally posted it in Division 3, hopefully it will count this time...
  4. Adana Demirspor is one of the rising stars of turkish football since their promotion few years back, thanks to a goverment connected chairman. he spent a lot of money, signing players like Balotelli, Inler, Stambouli, Onyekuru and many others. Team was coached by Vincenzo Montello last year and did very well, earning a conference league spot in europe. they started that competition very well in qualifying rounds and are en route to a group stage. this year Adana Demirspor is managed by Patrick Kluivert. So far they have shown a fluid attacking style of football, scoring at will. So everything points out for a comfortable Adana Demirspor win against newly promoted yoyo club Caykur Rizespor. However, as we all know, early season are upset galore, and this could very well end up being a surprise Rize win. They hired a good coach in Ilhan Palut, who is up and coming young coach, kinda like Eddie Howe. He did very well with clubs of similar caliber in Turkish League. Last Rize win in this extremely hot weather city of Adana came exactly 6 years 5 days ago, and i feel like its worth a small stake bet for upset. Rizespor to win ---- stake 1/10
  5. Gala had some tough time handling Zalgiris of Lithuania last round, with first leg in Lithuania ended 2-2. The unusual early start to season seems to cause problems for them as most of their older players (like Dries Mertens) looked like they need more training before getting up to shape. Also some star signings like Wilfried Zaha is also not match fit yet. It will be interesting to see what kind of starting 11 Gala coach will name but I am thinking he might be a little cautious for the first game in Slovenia. A draw wouldn't be surprising imo
  6. i think experience becomes the most important factor at this stage of European comps. Roma, with their coach, and their squad seems to have more experience compared to Leverkusen. However, after seeing the lineups (Dybala and Sharawy benched), it looks like Mourinho wouldn't be unhappy with a draw, plus Leverkusen usually good at euro away games, makes it hard to guess. I would say, with lower than usual stakes, Roma Win
  7. Istanbul Derby between Besiktas - Fenerbahce...always a big game with a lot of tension, even though its a bit behind Gala vs Fener, still expect sold out and loud stadium, in Vodafone arena, right by the Bosphorus river. Fenerbahce coming into this game as the top form team in Super Lig. 8 wins in last 8 league games, and 9 wins and a draw in last ten. Some might argue if there was 5-6 more games instead of 3, you wouldn't be watching Trabzonspor celebrations on the internet. There were also two controversial red card decisions in each game between Trabzon vs Fener, that made Fener play with 10 man for more than 150 minutes all together! Very controversial season by all means, where the head of referee association resigned, 13 referees were suspended, and also head of Turkish Football Federation resigned before the season was over!!! oh well, good old Super Lig... Coming back to the game, Fener really firing on all cylinders, and they actually have to win this game to make sure they clinch second spot with a chance to qualify for Champions League group stage. Besiktas on the other hand, has nothing to play for except this game being a derby so its important for their fans. They will have the home advantage and no away fans allowed in Istanbul Derbys for security reasons. Last Fener win in this fixture came December 2019, and this might be the right time to change their fortunes. Expecting a Fener win, and probably lots of goals. 1-2,1-3 might be the score at the end of 90mins... Cheers
