I was at Newbury when he made his debut when third to Prospect Wells and All The Aces, (both ran well since), he was very nociey on that occasion and clouted a couple up the home straight just at the wrong time. Next time out he ran over this C/D and was third to a useful sort in Broadbackbob, the runner up that day has won since so again the form has held up, it was quite testing that day and I woulnt be so confident if the ground went soft. Last time he was up against Salubrious from the Nicholls camp and he made that well regarded sort pull out all the stops. He looks rock solid to me despite some may be thinking he has been beaten three times and is starting to look disappointing. He then ran afair fourth to Molotof at Wincanton and then failed to stay when upped in trip next time out. Last time at Exeter he travelled supremely well for most of the race but the soft ground took the finihs out of him and this track and ground will suit much better. He went on to make his debut at Doncaster over hurdles and was a touch unlucky when stumbling 3 out but ran on well to challenge Open Hearted and Il De Re at the last, he weakened close home to finish third with Spikeroog miles back in fourth who has ran well since. It looks fair form and should be able to take this. The danger is obvioulsy Bar De Ligne who was second to the useful Harry Topper at Uttoxeter, he was beaten 5 lengths that day and were a distance clear of the field, that wasnt such a good race and not sure what he achieved so happy to take him on here.
