Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Surprised to see England as big as 1.83 Boylesports who are clearly out of line with the rest of the bookmakers. England are no great shakes even now, but they are a better attacking unit than they have been for a while, but defence is average at best. I would expect them to beat Montenegro, despite them being away and Montenegro leading the table, I just think England have an extra gear they don't.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26

There is 1.4 available for Both teams to score No in the Poland v San Marino game. It is with Meridianbet who are a Serbian bookie I know nothing about them. They appear on a lot of oddschecker sites but they are not rated by Sportsbook review. Maybe of interest to anyone who has an account with them.
After having problems with dodgy bookies in the past I would be reluctant to set up an account with them for this bet. I think the same price may well appear in a more reputable bookie some time between now and kick off.

I am betting at MeridianBet for last 3,4 years but unfortunately not on internet so I cant really help you.Other than that they are very correct.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Any reason why Serbia are 1.65 at home to Scotland? You would have to think they will put Scotland away with relative ease, as they are a very poor side at the moment. They beat Wales 6-1 at home, and Wales have beaten Scotland twice, so the formline looks solid, although Serbs do seem to lack goals.

I am from Serbia' date='and in this moment betting on Serbia NT is biggg no bet,low moral after defeat in Croatia,we dont have game, strikers, our "couch" is the "public enemy" in country at this moment. Its not important how Scotland is bad,we are SO F..... BAD.....big NB for me.But if you really want to put some money on this game i think that under 2,5 is only reasoning bet.P.S.Sorry for my English[/quote'] Your english is fine, nice post. :ok

Tadic (Twente) who is probably in best form (In top 3 scores and asistainst in Holland) didnt start game. In first half we had 0 shoots !!! Somethings happen players dont look happy and morale is extremely low. Yes we score 6 against Wells but in other 4 games we didnt score. Last news is that Kuzmanovic (Inter) went back to Milano because of injury but their are some rumors that he had fight with coach. As some of you know are coach allready fight with Matic (Benfica) and Ljajic (Fiorentina) and they are not playing for Serbia anymore. I personally wouldnt bet on Serbia at this moment especially on this price , I would say same as I said in match against Croatia which is under 2.5 goals. GL to everyone.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 What do you guys think of this bet? Wales v Croatia - Croatia -1AH Belgium v Macedonia - Belgium - 1AH Croatia and Belgium are equal on points and both want to finish first so gunning for 3 points each here. If Belgium beat Macedonia away they surely will do it at home. I was able to get Belgium -1 AH for 2.30 @ BetVictor at the weekend but imagine it will be nowhere near that here. Overall that game was a must win for Macedonia and banking that their heads will be down now seeing chances for qualification are slim. In the other match, Croatia should be able to beat a young welsh team but I am less confident about this one though. Belgium won 0-2 away to Wales so that's a positive sign as I see the 2 being of similar quality. haven't checked prices yet but if the combined price is too low i am thing of throwing in Germany at home to Kazakhstan on some sort of handicap. They won there 3-0 on the weekend and now face them in front of their own fans. Should be a demolition job. Can anyone see any holes here ? In particular why Croatia won't go to Wales with their talented squad and take 3 points. Maybe still celebrating the win over Serbia.... Thanks in advance

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 I like correct scores in Malta vs Italy. I don't normally bet on this market but fancy a low-scoring Italian win to nil. 0-1 @ 13.0 0-2 @ 7.5 (Both @ Bluesquare) And a saver on 0-3 @ 6.0 (various) if you like...I will do this. Despite Malta losing 6-0 in their last game they don't normally concede many at home. They lost only narrowly to Greece (0-1) and Sweden (0-1) and drew 0-0 with Switzerland. Italy only beat them 2-0 (with a very late second goal) in Italy. They are typical of a minnow European side in that they are improving and are defensively not that bad most of the time. Meanwhile, Italy are not the most prolific side going forward, and they often have low scoring games away to the smaller teams. They drew 0-0 with Northern Ireland and only beat the Faroe Islands 1-0. I'm very confident of Italy winning the game to nil but as the prices are at best 1.3, I'd rather take the CS route as I doubt Italy will win 4-0 or more away from home as it's not really in their nature. With important club games coming up I think they will stop trying at 2-0 or 3-0.

The trouble is it doesn't work like that. A beats B, and B beats C does not mean that A will beat C.

