sajtion got a reaction from NoFear in UK Midweek > Apr 4th & 5th
leeds have taken a confidence knock in loss against reading and somehow i think they won't bounce back so quickly. i must oppose them here.
i am liking wigan to beat ipswich. ipswich can't win 8 draws in 10 games is ridiculous. i don't know what tactics they are playing but i am pretty sure they are not trying to win games. wigan should not be in relegation zone. they very good against newcastle even though lost. they will beat ipswich
i'd like to back fulham but it's far from certain in my head. they will be happy to in play offs but i just fear they will concede and that always brings a possibility of draw
bristol city, blackburn, nottingham forest have a lot to play for. they will all be under pressure to get a results

i don't see it that way. if it was premiership club than i'd think maybe but this is league two. their recent run has been abysmal conceding 3, 4 and even 5 goals and pretty much have been bad all season consistently.

i can't see man utd winning due to number injuries they have. they are going to be without fellaini, rooney, smalling, jones, pogba, ibrahimovic, mata. that's pretty whole backbone of the team. without these players they are poor defensively, lack creativity and carry no threat going forward. west brom beat arsenal last time and can beat man utd and at 12/1 it's nice freebie from the bookies

well obviously with leyton orient manager departing and team being in absolute disarray i think wycombe has a good chance to win. i wasn't confident in rochdale anymore. they are conceding ridiculous amount of goals and i would hate to see another goal fest from them particularly if it ended in draw. i underestimated exeter a little bit because they are decent side and against mansfield it could be close match so i decided stevenage is better choice considering they are pushing for promotion and motivation should be in no doubt. they look strong at home winning all their matches since turn of the year.

it's difficult after international break to select teams as one has to remember that all managers have had two weeks to prepare tactics, rest players and motivation won't be in short supply. the low odds can be quite deceiving especially on top clubs which players have been on international duty. this is typical time when unexpected results could happen and it's same for pretty much all leagues. it's probably best to bet on the goals market

i'm gonna have to edit my accumulator for this week so instead of mansfield and rochdale which i said in earlier post i am going to include wycombe and stevenage so now my acca now look's like this
tottenham, chelsea, huddersfield, doncaster, blackpool, plymouth, bolton, southend, wycombe, stevenage
£30 returns £15000

i feel a lot of home victories in this round.
i'm going with this acca's this weekend and hopefully teams will be rested and no one complacent. this is the business end of games now and surely stronger teams are going to want to stay in promotion and play off places so...
tottenham, chelsea, huddersfield, doncaster, blackpool, mansfield, plymouth, rochdale, bolton, southend
stake £40 returns £15.000

i'm not sure about your concept. you don't have to be from particular country to select the best one team. i follow all leagues equally and i don't like the word banker as i can pick more than one team from each league who i think has 70-80% chance to win in my head and odds may vary from low to high. if i was playing singles as much as acca's i would be winning 90 percent of times but it's risky as i don't want bookies limiting my future stakes. i think we should have a weekly accumulator thread so everyone can give their top 2-3 picks from top fives league in europe and combine them in their acca at their own discretion. let's try it out.
i will give you mine and others feel free to contribute. let's nail this accumulator
premier league
tottenham, southampton,
bundesliga
leverkusen,
serie a
roma, fiorentina, torino
ligue 1
marseille, lyon
la liga
atletico madrid, sevilla, real sociedad
£20 returns £3000

i'm going to try this accumulator this week. i've been predicting between 80 - 90 right previous weeks. i need some luck to get all right though.
sheff utd, rochdale, bolton, leyton orient, blackpool, mansfield, exeter, carlisle, luton, portsmouth
£10 returns £10.000

you probably didn't have as many as me this season. it's getting near hundred mark

more accas from me but this time i am staying away from mansfield, colchester and few others who screwed me over last time. the only bad thing this weekend is too many short odd favorites and difficult to spot upsets. i just gotta go with them and hope for the best. if they all come in then it's no problem
my selection
crystal palace, cardiff, newcastle, qpr, bolton, rochdale, fleetwood, millwall, bradford, plymouth, grimsby, doncaster
stake £15 returns £12.000
any opinions welcome

