Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 1420 huntington 1pt win kettlewell 11/4 bet365 4 year old gelding has won his last 2 starts, both at stratford, and im taking him to complete the 3 timer tomorrow, his jumping has not been the best but if this can improve his hurdling i think there could be more to come, his front running tactics seem to be his best way of running and i would expect champion jockey to continue this way, mccoy and greatrex have a fantastic strike rate, over 31%

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 4.30pm @ Newcastle 'Keep It Dark' 6/1 (Hills) This fella has been knocking on the door lately, finishing runner up on it's last 2 outings, 1 of which was when just not getting up pipped a nose over track and trip. Horse is in form, has course form, looks on a decent enough mark and capable of winning tomorrows race. Form of those 2 races looks solid enough when considering the opponents tomorrow so has to be on the premises at the business end. 1 point win

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 4.20 Huntingdon - Flemi Two Shoes e/w 22/1 betvictor Risky e/w here but has ran well enough fresh on last two seasons and did run well in a bumper fto also. Managed to stay just shy of 3miles as a novice on heavy when winning so expect it can stay 3m2f on soft. Last seen when 4th in a claiming hurdle but that race wasnt so bad producing a few winners and could produce a good effort off only 102 when taking into account jocks claim , runs off 119 and 117 werent so bad last nov and dec so generally finishes its races. Humphrey is ok here with 4 winners from 26.

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october Newcastle 5:30 - Betfred Racing's Biggest Supporter Handicap (6) Natures Law came with a good late run last time out to land a handicap at Ayr. The horse was well backed all day and drifted out before the off but put in a very game display to win by half a length and must have a very good chance of winning again off 64. The price of 8/1 looks absolutely ludicrous in my opinion, I would have him as favourite. Natures Law WIN @ 8/1 Paddy Power

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 320 Huntingdon: Present View 11/4 bet365/betfred Interesting novice hurdle with three horses with solid form and a Jonjo/McCoy debutant with winning bumper form. The fav is from the Longsdon yard and probably because of that as the form doesnt quite live up to that of either Beechfire or the selection Present View. I have my reservations about Beechfire so i'm siding with Present View who hails from a stable who had a good juvenile winner the other day. He has more scope for this trip and on this ground and has won a point to point in Ireland, the only worry is if this track is too sharp for him but at the odds is worth a bet.

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 5.00 NEWCASTLE MISSION IMPOSSIBLE @ 10/1 BetVictor .5ew BOG A real course specialist with 3 wins from 7 runs at the track. Has won 5 and been placed 4 times from 14 runs on Soft and Heavy. Last win came off 67 so todays mark of 61 should give him a good opportunity in a race that has cut up with NR's.

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october Leic 2.10 - Complicit - win at 6/4 bog wm hill Going to oppose the favourite in this 3 runner conditions event. Trading Profit has the best form with a 2L defeat in the group 2 Mill Reef and a 4L 8th in the big Redcar 2yo race. But he doesn't look to be seeing out his races and doesn't have much stamina in his breeding so I think he's vulnerable stepping up to 7F on soft ground Complicit is obviously well though of as he made his debut in a Listed race. Finished 2nd on soft ground last time in one of those decent conditions races they have at Salisbury. Should be suited by 7 furlongs and acts on the ground He has been a bit of a puller in his 2 races to date so hopefully the othr 2 runners will get on with it, both have raced prominently, and he can sit in and get settled

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 16:00 Newcastle Zarosa - John Berry is taking the trip to Newcastle with this 1 horse today. Zarosa has winning form on going where the softer the better. Has winning course form and also distance. 5lb claimer Noel Garbutt has won on her before. 1/4 length 2nd off 61 at Nottingham so today's 63 shouldn't be over taxing. Hopefully blinkers first time so may etch something extra or backfire.. 1pt win 7/1 bet365

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october Curragh 3.45 Peggys Leg 11/1 Betvictor BOG This hors has a couple of interesting pieces of form over shorter and everything suggests she will be a better horse over this trip now she has matured a bit more. The two runs on similar ground (at work so cant remember specifics unfortunately) over 5 and 6 furlongs give this horse a very good shout off this mark. Draw looks good too.

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october First one a non runner BH! Curragh 5:15 - Curragh Finale Of 2013 (C & G) Maiden This looks a two horse race on paper and I am giving the vote to the Mick Halford trained Cape Glory who ran a fine race at Roscommon last time out. The colt found the John Oxx trained Timikar far too good but he was in turn well clear of the Aidan O'Brien trained Sardinia. Sardinia has since gone on to beat Waaheb by 6 lengths at Navan and Waaheb is a Grade 1 horse on the national hunt circuit. The form looks very good! Cape Glory WIN @ 85/40 Bet Victor

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october Nice winner (again) Irish - well done :ok K7.40 Banovallum e/w 25/1 William Hill I can't buy a winner at the moment, but I've take a chance on this one e/w with the dead 8 runners. The horse won a 14 runner maiden in nice style around this time last year and the horses in 2nd and 3rd that day have since won off marks equal to and above what this horse is running off today. On that form, the horse would have a decent chance here and on breeding this surface and track should suit. Todays jockey was on board for that win and on balance, this just looks to be overpriced to me.

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 15 october 9.10 Kempton: Thwart, 4/1 Betfred, win Thwart has won both of her races on the a/w at Kempton, one over today's trip. Lto she finished third of five over just short of today's distance at Windsor. A return to the a/w will suit and she should run well today. Trainer Ralph Beckett is in decent form and he has a great record at Kempton. Jim Crowley is in the saddle.
