Accanation Under A Groove

Recommended Posts

For a long time I enjoyed myself doing Patents every day (30p EW Patent, three horses, comes to £4.20).

I was losing money very slowly. It wasn't a big problem because I was enjoying myself.

BUT THEN https://forum.punterslounge.com/profile/110257-the-brigadier/ @Brigadiertook over the Racing Tips area: https://www.punterslounge.com/tips/free-horse-racing-tips the Racing Tips.

In the preamble to his tips he says:

Quote

"There have been many requests to start advising an accumulator as well as our NAP of the Day, which is the best and strongest bet from our tipsters. Other sites will advise lucky 15's, yankees, each way doubles, and throw in a trifecta and a goliath for good measure. These horse racing tipster sites simply aim to confuse you and you only hear about their winning bets, not their losing ones."

THE BIG DIFFERENCE is with the people at ACCANATION (read the article in the last post).

A LUCKY 15 includes an accumulator.

The idea is to get 4 WINNERS by hook or by crook. Choose the most tipped horses ( see at https://www.horseracing.net/tips).

The first place to look at the Brigadier's Racing Tips. I put on all three plus his daily nap. It often comes up.

This is my bet:

The Brigadier's 3 horses + his daily nap, from https://www.punterslounge.com/tips/free-horse-racing-tips

LUCKY 15 EACH WAY £0.13 = £3.90

Then from 4 horses the https://www.horseracing.net/tips

the most tipped from the daily newspapers.

LUCKY 15 EACH WAY £0.10 = £3.00

Then I choose 4 horses or ideas other sports...

LUCKY 15 EACH WAY £0.10 = £3.00.

That comes to £9.90 that covers 12 horses/events.

It's a great tenner, and even on bad days I get 60-80% back.

Many thanks to @Brigadier.

IF YOU HAVE a spare tenner - give it a go!

I think this will only work if you can get the best odds on every selection with the same bookmaker or if the bookmaker offers a good bonus. I would also back them to win, they are very rarely better value each way.

Good luck anyway, you won't do far wrong with the Brigadier's tips but I suspect your returns will be better long term backing them as win singles.

Have to say I take a different approach with lucky 15's. I only use a bookmaker offering x3 odds for one winner and minimum odds would be 8/1. I look for races playing extra places. Particularly in larger fields, esp at festival big field handicaps. Obviously it takes some time to find selections however an examination of previous years shows big priced selection s regularly placing at big odds. ( backed ew of course). As always though the decision on price value is the critical one.

Credit to @ralphie7for the last of those 3, the one that won £8.33.. He gave me I think 3 horses and I added another horse (that happened yesterday: SEE MY BET AT "QUICK SYSTEM" yesterday).

I bet £12.90 and won £16.07, that included a free £4.80 bet. It's better than a poke in the eye.

@Bang onremember that a crucial part of a Lucky 15 is the ACCUMULATOR.

Even the most garbage odds, and with the tiniest stake, can roll up to a reasonable amount.  The idea is to look for dead-stonker dead certs.

@Offramp Can I ask why you bet EW with odds on shots or very short prices ?

Another reason is that if you choose 4 horses to make a Lucky15, you might see that one of the horses is in a very small field, ie there are only 5 runners.