carlisle and colchester have switched off again and must be opposed and exeter have been complacent in past two matches. i hope they take this one seriously. scunthopre was darn unlucky not to win over the weekend. i have never seen three penalties give in ten minutes. bolton is obvious choice, southend to beat poor coventry and maybe oldham and bristol rovers, brentford. my acca is slowing coming together. i would advise other punters to stay away from sheffield utd and portsmouth. it's not worth getting involved in these two

i am spoiled for choice this week. i think there are some good matches this weekend. let's hope i have picked the right ten. just for fun
everton - still have a chance of europa league and lukaku to get back on scoring and at home very strong
west ham - bournemouth concede too many and haven't won in a while, west ham looking better recently
cardiff - i don't believe in zola project. he seems clueless and why is the management sticking with him
barnsley - they had tough run against some big opponents and ipswich can't win although are hard to beat...hmmm
newcastle - fulham conceded a lot but they will probably have a go but newcastle should come out on top and have beaten some good teams in recent weeks
morecambe - surely this is a type of game they should bag three points. i don't often like to get involved in when yeovil games i don't know much about them but i know they can frustrate teams with lots of draws...hmmm
exeter - accrington are still iffy in my opinion although have looked alright recently but exeter have a bit more class and play at home
doncaster - surely going to get back to winning again. they are leaders in division so no pressure
carlisle v cambridge - btts - both love to attack so no brainer
peterborough v oxford - btts - both attacking teams and again easy decision
maybe i should swap morecambe, exeter, barnsley but i don't know. is it better option to maybe swap them with wigan, leeds, huddersfield? what does everyone else think?
£10 returns £10.000

i watched malaga last weekend and they were labouring hard. they never looked like scoring. alavas has taken points of atletico madrid, sevilla, valencia and beaten villarreal. they have some agile pacy players and it worth a punt on them
real sociedad odds will drop even further by weekend. they are close to champions league places and athletico bilbao are just not as good on their travels as their are at home. they haven't won or scored in their last five away games. it's easy call for home win
i'm liking villarreal to win here due to celta vigo playing europa league on thursday. the guest will tire them and grind them down and probably win 0-2
sevilla, valencia, barcelona, atletico madrid need no reasoning unless you're backing against them

sajtion got a reaction from StevieDay1983 in Week > Mar 8th - 12th
there is too much at stake for both teams. neither team can't afford to lose points especially hull but both will see it as winnable match. i can see both scoring but i'm definitely taking score draw here either 1-1 or 2-2

fulham and leeds seems like a match where both could find the back of the net but ending in a draw. it's a match where neither side will want to drop any points
i got to back aston villa while huddersfield are down and aston villa on the rise. i expect huddersfield to hold a lot of the ball possession but tiredness will eventually catch up with them due to playing third match in six days.
sheff wed looks like an easy banker but i am not too sure. i expect them to be motivated because another three points for them will put them in commanding positions in play offs positions but burton have been very tight at the back and have kept to clean sheets in last three games. can they do sheff wed on counter attack. it may be worth a punt
sheff utd seem like another good pick and should be beating oxford who won't fancy playing them considering they didn't even get on the scoresheet after their midweek cup game. this match is coming around too soon for them and i can't see them scoring here either

i think cardiff can bounce back but just gotta score the first goal. blackburn are hard to break down until they concede but when they do they will open up and are easy to pick off. my head is saying 1-2 to cardiff

Wow. My Saturdays have been AWFUL for 2 weeks.
Morecambe truly shat the bed today. Where on earth did that performance come from?
Not even Forfar came in
To be honest League One and Two today has been a nightmare for punters.

i don't know why bookies are making southampton favorite. i am very happy to take watford, swansea, leicester in a treble. i would love to see middlesborough nick a narrow victory against stoke so i might consider a handicap on them.

i think celta vigo is not going to be prepared for this osasuna side. the visitors are very adventurous and could cause them lots of problems they are not shy on goals either scoring 11 in last six games. i'm big stakes on osasuna to win this one. i will stake £250 and hopefully get a nice return of £1500. god have mercy

villarreal odds are too high. they have very good defensive record in league so they are worth backing on handicap.
