Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December there is definitely no value for me... some information>> * Bayern are without a win in five league games against Köln (three draws, two defeats) - against no other current BL teams have the Munich-based side gone this long without a win. * In their last meeting with the Billygoats, Bayern lost despite holding a 2-0 lead at ht. * Bayern's last home win over Köln came nearly 10 years ago (Köln are the only current BL side against whom Bayern have never won a league game at their new stadium). * Köln have gone three games without defeat for the first time since Stale Solbakken took charge of the team this summer (one win, two draws). * This fixture will see a meeting of the two most prolific Bundesliga strikers of the year 2011. Mario Gomez has netted 31 goals this year, while Lukas Podolski has so far tallied 23 goals. only hope to see goal fest... cheers!

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Schalke - Werder Bremen: Schalke @ 2.10 (Coral) 10/10 Schalke is in great form in the last 8 matches (5-1-2) and has a strong home record (6-0-2). The hosts are currently challenging for the title and sit in 3rd place with 31 points just 3 points behind 1st place. Werder Bremen is also performing well and sits in 5th place with 29 points. The guests have above average form in the last 8 matches (4-1-3). Werder Bremen's away record, however, is below average (2-2-4) and this may make the difference. Schalke has won this fixture 2 out of the last three years (Bremen won the other encounter). It may not be an easy win for Schalke but I believe they are at least half a click better and are coming into this match with confidence and positive results at home. The odds are fine, I think.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December I watched Koln there on Tuesday at home -v- Mainz. They were absolutely shocking. They just cannot keep or pass the ball. Furthermore, they've been absolutely terrible away from home this season. Finally, their biggest area of weakness I believe is when being attacked down the flanks. I've seen many of their goals being conceded from a winger getting in behind their defend on either flank, and putting a ball into the box. Both Robben and Ribery will have a field day. For this reason, I believe a bet on Bayern is a good bet, and some sort of Bayern handicap should be in order too.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December 3 Picks for 17th December, 15:30 http://lookandwin.blogabet.com/ Hamburger SV vs. FC Augsburg Pick: HSV AHC -1 Odds: 2.03 Bookmaker: 188bet Stake: 6/10 HSV showed two faces this season: First with Oenning as headcoach, second with Fink as headcoach. Normally they have quality for position between five and eight, but they started crucial in this season. HSV has 4-6-6 and 2-3-3 at home, but 3-5-0 in their latest matches and increased their gameplay a lot. Midfielder Illicevic came back after an injury and impressed with strong performances, same like striker Guerrero or left midfielder Jansen. Also their defensive became better and better. HSV has cup match in Stuttgart next week, but concentration is on Bundesliga for sure. Augsburg has the poorest squad next to Kaiserslautern and Freiburg. Augsburg has 3-5-8 and 1-2-5 on the road, but won their last two home matches in a row against Wolfsburg and Gladbach. Augsburg hasn’t got a real clue for their matches. They don’t play strong counter football, they have technical-skilled players but no gameplay in offensive. Both central defenders are out, but Sinkala and Sankoh didn’t play bad at last and Sankoh even got a new contract this midweek. Also first goalkeeper Jentsch is out, but Amsif is a really poor replacement. All in all HSV will win this easily, and they will burn for a good leave to their observers. HSV improved their play a lot and they are still underrated for this match. At least we get cash back here, but normally HSV will destroy poor FCA. VFL Wolfsburg vs. VFB Stuttgart Pick: Stuttgart AHC +0 Odds: 1.95 Bookmaker: 188bet Stake: 6/10 Wolfsburg has 5-2-9 and 4-1-2 at home. At home Wolfsburg always play some better, but their gameplay is poor in general. Coach Magath changed his squad a lot due to this season, at last Wolfsburg played with 4-3-3 formation. The best of this team are their wing-defenders Träsch and Schäfer, Mandzukic is a dangerous striker but the rest hasn’t got quality. The last weekend (1-4 in Bremen) proved their weakness in defensive once again. In their latest five matches Wolfsburg conceded 14 goals and if they can’t score an early goal it will be difficult not to loose. Stuttgart is the much better team at the moment: Strong midfielders within fast wingers Okazaki and Harnik, so they play good counter attacks. . VFB has 6-4-6, 2-2-3 on the road, for this match both wing-defenders are out, Gebhardt and Boka will replace them. But this shouldn’t be a big weaking, Stuttgart has the much better gameplay and can outplay poor VFL-defensive easily. Last weekend VFB lost 1-2 to Munich, didn’t play bad at all. Bookmakers didn’t make a real mistake by these odds, because Wolfsburg always is hard to predict, but for me Stuttgart is bigger favorite here. 1899 Hoffenheim vs. Hertha BSC Pick: Hertha AHC +0.5 Odds: 1.92 Bookmaker: pinnacle (SBO 1.94) Stake: 6/10 Hoffenheim has 6-3-7 and 3-3-1 at home. Hoffenheim has talented squad, but quality players like Babel, Salihovic or Roberto Firmino don’t play strong continuous. At the beginning Hoffenheim even won Dortmund at home with 1-0 and drew Munich with 0-0, but their latest home performances were really poor: They drew Kaiserslautern and Freiburg both with 1-1 and showed disappointing gameplay. Last weekend Hoffenheim won in Nurnberg with 2-0, but I doubt they also win to Hertha. Hertha has 4-7-5, 2-4-2 on the road. In these days they have some problems because of their coach Babel (contract ends next summer), also their last results were poor. Central defender and captain Mijatovic is doubtful, Janker could replace him. Nevertheless Hertha is much underrated in this match. They have one of the best counter ability in Bundesliga with genious playmaker Raffael and Columbian Adrian Ramos, so they even won in Dortmund with 2-1. Hoffenheim didn’t convince me since months, their last win in Nurnberg wasn’t impressive and Hertha can play on the same level easily.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Yes, Cologne are shocking. But they're efficient, that's why they are 10th in the table. They're the team in the BL with the least shots, they take only 7.8 shots per game, only 3.3 on goal. But they managed to score 27 goals. That means they need only 1.9 shots on goal per goal. I follow a lot of statistics but I haven't seen anything like that in any of the big European leagues this season. The name for it is of course Podolski. And if you add the fact that Bayern have conceded in every of the last 5 league games (plus CL), I think Both to score @ 2.1 Bet365 could be a good option. Podolski as anytime goalscorer around 5.0 Betfair also seems interesting.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Fully agree with MaierhofersNeck, really not much more to say, just that I prefer the over to the handicap, although I believe in both, and see even over 4.5 at 2.70 as a decent bet.