I always think you should include the odds when weighing up any bet. The most important question is not 'What will happen?' but 'Is it a good bet at these odds?'. No one can be sure what will happen anyway. Croatia -1AH is currently around 2.23 and Belgium -1AH 1.3. I would say Croatia is probably a decent bet at those odds, but Belgium isn't. To win either bet, the team has to win by two goals.

Serbia Scotland This will be home win 75% 25% draw 0% AW Bojanst is absolute right,Serbia is in total mess but Serbia always win irrelevant matches like this. This match will be played in Novi Sad,so not Belgrade and that means probably full stadium and one relax match. We are in the mess but Scotland cannot win this. Turkey-Hungary I expect this just home win.Odds i more than correct I think.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Group D Turkey v Hungary In recent years, Turkey have generally performed better than Hungary. But Hungary have done better so far in this compaign, and are currently four points above Turkey in the table. Hungary beat Turkey 3-1 at home last October, and I think their odds should be shorter than 5.5 to win this return game. Hungary 5.5 Bet365/BetVictor/William Hill

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Group H Ukraine v Moldova Both these sides seem quite 'underish'. Eight out of Ukraine's last ten games have been under 2.5 goals, and seven of Moldova's last ten have been the same. The last three meetings between these sides have ended 0-0, 1-0 to Ukraine and 2-2. There seems to be a good chance that this game will finish under 2.5 goals, so odds of well over evens are worth taking I think. Under 2.5 goals 2.5 Bet365

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Group D, Netherlands-Romania Very keen on moving on Netherlands here, maybe on the handicap -1,5 at 2.00. The Netherlands are really strong at home and have won 19/20 of the last matches in the world cup. They have scored 3 goals or more in 4 games in a row and they won against Romania away with 4-1. Romania were a bit lucky on getting a point at Hungary away last week and I think the Netherland -1,5 handicap is value! Any thoughts?

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 I can't help but think France are a very big price against Spain. Home advantage, top of the group, Spain not the team they were, could only manage a draw at home to Finland. Maybe a lay of Spain is the way to go?

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 I think Azerbaijan AH + 2 @ 1.50 (Bet365) look a decent shout. Portugal have laboured so far in their campaign and with no Nani or Ronaldo it's hard to see a three goal win. Not for me though, as I never really trust the poorer sides in internationals.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Republic of Ireland -v- Austria Republic of Ireland host Austria in a crucial World Cup qualifier tomorrow in Group C at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin. After achieving an excellent result away against Sweden on Friday, and also playing some good football, Ireland now can look towards pushing their qualification hopes and expectations with a win. If Ireland do beat Austria tomorrow, then they will be in pole position for the 2nd place spot in the group. However, the reality is that Ireland will find it difficult to beat this Austria team. Whenever Ireland come up against a good team at home, where they are expected or need to win, they often do not. This game against Austria will be no exception. Ireland are very capable of pulling off remarkable and heroic draws when they are expected to lose, but when they need to take the initiative it is a different story completely. Furthermore, the team is due to be announced in 40 minutes time. Robbie Keane is unavailable for this clash, as he has a calf strain injury. He is a loss for the Irish team. But what is worse is that Conor Sammon is expected to be named in the starting XI in 40 minutes time. Once that news is official, you can expect the odds on this line to fall. This is the Irish problem right now – scoring goals. When Robbie Keane was in his prime, he scored some crucial goals for Ireland. He has 54 international goals to his name, and that's some record. Furthermore we had a great player like Damien Duff in the past to provide him the creativity to score goals. He's now retired. Another one of our most creative players who is so important to Ireland, Aiden McGeady is unavailable for this tie as he is injured too. Therefore, Ireland are quite limited in their attacking options. James McCarthy will start in midfield and this is a positive piece of news, as he is a player who can create things, but up front we don't have potent goalscorers. Shane Long is a good striker, but not a great goalscorer. Conor Sammon is out of his depth at this level. Austria for their part are looking quite strong in this qualifying campaign too, and they have at their disposal many good players, a lot of whom play in the Bundesliga with good teams. Ireland will do well not to concede against this Austrian team tomorrow. Therefore, given that this line is so generous, and given that I am not confident of Ireland's abilities to actually win such a game, it is only right that I pick this line. I am choosing a low stake, as I am of course biased towards Ireland, and I cannot be fully objective in my opinions – but I am confident this is a good pick. My pick: Austria +0.5AH @ 1.81 odds with 188bet (1 unit)

