    How much do you use/should I use the RP spotlights on their cards?

    Depends really ..... I do go through periods of laziness and hard work 

    When I'm in a lazy period I tend to use the RP Comments a lot if only to narrow down the field to a handful which I'll then have a quick look at the form. The advantage of this is that I can look at a lot of races

    When I'm feeling more enthusuastic I start with the form and do each horse in turn, making notes, ........ then I might look at the comments to see if I have missed anything obvious. The trouble with this approach is that it does take me an hour or 90 minutes to 'do a race' which means I have to spend time picking the right race before I start as I'm probably only looking at one race a day in detail. I find I can't keep this up for days on end and then I lapse back into lazy mode

    I can't seem to find a happy medium ...... ?

    Today I'm doing Leipzig and doubling it up with Midtyjlland in Denmark (live on Freesports, 3pm kick off)

    Even the double still comes to odds on but i'm geting an interest in two TV games so the odds don't bother me much

    Looks like I have a few qualifiers to work around.

    The BHA site appears to be missing the last 2 races ..... the Racing Post has 10 races on the card

    Reminder that in between the Newcastle races the French 1000 and 2000 Guineas are being run at Deauville on Monday afternoon .... should be on Sky Sports during the Newcastle coverage

    And a four fold 'Over 1.5' goals on the 4 BL2 matches

    all 3 bets pay about 5/2 to 11/4 so if one wins I'll come out a bit ahead

    all lost ........... 

    Oh well, back in the saddle !

    I'm covering all tonights games in BL1 and BL2 in doubles and trebles with 'Over 1.5' goals in two trebles and a 'Over 2.5' goals in a double in the Leipzig and Hoffenheim games

    Given that Racing has made such detailed preparations I expect they must have been given the nod behind the scenes

    As the Government is getting so much flak for being late into lockdown compared to other countries I think they are just nervous about easing restrictions and having a second surge of deaths...... then they'd be getting flak for being too early out of lockdown !

    That's probably why they want to wait until the last minute before making a public announcement ...... just to make sure the 'graphs' are still on a downward trend