Sport Football (Germany)
Event Bayern Munchen - Fc Koln
Selection Over 3.5 goals

Reasoning Koln has a laughable defense. They have been missing key defensive midfielder Petit for the entire season, and their defensive records has gone down the drain. For this game they are also minning Lanig, I think he's a defensive midfielder, and another blow for Koln. Bayern Munchen is rocking this season. Splitting defenses like no other team and scoring goals for fun. Schweinsteiger is missing, that will give Koln a better chance of grabbing a score, as well as make sure tha Luiz Gustavo will be the only defensive midfielder starting tonight. Not much reason to keep babbling around. Bayern will hammer Koln tonight, as there is nothing the visitors can do about it. Also this season, Koln always went attacking when losing games, resulting in high scoring games, what more do u need to take the over. Bookies give shitty odds on over 2.5 and Bayern win nowing this, but 4 goals.... it's more than just possible.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Hamburg -1AH , 2.00 ladbrokes , 10units Hamburg started the season in a very surprising way. They were so bad they were the rock bottom of the table. They did not play well and they did not win points so the coach had to go. They got in a new coach. He came from Basel where he did a great job , just remember that game against Manchester United at Old Traford theatre. Since the new coach came they play good football especially in the last 15 - 20 minutes of their games. And they extended their periods of good play by each passing game so now they are one of the top five teams in the league and you can expect Hamburg to make a few good winning streaks . Augsburg improved since the season started but they simply will not win on road since they are too defensive and when they do attack they are too slow to defend against fast counters. I have no doubt Hamburg will win here and given their performance in recent game I think they will win by 2 goals at least.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Bayer vs Nurnberg Leverkusen on 6th spot is looking to get closer from the first 3 positions from which has a gap of 5 points. a win here is not very hard to be obtained, but do not think will be a clear one. Away side is not a specialist on away games. Home side manages to score 2 golas in average at home, while away side somewhere around 1 goal by match. Go for 2 or 3 goals in this match! @ 2.00 with bet365

