Re: Serie A TIM > February 20th - 23rd Juventus vs Atalanta Juventus will be on fire after dropping some points last week against Cesena. However, with a UCL clash upcoming, will they really go all out to thrash Atalanta or will they simply play for a small win and reserve the remaining of the energy + 4 days of rest to welcome Dortmund as a fit and ready team ? Atalanta has been really poor and they are at 17th position currently. Their away form has not been fantastic either. Even their H2H against Juventus place them at an disadvantage. I do suspect they will simply play defensive for this round. Might back Atalanta hdp +2

Juve won against them in all 7 h2h games in the last three seasons (goal difference 17:2). Home team will be without Vidal (6g and 2ass) who missed a penalty in the last game, but their star Tevez (14g and 7ass) is back for this game. Atalanta have many missing players (Benalouane, Pinilla, Carmona, Cherubin, Estigarribia, Raimondi, Moralez, Biava) and I wouldn't trust them this time.

Seven of their nine home wins this season have been by at least two goals, and against an Atalanta side languishing towards the bottom of the table and missing several players I think the best way to conserve energy for the Dortmund match is to get into a strong position as quickly as possible so that the remainder of the the game can be played to a lesser intensity.

Juventus are the best team in Italian football this season and possibly even the world. If they can just get back to their utterly dominate ways then this club could go far for years to come. They are coming off 2 draws in their last 3 matches. However, they have established an important difference from second placed Roma (7 points). Tonight they want to grab an easy win, considering that on Tuesday they host Borussia Dortmund for Champions League. Atalanta on the other side, is placed 17th and tonight has nothing to lose. Only DUndee United , Ein Frankfurt, and Cambuur match this in Europe. What sets Sassuolo apart for me is that they manage to go both teams to score evenly in both halves. They have been 50% BTTS 1st half and 50% btts in the second half. It suggests a consistent style of play, irrespective of which half, and is a reasonable predictor for over 2.5 goals and BTTS. The BTTS here is priced as high as 1.91 williamhill, but more like 1.83 bet365. I like the BTTS bet for 4 units. Another , slightly more risky bet is the BTTS and over 2.5 goal bet. This is priced at 2.25 bet365. Will take a 1 unit bet here.

The derby was supposed to played on previous Saturday, but got postoponed due to bad weather. It's a huge game for the town of Genova, one of the biggest and more important derbies of the country. This year the rivalry gets even bigger, as both teams count 35 points and seem to have little differences. Sampdoria is coming from a winless strike of four games for Serie A (0-2-2), but is undefeated at home (5-6-0). Genoa on the other hand, is coming from two straight wins and seems in better condition. Last time out, the won 1-0 at Rome against Lazio. However, they lost the previous three away games. I see a draw tonight.