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Estonia vs Andorra Estonia to win to nil @ 1.5 (Bet365) I am taking this, Andorra's record has been done to death. 18 out of the last 20 games have been defeats to nil. They may be improving and I saw highlights of the Turkey game and yes they had one or two chances, though their main one came from a bad mistake on Turkey's part. Even so, 1.5 is big value in my opinion considering their poor historical record of scoring goals and the fact that they are away from home.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Denmark-Bulgaria More goals 2nd half. It's an obvious bet.Bulgaria will sit back trying not to concede as it is of great importance in this match. They know that if they draw they will be still 3 points above Denmark.Denmark will try to win for sure, but i doubt they will attack with 11 players. Before we beat 6:0 Malta our goal difference was 4:3 while Denmark's was 2:4.This suggest taht both teams keep it tight at the back trying not to concede. The reverse fixture ended 1:1 and we failed to win due to a red card in the 1st half. The game was full of crosses without real dangerous situations.Denmark bet 0:3 Czech Republic couple of days ago scoring all the three goals during the 2nd half.We netted 6 times 4 of them in the 2nd period. Our coach Lyuboslav Penev said that we are travelling to Denmark only to get the 3 points but i am sure that they will be happy to take a point and run.We will rely on counter-attacks for sure(Tonev,Popov,g.Milanov are all vey fast players who will tear apart Denmark's slow defenders if they are given a chance),playing defensively.Denmark will hold the ball triyng to hit from distance.Dennis Rommedahl will take place in the starting line-up instead of nicolai jorgensen which will provide much more experience but lack of speed too(he is almost 35..)Kvist will be replaced by Stockholm.Michael Krohn Dehli,Daniel Agger and Cristian Eriksen missed yesterday's training session. The last one is out due to a fatigue, but it is possible the three absences to be a strategy move.Fulham's RB Manolev will replace Minev who is banned in our camp.Denmark have never beat us at home which fact is not of grat importane becaouse of the generations have changed(Berbatov,Martin Petrov,Stilyian Petrov etc)but is for the statistic. They beat Wales 6-1 at home, and Wales have beaten Scotland twice, so the formline looks solid, although Serbs do seem to lack goals.[/quote'] Actually, the price is piss poor considering the atmosphere in and around the team. When it comes to this match, 3 players suffered an injuries last week, so Serbia will be without the services of Kolarov(suspension), Kuzmanovic(injury), Ignjovski(injury), Scepovic(injury). Mihajlovic's making a pure circus for a very long time now and this Serbian team is anything but serious. This is not even a "B" side...It's more like a "C/D" side, because a bunch of these players, under normal circumstances, would never make it into the team. Mihajlovic has decided to kick a number of (proven) players out of the team: Krasic, Jovanovic, Vidic, Stankovic, Zigic, Jankovic, Lukovic, Sulejmani,...Also, because of Mihajlovic's "tactic", Subotic(Borussia Dortmund) has played his first match of the qualies last week, being on the bench in all previous matches!? In-form Ljajic(Fiorentina) was kicked out of the team just because he didn't sing the anthem. One of the most promising midfielders Matic(Benfica) has decided to leave the national team and will not be a part of it as long as Mihajlovic's in charge. After the Macedonia match, Mihajlovic had a very serious conflict with Ivanovic and Kolarov. And so on and so on...Way too much mess... However, one has to be honest and say that Serbia didn't look all that bad. They completely outplayed Belgium and were all over Croatia in the second half, but they simply lack the killer instinct up front in order to convert all those chances. Too many stupid mistakes, lack of discipline and even lack of passion... Really hard to predict. Scotland will probably put 10 men behind the ball and Serbia could find it extremely hard to break them down. Personally, I expect the home win here, but the draw isn't out of question at all.

Re: WC > Europe Qualifiers > March 26 Group H , Montenegro-England I may be moving on Montenegro asian +0,5 at 2.30. Montenegro seem solid in the defence (Montenegro have kept a clean sheet in their last 4 matches in FIFA World Cup) and they have some quality players upfront in Vucinic and Jovetic. England on the other side have problem with injuries and I think the team is a bit overrated. Montenegro asian +0,5 at 2.30 should be value? Any toughts?