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Freiburg vs Dortmund Last placed team against 2nd placed team. Dortmund should win, but I do not think will see many goals here. Freiburg is the type of team that creates problems to the big teams and I think away side will not be happy all the game! Freiburg scored all the games at home, expect the 0-1 with Bayer. Dortmund also scores regularly 1 goal by game when playing away. I am not sure on Dortmund's win here. 2 or 3 goals @ 2.00 with bet365

Reasoning I like the way Wolfsburg is playing up-front. They are creating a fair amount of chances every game, and Mandzukic has been in good form this season. Orozco is an excellent set piece taker, while the full-backs are also very offensive minded. However on the road they allow many spaces for their opponents, and are punished for it. However at home they have defended a bit better, not to mention that they are scoring more goals and only Bayern managed to beat them here, with a goal scored in extra-time, just 1-0. Stuttgart has an awfull record in Wolfsburg, lost their last 4 games here. They also come here after losing in Bremen 2-0 and 3-1 in Mainz. Home win.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Hamburg v Augsburg Home side normally scores 2 goals by game. They are on 13th spot and have 14 games with just 1 defeat. I think home side will win the match, but the odds are way tooo low. Augsburg is also a team thats cores 1 goal by game so will be a tight one this game. 2 or goals @ 2.00 with bet365 is my call.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Borussia M vs Mainz. Over 3.5 goals. 3.35 @ Nordicbet (7/10) The last match in this calendar year in Bundesliga sees Borussia M take on Mainz before teams who don't play in the Cup go into the winter break. I see lots of goals in this one. Monchengladbach have improved their defending this year and are mighty impressive at home and can score freely against average sides like Mainz. I think there will be at least 4 goals today, 3-1 for the home side.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Kaiserslautern-Hannover = under 2.5 goals @ 1.83 Pinnacle Simple reasoning, both teams have huge goal scoring issues, Lautern in general, Hannover especially away from home. Lautern: - 12 goals in 16 games - 6 goals in 7 home games - scored 2 or more goals in 2 of 16 games - last 7 games under Hannover: - 19 goals in 16 games - 5 goals in 7 away games - scored 2 goals in 1 of 7 away games Kaiserslautern simply lack a true goal scorer. And Hannover's Abdellaoue shot 7 of his 8 goals at home. I can't exactly foresee who will try or have to take control of the game as both teams prefer a rather defensive role. But that's exactly the point, both will be rather reluctant and I don't expect many shots on goal.

Re: Germany - Bundesliga - 16-18 December Sport Football (Germany) Event Gladbach - Mainz Selection Over 2.5 Strength 10/10 Date 18/12/2011 Bookmaker/Price Canbet @ 2.04 Reasoning I see minimum three goals in this match. Gladbach is very strong team at home, in last match in Gladbach take draw 1:1 against Borussia, in last round lost on away against Augsburg 0:1, but played against key offense player Reus, today back to team and Borussia want back on the good way. Mainz in this moment have 5 matches without lost, odds dropping on guest and Mainz can score goals here, but in my opinion Gladbach is stronger. 2:1 is my prediction here.
