Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return Win Yankee William Hill 5.30 Kempton Bodie Has been running well recently in handicaps. Been dropped back into maiden company in order to try and get the horse a win. Probably only 2 dangers in the race so must have a chance. 6.00 Kempton Lytham This horse has a good record at kempton and ran well last time out. On a good mark now and should win sooner or later. Stable in decent form so should go close. 7.30 Kempton Time Square Finished second last time out behind sir boss but is now 8lb better off with that horse. Has won in france and ran its best race for a long time lto. If the horse can build on that, he should run well 8.00 Kempton Peadar Miguel Had a tip for this horse the race before it won at 12/1, where it was sent off favourite at kempton. Obviously I didn't back the horse when it won at 12/1 after such a poor run the race before. Think the horse has a good chance tonight though so hopefully he can help recoup some losses! Also done a placepot 1. Bodie 2. Lytham 3. Round Won 4. Hinton Admiral 5. Time Square 6. Peadar Miguel

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return E/W lucky15 All prices Bet365 BOG 4.05 Wincanton: Jan Jandura Reasoning as per BOTD thread 10/1 3.45 Carlisle: Shrewd Investor Ran well to be beaten length and half by subsequent winner LTO and from same mark the horse must have a decent chance with conditions to suit. Handicapped to go close based on previous winning form (albeit a time ago). 9/1 5.10 Wincanton: Joker Choker Both runs over hurdles to date have been on soft/heavy and with quicker ground sure to suit must have a chance for top stable although Mawsem may take some beating. 14/1 8.30 Kempton: New Leyf Stable form superb at the minute and this one sure to strip fitter for Februarys return to action after over 4 months off the track. Could go close here IMO. 9/1

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return L15 E/W DRILL SERGEANT SAND 3PM Been a bit of money for this horse this morning and has a decent record over hurdles. IF blinkers have a positive effect then 20's looks big at Will hill PRIME EXHIBIT WOLVES 325 Last year on his season opener he ran a decent race and might have finished alot closer with a clear run, he then went onto finish 2nd to Penitent in the Lincoln. This is a competitive race today but with a course win under his belt last summer I think he could provide Hanaghan and Fahey with a win. 11/2 WH RESTLESS BAY 355 WOLVES Three time course winner ,been in great form over the last month, winning twice and finishing second twice.Good winner over C&D in class 5 handicap back in February beating Rylee Mooch.Ran fair second last time off mark 81 at Southwell in 5 furlong class 4 handicap behind the progressive Monsieur Jamie with three todays rivals behind. Deserved favourite and should at least place. 3/1 at WH 425 MEDICIEAN MAN WOLVES Stable are in just remarkable form at present and I know connections are very hopeful of a good showing. One of the "stable stars", it is the owners birthday today, so fingers crossed he can defy his mark. 11/2 at WH

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return Going for form stables lucky 15 today. 4.05 Warwick: Arturo Uno Reasoning as per BOTD thread. 4/1 3.20 Market Rasen: Maurisca Big chance here after who has course form, has been running consistently well from in and around this mark and who will appreciate the return to this better ground if seeing out the trip. Stable going well at present - only runner on the card at Market Rasen. 9/4 4.25 Market Rasen: Crazy Eyes One of my favourite trainers who owes me nothing, Charlie Mann's stable going great guns at present and think this is their best chance on the card today. Has risen in the weights as a consequence of being a decent runner up last twice, however still looks handicapped to win IMO and with good ground no problem, big chance here. 3/1 5.25 Market Rasen: Overbranch Malcolm Jefferson has a great strike rate at this track, is 2 from 11 over last 14 days, however has had some nice placed form too and this horse was a beaten favourite LTO over 2f further in heavy ground at Carlisle, however is another who will appreciate the return to a sound surface and slight drop in trip. Horse looks handicapped to win IMO. 11/2 Win lucky 15 Bet365 BOG

