  2. Bet 40. Djokovic to beat Rublev @ 1.05
  3. Although it might be better than the current situation, which is analogous to going into the shop to find items at prices you like, only to be told that the shop won't sell them to you.
  4. I can see your thinking here, but as it seems to be analogous to paying a fee to get into a shop to buy the items they have for sale I think I'd rather just use the exchanges.
  5. Bet 39 won. Next stake £1365.88
  6. Bet 39. Djokovic to beat Wawrinka @ 1.05
  7. Bet 38 won. Next stake £1302.08
  8. Bet 38. Swiatek to beat Linette @ 1.05
  9. McDonald lost to Schwartzman last week on grass. That's a terrible result and whilst this is a new week, Cerundolo is deceptively good on grass despite the perception that he's a clay court specialist.
  10. As I said to @harry_rag you're overthinking my meaning and intent. I'm not suggesting anything untoward on this thread, merely highlighting the possibility. Also, as has been suggested here on numerous occasions and as you've just mentioned, L15's can work in favour of the punter and not the bookie. I used the example of accas - and even then as I've said before there are situations where they can be worth taking - and I did that because accas are generally terrible value and generate a lot of profit for bookies. You wouldn't necessarily know that though, because every time a punter wins five figures from a 10p bet it's plastered all over bookie advertising - never mind that the bookie took six figures worth of bets from all the other losing accas, that never gets mentioned. You seem to have read what I wrote as an attack on you and others on the thread and also L15's which was not what I was doing and not what I meant.
  11. She's not comfortable on grass and she's said as much. That might be something to do with it.
  12. If I've written a joke somewhere above @MCLARKE I must have missed it.
  13. Just because you say it, it doesn't make it true
  14. You've overthought it way too much Harry. The things you've suggested weren't in my mind at all.
  15. Confused @harry_rag why's that.
  16. It's also not hard to imagine bookies actually using this site either. After all, nobody knows who anybody else is do they. Taking that idea a stage further, they may use the site to spread to propagate ideas that suit them - for example, how accas are always better than singles.
  17. It all evens out of course, but it's like a big raspberry blowing in your face when the only player out of about 20 at the top of the leader board is over par and it's the one you backed. Reavie must have had a shocker of a round bearing in mind the numbers that all the other players around him posted.
  18. Reavie can jog on. Only player on the leaderboard over par
  19. I'm backing Reavie at 4.1 on the exchanges. Bradley looks short enough and Cantlay doesn't convince me when it comes to the final day of any tournament - Sunday Tiger Woods he is not. It's hard to see the winner coming from outside those three though and I think Reavie is the play.
  20. It evens out in the end. You can't seriously think that retirements only ever go against you.
  21. Djokovic normally plays grass exhibitions before Wimbledon. He played a warm-up tournament a few years back, but that was after the French Open debacle against Cecchinato. In normal times he's never played grass tournaments before Wimbledon as far as I'm aware.
  22. @Smiles Tennis As the pool of grass matches is that much smaller than other surfaces I'm wondering how valid your system is for this surface. As an example, Lisicki has historically been very good on grass, but hasn't been a factor at all on the main tour for quite a few years now. I appreciate that backing Lisicki might also have to do more with opposing Garcia and her record on the grass, but at the same time for me this is where systematic betting can fall down as Lisicki's data is surely out of date and not much use when assessing her chances today. Anyway, best of luck with what you're doing and I hope it's successful.
  23. Australian bets have always been different. Years ago Betfair operated a separate wallet which you had to move money into to bet on anything taking place in Australia. Now that's gone but as you previously alluded to, the commission for Australian bets remains higher than other bets. My understanding is it has to do with betting tax, although I might be wrong about that.
  24. 1. Hovland 10000 2. Spieth 9200 3. Hatton 8900 4. Si Woo Kim 7300 5. McCarthy 7200 6. Henley 7100
  25. Use Resolver @dmatt1 if you have a problem getting funds back. It takes a long time, but it works - at least in my experience.
