I pretty much agree with you @StevieDay1983 but I think it could be easier than you think for Celtic.
Celtics problems are pretty well documented but even then they're a level or 2 above their opponents here. This looks straightforward to me and Celtic ht/ ft @ 2.05 appeals.

I quite like the look of AEK Athens at those odds, thought they went through against Celtic quite comfortably and will be another week fitter/ sharper. Admittedly don't know anything about MOL Vidi, never heard of them till now.

    Hibernian v Ross County.
After Thursday nights Europa League disappointment, Hibs can get back to winning ways here. Neil Lennon will freshen things up and I expect a few of the new signings to start in what I expect to be a straightforward home win. The straight home win odds are obviously a wee bit skinny but I think we'll win this with a bit to spare. Hibs -1 @ 2.37 looks the obvious bet here.

    Albion v Elgin.
Pretty much the same reason for this bet as last weeks Peterhead tip. Albion lost their whole first team 2 weeks ago and were forced into bringing in players from the junior leagues, they will struggle big time this season. Elgin have had a solid start to the season and should be far too good here. This is as close to a certainty as you can get.
    Elgin @ 1.65.
    Elgin -1 @ 2.70.

    St Johnstone v Hibernian.
Had a little think about this and it doesn't matter who we rest, the players who come in will be just as strong and more than good enough to win this. Was speaking to a St Johnstone supporting pal last night and he said they're looking poor this season and thinks they'll struggle. Comfortable win for The Hibees is on the cards.
    Hibs @ 2.15 looks tasty.

Over 2,5 goals on Wolves-Everton seems like a value bet to me. Best odds around 2.18 at the moment (Pinnacle).
Marco da Silva likes to play attacking football so I expect to see more goals from Everton this season. There were 13 goals in total in their last 3 training matches. Wolves have plenty of attacking potential, so this could turn out to be an exciting match.

    Aston Villa vs Wigan
The first preview I have picked this week in the Championship is an intriguing one indeed. Losing play-off finalists from last season Aston Villa host Championship new boys Wigan at Villa Park in a 3pm kick-off on Saturday afternoon. Both teams started their campaign with a win and both teams scored three goals in their victories.
Steve Bruce defied the odds by guiding his team to a convincing 3-1 win away to Hull last weekend. His former stomping ground delivered much needed relief from a turbulent summer. The news that highly-rated midfielder Jack Grealish is set to stay at the club for the time being was also a welcome boost. A return to home turf now has them down as favourites but will it be an easy three points?
In Paul Cook, I believe Wigan have one of the most talented managers in the Football League. He's added experience to what was already a capable side over the summer. Their opening day 3-2 win over Sheffield Wednesday at home took some by surprise but it showed how they could be play-off dark horses this season.
The Villains will provide stern opposition for the Latics here. Villa have only lost 3 of their last 25 league matches at home. It was the foundation for their play-off push last season. Yes, they've not been able to bring in any players to strengthen the squad but I think John Terry leaving will allow Tommy Elphick to shine and if Bruce can keep things settled behind the scenes then Villa could emerge as promotion contenders.
For this game, I think Wigan will give it a good go but Villa will likely have too much. Both teams showed they have attacking prowess and I think we could see goals once again here. If I had to take a punt on correct score then I'd go for a 2-1 win for Villa in what could be an enthralling Championship match.

I wasn't that impressed with Derby to be honest, so how Leeds are pushing 3/1 (4.00) considering how well they played at the weekend is puzzling. They look setup to attack home or away. Only 1 game but Leeds looked a side that could trouble anyone on that performance. I'd have Leeds around 2.70 ish based on both performances.

I would expect Queens Park to win today, despite last weeks win Berwick are poor, it's not a game I'm betting on though.

    TNS vs FC Midtjylland
I didn't think I would be able to say this any time soon but Europa League football is coming to the Cardiff City Stadium! Unfortunately, it's not my beloved Cardiff City in action but Welsh Premier League champions TNS who host Danish Superliga title holders FC Midtjylland in a 7:45pm kick-off.
The change of venue in this tie is due to the usual home ground of TNS at Saints' Park Hall in Oswestry not meeting UEFA regulations. This is certain to have a negative impact on the host team's game plan with the larger pitch certain to favour the visiting side.
TNS have not exactly impressed in Europe so far this season. They crashed out of the Champions League with a 5-4 aggregate defeat to Macedonian champions FK Shkendija. Admittedly, the second leg of that tie was a 4-0 win at home but the damage had already been done. Scott Ruscoe's side then laboured to a 3-2 aggregate win over Gibraltar title winners Lincoln Red Imps in the last round of Europa League qualification.
FC Midtjylland will be disappointed to have exited the Champions League already. Jess Thorup's team suffered a gut-wrenching 2-1 loss to Kazakhstani champions FC Astana to crash out of the competition. However, this will be slightly remedied by a run in the Europa League.
The winners of this tie will play the loser of the Champions League qualifier between Swedish side Malmo and Hungarian club MOL Vidi. So both sides will feel that a win here could put them within touching distance of the Europa League group stages. Sadly, I think it will take two miracles to see that team being TNS.
I can see FC Midtjylland running riot in both legs here. A comfortable 2-0 or 3-0 win in this first leg will be repeated in the away leg. Although a solid advantage heading into the second leg at the MCH Arena might see a more low-key second leg. I've been on the Cardiff City Stadium pitch before and it's wide for players used to playing on Welsh League pitches. TNS will struggle to adapt and if the Danish side keep the play wide it will be a long night for the Saints.

    Hibernian v Molde.
    It's Easter Road for goals!
You have to go back to 30/3/18 for the last competitive Hibs home game to have less than 3 goals scored, in the 7 games since then there has been a staggering 40 goals scored, we seem to play with the attitude of 'score if you want, we'll score more'.
Molde are no slouches in front of goal either and this has the makings of yet another entertaining goal fest at Easter Road.
Over 2.5 goals @ 2.08 looks way overpriced.

    @StevieDay1983
I like the look of the FC Midtjylland bet
I think Maribor could be too good for Rangers to get past, Rangers are a very good side going forward, their problem for the last few seasons has been they're a bit soft centred, I'm not convinced Gerrard has fixed that. A streetwise side like Maribor could take advantage.
I think you're right with it being a low scoring, tight affair, I just think it will be the Slovenians who win over 2 legs.
My bet would be Maribor to qualify @ 2.10.

Yeah, I think Derby could be a slow burner under Frank Lampard. Think they'll need to ride some tough times before. I think Leeds could be the opposite under Marcelo Bielsa. I'm given to understand he's making the players train three times a day to increase their fitness. Yes, that will work short term but over the course of a 46-game season they'll suffer burn out. His approach reminds me of that ex-Fulham manager Felix Magath. I can totally see Leeds setting the pace before Christmas but potentially falling off in the New Year. Still, that means they should be backed for the time being in my opinion.

They should beat a poor Hamilton side but the odds of 1.80 for the away win looks poor value. I think Hearts are being priced here on their home form, which is very good, they tend to be pretty rubbish away from home. I, of course, want them to lose every game they play so would never tip them.

    Dundee United v Dunfermline.
There's no way the home side should be favourites here, Dundee Utd look a shambles of a club going into the new season. Dunfermline have had a strong start in the League Cup and I fancy them here at these prices.
Dunfermline win @ 3.00 to get us off to a winning start to the season.
