buga00
Vitoria Setubal - Benfica 7 March 18:00h This will be a meeting of great pressure for the Benfica team, which may be required to win, in order to jump, provisionally, to the leadership of the league table. Now, in the face of a defensively permeable Setúbal victory, an individual quality of the "red" players may be sufficient for Benfica and be able to leave Bonfim alive, even though the sadinos can also contribute to an emotional game, due to the defensive problems that as "eagles" have shown in recent weeks Benfica to win and over 2,5 goals @ 2.08 4pts Benfica -1 @1.57 4pts StevieDay1983
buga00
Porto - Rio Ave 7 March 20.30h This will be a game where only the victory will interest FC Porto, which goes to the ground highly motivated by regaining leadership in the last week. Ahead, the Conceição team will have a Rio Ave going through a good moment of form and that has exhibited a very interesting offensive dynamic, which may make the task, from the defensive point of view, difficult for the “dragons”. Still, playing at home, FC Porto's superior individual quality should be enough for the team to be close to a good result.. Porto to win @1.40 5pts Porto -1 @1.61 3 pts Porto to win and BTTS @2.35 2 pts StevieDay1983

StevieDay1983
Pacos de Ferreira vs Vitor Guimaraes The Portuguese Primeira Liga action delivers some tough fixtures this week with value hard to find. As @buga00 has already found, there are some tough calls to make and I've finally decided to take a punt on the game between Pacos de Ferreira and Vitor Guimaraes in an 8pm GMT kick-off from the Estadio da Mata Real in Pacos de Ferreira on Sunday night. Pacos de Ferreira are just about staying above the relegation zone this season. Manager Pepa has led his team to 16th place and 6 points above the drop zone with a game in hand. The majority of their points have been won at home (14) compared to away (8). Back-to-back wins in the league have also given their survival hopes a huge boost. This is particularly the case because the one win came against bottom-placed Aves. However, just 1 win from their last 5 home matches suggests form is dipping on their own turf. Vitor Guimaraes will still feel they can reach the Europa League qualification spots at the very least. Manager Ivo Vieira's side are 7th in the table and only 5 points behind 4th placed Sporting CP. Just 3 wins from their 11 away league games doesn't make them obvious candidates for an away win here but just 1 loss in their last 9 away matches shows they're a tough side to beat over recent months on their travels. I certainly feel confident that Vitor Guimaraes can get at least a draw here and given the strength of the ELO ratings in their favour I feel the odds on them winning aren't too bad either. Pacos de Ferreira have been doing OK lately but there's a gulf in quality between the two teams and I think it'll show in this game with the away side picking up a narrow win. buga00
Sporting - Aves - 8 March 17:30h This will be a game that will be irremediably marked by the debut of Rúben Amorim as a new Sporting coach, who is bound to win to keep the pressure on Braga or be able to reduce the distance to 3rd place, if the Braga sleeps in the opening of the day . On the other side, there will be an Aves that also only wants to win, due to the extremely complicated situation it is going through in terms of maintenance. Being two teams with defensive problems, we expect an intense game, with a Sporting ascendant, but several situations of imminent goal in general. Over 2,5 goals @1.66 4 pts total Sporting over 2 goals @1.67 3 pts
