ThemanwiththeSTATS
Lee Tomlin is out for 4-6 weeks for Peterborough so anybody who usually takes goals in the poshes games I would probably stay clear although you know the style won't change. harry_rag
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Any views on the Sheff Utd game. I'm on >2.5 home goals at 5/1 with Skybet on the basis of it being more like a 9/2 shot in my opinion. I arrived at that conclusion based on the spread prices and simplistic crunching of the teams' home and away stats this season and last. Have also had a very small bet on them to score >4.5 at 66/1 as that looks a bit big too, but with much less expectation of winning!
HastGill1
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Would certainly take Rotherham in some form at that price, they murdered Peterborough last week without being able to convert their opportunities, Brentford still showing a lot of inconsistency after the disappointing end to last season. Think Brentford look too short, Rotherham DNB would be the play.
smikkelmikkel
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Sheffield United - Crawley Town (X2) I'm going for the draw or away win because Sheffield is in the relegation zone, Crawley uppon the 8th place. Both teams looking are greedy for points, seeing the last results from Sheffield and Crawley, I see no way that Sheffield will win this game. AHughes
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Coventry at 23/20 at Stevenage with PP is one of the best value I have seen so far this season. Stevenage are awful conceding 10 goals in 3 games and Coventry have plenty of firepower in Leon Clarke and Calum Wilson should have well enough to overcome them

composite
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th How bad is Sheffield? At 1-1-7 their record is absolutely awful, and yet they're still favored in their matches such as today's match. Is there any reason not to bet big on Crawley? Alexc
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Lee Tomlin is out for 4-6 weeks for Peterborough so anybody who usually takes goals in the poshes games I would probably stay clear although you know the style won't change. They've signed Paul Taylor on loan from Ipswich though, who left them to go to Ipswich, and will fill the void, as he's a good player, so I don't think Tomlin will affect things too much. Might be worth laying Orient tomorrow. Don't have the stats to back it up, but usually when a side in the lower leagues starts the season on fire they don't respond to their first set back very well. Oldham's form is poor but that isn't really the point.
Johnny1
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th According to teamtalk colchester have 11 players out for the visit of wolves, surely that means they are going to struggle as wolves have won 3 and drawn 1 game away from home, scoring 6 and conceding 2,this looks too good to be true and it probably is but 4/5 bet 365 is good enough for me. RIOT88
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th I wiil support Wolves too. Colchester are without most of their regular players in attack, Wolves concede only 2 goals in their travels and kept clean sheet in last two games. I see value in Wolves win to 0 2.87 bet365. According to Soccerway they have only keept clean sheet last game, in the game against Port Vale (2013-08-31) Wolves did win with 3-1. The last 4 away games: 03/08/13 Preston - Wolverhampton 0-0 17/08/13 Bristol City - Wolverhampton 1-2 31/08/13 Port Vale - Wolverhampton 1-3 21/09/13 Shrewsbury Town - Wolverhampton 0-

The 25th of May
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Rotherham had 20 shots at goal last week and were very unlucky to lose. Apparently they were applauded off by their fans. Think Ferguson admitted they'd been fairly lucky to win. Do fancy Peterborough today though, Preston overachieving and Peterborough a far better side, draw a runner though,......

MPLouis
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th Peterborough v Preston Both teams are in great form. Johnny1
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th its quite fitting that leigh griffiths scored 2 goals to get us a good winner as he is a goal machine especially in league 1,ive raved about him before an will do again no doubt, wolves fans could you give us a heads up on a friday if you think he will start before every game, imo if he starts,he scores, 0-3 wolves :D

allthethings
Re: Sky Bet League 1 > October 4th & 5th I was reading about Peterborough's missings prior to the match, and I read that two players sent off were completing their three-match ban...I'm going to show my ignorance, but is it always a three-match ban for being sent off? I thought it was the match in which you were sent off and the next one, not two more.
