If you've only played Practice Money games before, then the big difference you'll notice is that the Freeroll will be sooooooooo much tighter and if you go to paying Tournaments, that will be tighter still and when you play for cash it will be very tight - so look for reasons to fold - if you play tight enough, you won't be the first one out!!! I used to think that too. Its as the 1k freeroll is for all cryptologic(or whichever B365 is) sites while the 20k one is strictly B365.
