The odds on AC Milan are 3.0, the 2.25 refers to the Inter Milan home win, but as you've just said win treble and quoted the team name in full I will assume you do mean AC and have copied the odds wrong. I did wonder with the other 2 picks being home wins but as you hadn't indicated (1) or (2) and had put the name I had to go with that over-riding the odds error. I don't suppose the mistake would happen under any other circumstances than a derby match with the names being similar! I'm only making this as a one-off decision with your consent, as there is no way I could have overturned the instructions had it been a loser you were trying to argue as a winner.
