Yoshihito Nishioka to beat Sacha Zverev at 3.00 with Paddypower
Going against the favourite in this one as Sacha has had a lot of tennis played lately and coming from a different surface indoors and to change to outdoors can be a bit tricky as well as adapting to the timezone. Formwise this is all about Sacha, can he deliver? Will Yoshihito bend down like a chicken picking after the corn on the ground? I don't think so. He might have lost to Jason Jung last week in Kaohsiung challenger in straight sets but that was only a low profile tournament he probably did not care to mutch about.

Back Francesca Schiavone to beat Stefanie Voegele at 1.73 with Ladbrokes
Schiavone for me once again, as there was nothing wrong with how she defeated Cirstea in the previous round. Voegele is a bit more consistent than the Romanian, but she doesn't have as much quality right now and that's what should decide. While Schiavone isn't having a great season, Voegele is having a dreadful one, so to have the Italian above 1.53 here looks off to me.

1 PICK FOR THE ATP TIBURON CHALLENGER:

    SMITH-AREVALO 2-0 SETS @ 2 willhill
I watched the match they played last week, really was a one-sided match.
Arevalo is more of a clay court player.

They are dating for few months. You didn't hear about Kyrgios who said in match to Stan that Kokkinakis banged his girlfriend? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGk9nzhXGMk) He ment Vekic... Also Vekic is pretty bad since she started to date him

Back Thomas Fabbiano to beat Matthew Ebden at 1.83 with Bet365
Don't see anything in the main tournaments, so I'll go for one from the Shenzhen qualifiers - and it's going to be Fabbiano over Ebden. Not only do I rate the Italian as the better player of the two, but Ebden is also terribly undercooked going into this, as he's played just two matches since making his comeback from a recent injury. Good price for Fabbiano then imo.

Back Yoshihito Nishioka to beat Ilya Marchenko at 2.00 with Skybet
Good odds for Nishioka here imo. He's already crushed Marchenko once in this very season and he should have the pressure off with Daniel getting the first point, so I'm not even sure what makes him the underdog here. The Ukrainian might've had a better run in the US Open, but Nishioka is improving and he's had the better season before that, so I'm more than happy to go with the home player in this one.
Back Elias Ymer to beat Thiemo De Bakker at 2.25 with Bet365
This looks like one of those matches in which home conditions could decide the eventual result and that's why I'm going with Ymer here. Neither guys has been too impresive so far in this season, but De Bakker has perhaps underperformed a bit more given that he did have some actual expectations going into this season, while Ymer is still young and with plenty of time to prove his skills. Not sure how the conditions look like over in Sweden, but one would hope that they'll suit Ymer's style a bit more as well.

Back Jerzy Janowicz to beat Nikoloz Basilashvili at 1.57 with BetVictor
Janowicz is slowly getting back to his regular form, he's just won a Challenger in Janov where he beat Almagro in the finals, so I quite fancy his chances against Basilashvili, who's been very average in recent times. The home conditions are also bound to help Janowicz, so I'd have him somewhere around the 1.33 mark really.

Back Lauren Davis to beat Samantha Crawford at 1.53 with BetVictor
Crawford might have a fitting style for the surface that's on offer in Quebec, but I expect Davis to out-class her nonetheless, as she's done very well so far with three solid wins under her belt. She's now getting back to where she once was and she's always ad quite a bit of talent imo, while Crawford is just way too hit-or-miss right now. She was hitting the ball well against Bencic in the US Open, but she was poor before that and she didn't convince anyone in her match against Bonaventure either.

Champions League: Manchester City - Borussia Monchengladbach

Few coaches in this competition have as much Champions League experience as Pep Guardiola, in seven years as head coach, he is a perfect seven time semi finalist and two time winner. City made the semis last season and anything less this time round is likely to be seen as failure. Guardiola is not afraid to make the big decisions and Yaya Toure and Joe Hart were quickly made aware that their time had passed, John Stones, Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus, Ilkay Gundogan, Claudio Brava and Nolito were signed for a collective 200m € and the club have had a major make over. However, his biggest influence has been on the training pitch, where the work is said to have been on another level and it is easy to see that on the pitch, we are only four games in, but at times and in each, although perhaps not yet for 90 minutes, they have played football the like of which we have not seen before in the Premier League. It might seem very early to say that, but you only had to watch the opening 45 minutes of the Manchester derby on Saturday, through which they totally outclassed United, to realise how good they are, or rather, can be and this is only just the very beginning. The effect he has had on Raheem Sterling and John Stones is already apparent and tonight they will have a hungry and in form Sergio Aguero, who is serving a domestic ban, back in the line up.

BMG are two weeks behind in terms of real match fitness, a light year away with the respective squads and whilst they will have learned plenty from a group stage appearance, they will not take much confidence from the two games with City last season, both of which they lost , conceding six goals and the Manchester side look on a higher plane right now. BMG are coming off a 3-1 defeat at newly promoted Freiburg at the weekend, they went "full strength" there, with 10 of the 11 starters who faced Leverkusen on opening day and started well enough, led at the break, but fell apart late with some shambolic defending and this has the potential to get ugly tonight.

