He then went on to finish half a length behind Stoute's highly rated Arab Spring who's since gone on to win a Group 3 receiving just 1lb. He then was beaten just a length in a decent looking handicapped where the winner went on to finish 2nd in the Cesarewitch. Koukash was keen on this one over the winter and although he has a worse draw and more weight to carry this time his form is strong, he goes on the ground and is completely unexposed over this trip which connections expect should suit. Has potential as a stayer, winning well over two miles last season and also ran a good 2nd to a very well-treated type. Will have come on for his recent run in a race he was never going to win over shorter and can improve today if getting into a half-decent position.