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return 1.30pm: 'Spirit Son' 5/1 - Fav burial ground recently (Barcouda 7 years ago last winning fav), for that reason only I have to be against Cue Card. I've given up on Al Ferof a long time ago so I'm siding with 'Spirit Son'. It has won effortlessly, although probably not beating a great deal so could literally be anything, but when you look at the other 2 Henderson horses, they'd have a decent chance and stable jockey Barry G opts for this one. He's not renowned for picking the wrong one, for that reason I like this chap. 2.05pm: 'Ghizao' 4/1 - Not convinced by Medermit's jumping to be honest, fancy him to hit 1 or 2 tomorrow, Finians Rainbow struggled last time so I reckon this is made for Murphy. Beat Captain Chris who is well fancied for tomorrows race easily twice now. Form which makes him the one to beat here. 2.40pm: 'Great Endevour' 6/1 - Stayed on well last time over slightly shorter trip, good form winning here last year, step up looks to be within his compass. Top jock up, decent money around recently for it. Looks sure to give a good run for the dough. Exmoor Ranger as an EW danger. 3.20pm: 'Dunguib' 8/1 - Little between him and Menorah in the Supreme last year, there's no real reason for there to be much between them tomorrow either, so at the prices I think i this chap looks value. I can't forget the turn of pace when winning here 2 years ago after cruising through the race and last time out looked right back to his best after a few 'urgh' runs. Wins on the bridle icon_wink.gif 4.00pm: NINA 3.gif NINA adore.gif NINA 3.gif 'Garde Champetre' 9/2 - Get that price pronto, must go off shorter surely? I love the horse, love the jockey, can't desert it now. If I did I'd be eyeing up Poker De Sivola or Freneys Well as EW dangers. 4.40pm: 'Sparky May' 4/1 - Quevega looks a rock solid favourite and will be very hard to beat, but if it is getting beaten then this thing could be the one that does it. A few almost effortless wins over decent contenders show it's very much a form horse and worth considering. I like 'Santera' as an EW bet @ 33s as well. 5.15pm 'Swing Bill' 14/1 - Backed this last time out when ran in snatches, looking a beaten docket 2 fences out before finishing like Usain Bolt to get 3rd just beat. If can sort the 'snatchiness' out and run a true race, given Pipe has most likely left a little to work on for this race, should go very close. Interesting Murphy rides this instead of the shorter in the betting 'On Borrowed Wings' for Fleming (his daddy in law rite?). 21 x 5-timers and an accum!

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return e-w L15 @ VC All at Cheltenham 3:20 - KYBER KIM @ 12/1 - Ran a great race in this last year for 2nd and if he's in the same sort of form could go one better here today, conditions no problem and looks a decent price to me. 2:40 - REVE DE SIVOLA @ 17/2 - Not so good lto but decent efforts here before that and step up in trip should suit as he often gets out paced and stays on up the hill. 1:30 - MARSH WARBLER - Game win lto and is worth a try in this company, probably needs a little bit more but he is still open to improvent after only 4 hurdle starts and he receives weight allround as he gets 4year old allowance 4:00 - POKER DE SIVOLA @ 9/1 - Won a 4 mile contest here last year and could well have been laid out for this race, ground is fine and if taking to the cross country course should have a good chance, same jockey rides again here as for the win at last years festival.

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return Win lucky 15 1.30 Cheltenham Zaidpour 10/1 William Hill Really fancy this horse to get back to winning ways tomorrow after a couple of disappointing defeats in grade 1 races. Willie Mullins horses have to be respected at the festival and Irish trainers have a good record in this race. 2.05 Cheltenham Finian's Rainbow 5/1 William Hill Has looked really impressive in small fields so far this season and this is the true test. Gerraghty has said the horse has schooled well so hopefully his jumping will be upto the test tomorrow. If jumping better tomorrow I think this horse will take all the beating. 3.20 Cheltenham Khyber Kim 12/1 William Hill Good second in the race last year and every chance of going one better this year. Some very interesting types in opposition but the proven course form means he gets the vote from me. 5.15 Cheltenham Vino Griego 25/1 William Hill Reasoning in bbotd section

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return Today's multiple is..... 1.30 Cue Card (SP) Really hoping this goes off nearer 11/4, and if it does then could be the bet of the day. Magnificent in the Bumper last year, he's hasn't done anything wrong since only going down to many peoples ideas of the CHampion Hurdle winner Menorah back in December. Has proved he has course form and ability to compete and win in championship races, a standout for me. 240 Bensalem.(SP) Looked sure to be involved in the finish of this race last year before tipping up at the 2nd last. Connections are obviously extremely confident as they have laid him out for a return bid this year. 2 runs over hurdles will have put him spot on, and as one of the best handicapped horses of the meeting 6's looks very fair. 320 Khyber Kim (sp) I love this race more than any other at the festival, probably based on early punting success with the likes of Granville Again and Alderbrook. This years renewal looks might competitive but I am going to try and get the front ones beat. Menorah still has to prove it at the very highest level, (this is his chance) but I hope he can be beat. Hurricane Fly just always beats Solwhit, Peddlers Cross probably isnt yet the finished article, which can also be applied to Mille Chief and Oscar Whiskey, Dunguib might not be the horse that everyone once hoped he was, although he could be overpriced today, which leads me to Khyber Kim. 2nd to Binocular last year with the pair drawing right away from the field, this 9 year old ticks alot of boxes. Yes it is a stronger race this year but I think he might just be at the peak of his career and having been laid out for the race, anything over 10's just looks wrong. 515 Glenstal Abbey (33's) A tip pure and simple from a respected source! He does have some pretty decent form and has won over the distance, and wouldn't be the first JP owned 2nd or 3rd string to trouble the judge. Fingers crossed anyay... 1pt e/w L15 placed with SJ