    Manchester City -1.5 ball 2.11 asian line/Sportmarket

4.0 for City to score four or more, something they did here at the Etihad in this fixture last season feels too big, given the offensive firepower of the hosts and how qucikly BMG crumbled on Saturday

Back Alla Kudryavtseva to beat Veronica Cepede at 1.57 with Paddy Power
Good price for Alla here imo, as Cepede is completely unproven indoors. I have probably only seen her twice, but I don't think that she's recently transformed her clay-court game to a solid hard-court and indoors-court one. What's more, Kudryavtseva has done quite well recently, even beating Osaka, Lepchenko and Mladenovic in Montreal.

What a great win by Kerbers opponent against Serena and has a serve which can trouble Kerber so Kerber will have to be at her best against an opponent who is on the top of her game and full of confidence from beating one of the greatest players of all time

Back L.Pouille/G.Monfils - Over 36.5 games at 1.90 with BetVictor
As much as I respect Monfils for keeping a perfect record here, I think that the line should be slightly higher here considering how resilient Pouille has been. There's always the risk of people self-destructing after a big win and I'm often trying to cash in when these situations arise, but the Frenchman is mature and he won by outplaying Nadal regularly, not by playing some incredible ball-bashing and getting luck. He might not be your idea of a fabulous player, but he's playing like a top 10 player at the moment and he should take Monfils close, even though I'd expect him to run out of fuel if this goes to the decider. I mean come on - this guy has already outplayed Bautista-Agut and Nadal here, he's not going to self-destruct mentally against Monfils, especially since he didn't self-destruct against him in last year's Australian Open (where they played a five-setter).

US Open Tennis: Agnieszka Radwanska - Ana Konjuh

Ana Konjuh bacame the youngest player in almost a decade to win a main tour event last year, she was a great junior, winning both the Australian and US Opens, that title here in New York was hard earned and she had to beat Ostapenko, Bellis and Chirico , three players who have made a huge impact in the seniors recently, just to make the semis. She has already faced today's opponent, the world number 4, Agnieszka Radwanska, at Wimbledon in the summer, losing 9-7 in the 3rd, even that scoreline doesn't quite tell the full story, Konjuh would have won had she not picked up an injury during the match and even then had match points, including one which hit the net and hung in the air for (seemingly) seconds before deciding to drop on the "wrong" side for the young Croatian.

We have not seen much of her since, but she won four matches in New Haven in build up and has looked good here and has been serving big, pretty much almost on a par with Naomi Broady who had Radwanska in trouble early in their second round match up, winning 30 of 40 points on first serve despite losing the second set 6-3. I have nothing but admiration for Radwanska who is the most intelligent of players and has an incredible defence and always plays to her strengths, but she is never going to blast anyone off court and I think there will be a few cheap points for Konjuh, who will mix things up and come to the net and she is not without a chance if she just does a little better with her second serve than she did at the All England Club. Agnie in three again would not surprise, but this total line could easily be covered in two and has to be the way to go.

Don't forget that Monfils was feeling some kind of pain against Baghdatis in Cincinnati and was about to retire through to end of first set. But then Baghdatis was so miserable that Monfils decided to go on and won the game 7-5, 6-0. Even half-injured Monfils bageled Baghdatis and I have no idea how Cypriot will cope with healthy, fully-prepared Monfils. Also worth to mention that Monfils have looked like the most focused version of himself in the last weeks. I have endless respect for Czech's tips but I cannot see a way to Baghy to steal a set from Frenchmen.

Also agree on Wozniacki. Madison wouldn't even be here if Osaka had enough charachter to hold on her serve twice. Japanese lost his control and temper totally after 5-3 and lost to not Keys but herself. On the other hand Woz was consistent through to all game against Niculescu. And playing against Keys is much much easier for her to play ag. Niculescu. Cause Woz naturally is a counter-puncher but she had to be offensive player at Niculescu's game. However she will play her natural game against American now and under these circumstances 2.94 is a must taken bet for me.

For me the beauty of men's major tennis is that it's over 5 sets. It removes the rough edges, and over such a long game, the better player normally prevails. Also, there is a latent effect of fatigue that accumulates. Just weird to see Simon go belly up yesterday. At one stage he dropped his serve 7 times in 9 tries, which say's he was carrying an injury. Dimitrov showed some heart

    4 Bankers for me.
Cilic over Sock. To much power, in a mismatch !
Del Potro over Ferrer especially after Ferrer went 5 sets yesterday. Del Potro cruised to easy/low stress victory yesterday.
Agut over Poullie . I liked Poullie to go far, but he's also had two brutal games back to back.  I thought he would walk over Chiudinelli, but he dug himself a big hole. Takes mega effort to get out of it. Agut has been rock solid , and should be much fresher.
Dimitrov , low priced against Sousa, but showed some serious heart to come back and win last 2 sets 64 62. For me it's a terrible match up for Sousa.

