  1. 4.45 Wolves - Quarry Beach - 18/1 Betfair SB Back to 7f I think this one has a decent chance at a big price today. You can probably ignore her last 3 runs as they were all over 1m 2f which is a trip she doesn't get. If you go back to her last visit to Wolves in August last year over 7f she was a very close 3rd in a blanket finish only beaten half a length. That run came off a mark of 71 under David Probert. Her best effort since then came at Kempton, again over 7f and again under Probert, this time off 72. She runs off 64 this afternoon with Probert back in the irons I think she has a goo
  2. 1.45 Newcastle - St Just 7/1 Betfair Sportsbook
  3. Just realised 888 aren’t an eligible bookie. Will go with 365 at 7/1. Thanks.
  4. 6.15 Southwell - Split Down South 15/2 - 888Sport
  5. Apparently there’s a communication issue where firms aren’t receiving data from the Press Association so there’s a delay in the results and the settlement of them.
  6. Has drifted out to 16/1 so looks like today probably won't be the day...
  7. 4.20 Wolves - Choosey - 11/1 Given the trainer/jockey combo I get the feeling this one will either finish 1st or last but does seem primed for a good run today. Choosey won over course and distance in October last year off 65. I watched his run 2 starts back here over 6, he was drawn out in 11 and was 5 wide going into the first bend and ridden hard early on, he duly weakened and finished last beaten 22 lengths. As controversial an opinion as this may be, that run stunk of a trainer trying to get a horses mark down in readiness for a 'trying' run which could be today. Back to 5 furlongs a
  8. 1.20 Southwell - Split Down South - 8/1 Should be plenty of pace on here for this hold up performer to aim at. Course form reads 2142 and seems to really relish this fibresand surface. Won off 81 here in Feb this year under todays jockey. Was then 4th off 87 but was beaten by Wasntexpectingthat who at the time was in sparkling form and had won 4 of his last 7 races at the time. The geldings last run here was in March again off 87 when 2nd only beaten 1.5 lengths. Then had a break between March and August, where he has since been running at other AW courses without really threatening to wi
  9. 7.10 Kempton - Jack D'Or - 10/1 Has a course and distance record of 313. 3rd off 75 last year, then won a maiden and had a long break. Back from his break was 3rd here off 74 in July and runs off 68 tonight after a few laboured efforts elsewhere. Has Marquand up and no reason why he shouldn't go close.
  10. 7.15 Chelmsford - Big Time Maybe - 22/1 Quite an eye-catching jockey booking on this one tonight with Tom Marquand in the saddle for the first time on this 5yo gelding. Last 3 runs have been on the turf on various different ground conditions from soft to good to firm, he has been well beaten on all 3 occasions. Wouldn't be too disheartened by that though as he is clearly a better horse on the AW and his mark reflects that. His last run on the artificial surface was back in June when 3rd at Kempton over 5f (beaten 1.75 lengths) off a mark of 67. He also has a number of good runs to his nam
  11. Completely missed the break and was out the back early. Wide around the final turn and stayed on well but not in the money unfortunately.
  12. 3.30 Lingfield - One To Go - 9/1 Has had 4 runs since a break and admittedly has been poor but all those 4 runs have been on turf (latest on heavy when beaten 20 lengths) and all have been partnered by amateur lady jockeys. Prior to his break he'd been running consistently on the AW including over course and distance when a neck 2nd to Crimewave off 70. That day One To Go carried 3lb less than the winner, today he re-opposes on 5lb better terms off 67. Has been held up recently but from a plumb draw in stall 1 with Adam McNamara on board who has won on him before i'd expect him to go forw
