  1. 2.30 Brighton - Cotai Again - 5/4 Bet365
  2. 8.25 Doncaster - Lovin - 11/1 Ladbrokes This one is interesting after a break with the red hot Danny Tudhope in the saddle. Won a novice stakes race last August and has been lightly campaigned since then. The form of that race looks strong with the 2nd now rated 96, 4th rated 82 & 5th rated 90. Lovin must've had her issues since then as she then ran poorly in October and was then given a break. She has since been well beaten in 2 handicaps off 84 and 82 and Feb and April of this year and has again been given a break. She's now been given a wind op and connections have also reached for first time headgear. She's been dropped to a mark of 77 for this so assuming she's come on for either the break, wind op or the headgear, you'd have to think she'd be competitive off this mark given the form of her sole win last year.

    Racing on TV

Today must be a rarity - not a single UK meeting being shown on ATR
  5. Sickening but on the plus side the new system is clearly working Richard

    Enable

Great news this morning that Enable is to remain in training for 2019 and they are aiming at a third Arc. Huge credit to all connections.
  11. 6.15 Chelmsford - Pearl Spectre - 16/1 This one may be a little speculative but could be worth an ew bet at the prices. The main concern is over the trip, has generally been running over 6f - 1m but steps up to 1m 2f tonight. This gelding is now back down to his last winning mark since winning on the AW at Southwell over 1m earlier this year off 78. I feel that if he can get 1m at Southwell on that deep track then he could get the extra 2f on the polytrack here at Chelmsord where he has already won 3 times. Nicola Currie is on board as usual who gets on really well with the horse. Looking at his last run, he was drawn 11 of 11, broke well but couldn't get a position and was caught wide most of the way with his run petering out in the last couple of furlongs, has been dropped 2lbs for that run and is drawn in 1 tomight. That race has actually worked out pretty well - the only two horses to have run since have both won.