I think John Isner will struggle against Edmund. He's had a 5 setter and a 4 setter and there have been no easy sets in 9. Against Darcis, the trainer was on for knee trouble. Pity the weather is so mild today, because a hot day would push him into the red zone. For me Escobedo was a beautiful matchup for Edmund, a nice warm up for this game. Edmund to win it. He must stay out there and grind Isner down

On an offbeat note, I hope Kyrgios loses. For me he's a human cockroach , on the same level (or lower) as Tomic .  They disrespect the game, their opponents and themselves

Belinda Bencic to beat Johanna Konta at 2.20 with bet365
Belinda seems to be back to shape again since she impressed after beating Andrea Petkovic in straight sets. The head to head is 2-1 for Belinda after she's beaten Johanna last season in Eastbourne and once on hardcourt in Acapulco 2014. Johannas only win came in straight sets 2014 on the grass of Eastbourne. Maybe Johanna should have lost to Pironkova but she weathered the storm after a long injury break where she had problems with the heat I think. Against Belinda who seems to be back into some better form it should be even harder.

Back Marcos Baghdatis to beat Ryan Harrison at 1.73 with Skybet
I'm tremendously happy that Harrison upset Raonic, but this might be a bridge too far with a completely different obstacle at hand. Baghdatis isn't as one-dimensional as Raonic, he's going to mix and match things and that will really trouble the American in my opinion. I'm not saying that he's without a chance here, far from it, but I wouldn't have the Cypriot above 1.57 here.
Back Marin Cilic (-4.5) to beat Jack Sock at 1.91 with Paddy Power
This might be the highlight of the day on the men's side of things - or it might not considering how the forms of the two contrast. Cilic is flying high and he might even be a legitimate contender for the title in all honesty, while Sock could've easily lost against Fritz in the first round before getting a cake draw in the second. The Croat should take this and I think that he's going to take it easily enough as well more often than not.
Back Rafael Nadal (-7.5) to beat Alexander Kuznetsov at 1.91 with Paddy Power
Kuznetsov might have been able to keep things close against Nadal a couple of times in the past, but that was against the struggling version of Nadal, not against this rejuvenated one. The Spaniard is once again starting to peak and, while I don't know how well he will do against top opposition, his game works wonders against the more average of players and I can't see the Russian stopping him right now.
Back Roberta Vinci (-3.5) to beat Carina Witthoeft at 1.73 with BetVictor
Fair play to Witthoeft for getting here, but I'm afraid that Vinci could be a little bit of a nightmare for her with her tricky playing style that Witthoeft doesn't have much experience playing against. I was surprised to see Vinci crushing McHale and it does show that she's on a roll right now, so I'll give her a go on the games handicap here.
Back Caroline Wozniacki (-3.5) to beat Monica Niculescu at 1.75 with BetVictor
What a match Wozniacki played against Kuznetsova - it was her best performance for a very long time and that deserves a lot of respect. She will now be facing one of her best match-ups in Monica Niculescu and, considering that she's 12-0 against her in terms of sets, I think that she'll be able to get the job done comfortably. It's also worth noting that Niculescu had a medical timeout for whatever reason against Bogdan.
Back Naomi Osaka to beat Madison Keys at 6.00 with Ladbrokes
Upset special for the day and one that has a realistic chance of coming in imo considering that anything can happen when two ball-bashers meet. Both Keys and Osaka can hit the ball with raw power and serve well, so, if Osaka can get stuck in early on, she could have every chance of winning with Keys getting nervous and everything. The American also seemed to be struggling with some medical issues in the first round and those might appear once again if she gets pushed, so I feel that 6.00 is a bit too much against her.
Back Emilio Gomez (+3.5) to beat Nicolas Kicker at 1.83 with Paddy Power
Might be a bit strange to bet on Challenger when there's a Grand Slam going on, but there you go, I think that there's value in this one, as Kicker seemed to be tiring in the previous round, which is understandable considering that it's been tough for him having to travel from New York and adapt to completely different conditions. He nearly lost against a much weaker opponent than Gomez, who seems to be firing nicely right now, so I expect him to keep it tight at the very least.

A couple of match bets for tomorrow.
Marcos Baghdatis to beat Ryan Harrison @ 1.80 1xBet
Harrison got arguably the win of his career against Raonic in the last round and backing it up is often a tough proposition so I'll go against the American in this one. Baghdatis has plenty of experience and looks in good touch just now, only losing in recent times when losing was expected. The win against Paire was a good one considering the talent the Frenchman has, and Baghdatis will need to play well again to get the better of Harrison whose form during this hard court swing has been formidable. The Cypriot often raises his game for the big tournaments though and I think he'll have enough to edge this.
Anastasija Sevastova to beat Kateryna Bondarenko @ 2.18 5Dimes
I'd imagine this has been priced up on the basis of the previous meeting between these two at the start of the year, but personally I would have Sevastova as the favourite here. Her win against Muguruza was impressive, although it has to be said that the Spaniard seems to still be in the midst of a French Open hangover, whilst Bondarenko laboured against Zheng. Both players have spent time away from Tennis and the fact that they both chose to come back shows their desire, but right now I think Sevastova is the more talented player and so I'm happy to back her at odds against.
