Sandown 3:00 - Betvictor Tingle Creek Chase (Grade 1) In summary I have placed a bet on Somersby who looked very impressive last time out at Exeter when disposing of Cue Card very easily even if the Tizzard horse was not at his best. He jumped really well, travelled into the race strongly and picked up without having to work too hard so he should be fresh again tomorrow. He is a former course and distance winner also and he is bound to go very well. Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 1220 sandown 1pt win champagne at tara sp interesting that this 4 year old gelding makes his hurdling debut, after finishing 4th in a very good bumper, the winner of that race could be something special,he has already won a bumper and im hopeful he can make a winning hurdle debut, cost over a 100k for the mcmannus yard, with ap mccoy again taking the ride

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 2.05pm @ Aintree 'Vesper Belle' 14/1 (Bet Vic) Toughest race of the day it may be but this thing looks to me that it simply has to be involved in the finish granted a good ride and luck in running. It saw out an extreme distance last time in Ireland and was just pipped in what was also a very tough race. If it runs to that level of form tomorrow will be in the mix at the business end and with Mullins bringing it over from Ireland and Casey with it then you have to think they're serious about the chances of taking down a nice pot. 1 point win

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 1.40 Wetherby Imjoeking 7/4 Stan James BOG I was very impressed with Imjoeking on his first try over fences here a few weeks ago. He jumped well and looked a winner everywhere until the final few strides where he was caught by Mwaleshi. He should put his experience to use here and in he stands up should win. 1 Point win for nap purposes Imjoeking 7/4 Stan James BOG

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th Trainer Kevin Ryan loads just the one horse into the van and heads for Wolverhampton, the 2yr old gelding looked impressive here last time out be it a wee bit green, he was having a good look around on the home straight but still had the race well in control, he's not been seen in 29 days and if he turns up with any improvement in him the rest of the field just wont live with his pace. Trip - course - jockey booking - price all merit a Saturday night punt. 8:50 Wolverhampton - Distant Past. 1pt Win Bet @ 11/4 Bet365 & Paddy Power ''BOG''

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th S12.50 In By Midnight 1pt Win 12/1 Betvictor This one strikes me as being an unexposed, progressive sort with only 5 races to its name. The horse finished 2nd to the favourite last time out and that horse has bagged a few wins so that form looks pretty decent. The horse will be a little more street wise today having fluffed the last in that race when holding every chance. Once majpr plus for me though is the booking of top 5lb claimer Conor Shoemark which arguably means the horse is 2lb better off here to go one better.

8.50 Pound Piece win 6/1 bet365 Granted won off a low weight of 8-4 lto but in 2nd was a 95 rated horse so form looks decent over CD and in this grade. Up 6lbs for that but has proven Aw form with two 3/4L defeats on previous outings so handles the surface. Liam Jones been on most of career starts so knows the horse well Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 0.5 E/W 1.20 SANDOWN~BOURNE 12/1 BETFRED Strongly fancy this horse today. Gets into this race on a mark of 125 which he ran a decent third off lto las win was a year ago off 132 looks to be running back into form & trainers horse have hit top gear now and are flying. Cant see this horse being out of the first four here and trainer could have a very big saturday with loads of runners around the country.

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 13.50 Sandown: Hinterland, 11/2 Stan James, win Hinterland finally got off the mark over fences lto over c&d after some very good runs last season. Grandeout unseated at the last in that race but Hinterland would of won anyway. Today's race looks very competitive but Hinterland's price looks more than fair and he should go close.

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 3.00 Sandown - Captain Conan - win at 5/2 bog wm hill Taking this one to continue Henderson's big Saturday race wins He's got a perfect Sandown record - 3 out of 3 and moreover all 3 have been grade one races Although he often runs over further he's unbeaten at 2 miles, having won here and at Cheltenham over the minimum trip. Uphill finish seems to suit him as it brings his stamina into play He's also won first time out in both his jumps seasons to date Sire de Grugy is the improving horse but he looked a bit flat last time when beaten by Kid Cassidy. After the race his trainer said he didn't quite get up the hill and although he's won at Sandown his overall record suggests he's better on sharp or undulating tracks

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 335 Sandown: Alfie Spinner EW 15/2 BetVic Interesting horse that was mainly disappointing last season and trainer Nick Williams reckons the key to him improving and getting back on track is to front run with him. We certainly saw that helped on his only run this season and i think he can continue that form and this track is suited to a horse who can dictate, as long as he can jump well enough and could be hard to peg back today. Sound EW chance anyway.

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 13.40 Wetherby - Imjoeking - Win @ 6\4 PP BOG Made debut over course and distance 3 weeks ago when 2nd in a novice chase and will surely improve for the step up into open handicap company for 2nd run over fences today. Went into the tracker after that 1st run over fences and looks one to follow. Trainer Lucinda Russell must feel that he will be better than his handicap rating for him to go into open company after one run.

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th ROUDOUDOU VILLE 12.25 Ch 10/1 betfred 1pt win Liked the look of this big strapping animal when last seen at Chelt. Ran a cracker that day over the bigger obstacles off a mark of 145. When last seen at Chep he won by 15l going away. Has also won at the distance. Giles takes a handy 3lb off so if fit after a 2 year absence he could be primed for a big run.

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 1.10 WHeterby Going wrong. 8/1 lads This horse did not run well last time out. However Dan Skelton has banged in some winners in the last few weeks and certainly expected a better run from this one last time out. Im hoping that he runs much better today and if so is certainly good enough to win a race of this nature

Re: BBOTD > Saturday December 7th 2:05 Aintree. 1pt e/w Baby Run. Given Twiston Ba5tard's record in the race with older horses added to Baby Run's confirmed ability to jump the fences and the way he often travels in his races I think 20/1 is massive even given the near 700 day lay off. Sam wouldn't be on board if he didn't think it was in with a good shout and with question marks over a lot of his rivals jumping the field could well be thinned out sufficiently enough to make the 5 places seem almost like a penalty kick given the horses natural ability.
