As highlighted in Notebook Horses Barati runs at Longchamp 435 it is 2/1, i wont mind betting it ends up evens

Some pretty decent races in france (longchamp) today, Fabre has a strong hand in many the only problem is they are usually very bad value so its wise to look for the "false" prices and punt against them, one that stuck out last night was Acer Alley who looked very smart on occasions last year and 12/1 represents good value in my opinion.

  2. Speed figures for today

    132 muss value theory          7/1

    225 newb symphony perfect 16/1

    300 newb perfect power         7/4

    520 newb Valsad                    11/1

last month i highlighted a horse that ran at maydan in a race in which was won by Manobo in an incredible time,

the horse in question was 6l back in forth at 66/1 stepped up in trip, after the race i highlighted it on here and recomended it be backed if not at meydan but when it returns to these shores. the horse runs today 314 Musselburgh at a nice price of 10/1 ENEMY

wins easily, nothing is better than watching and noting races

As in the very next ITV race?

I was overrun at work, so didnt get back to.it till near 5. It didn't seem to indicate you have a free bet lying it read more you bet on the next race and if it doesnt win you get your moneyback (not sure if its cash or free bet equivalent), so I didnt want to risk losing a cash bet that I may have missed out on.

TV races only......to be clear if your horse wins at 4/1 or higher and you bet £5 on it you then put £5 on the very next race if it loses they will give you your £5 back (not in credits) if you back the winner of the last tv race then your free £5 will carry over until the next TV race (it might even be a week later)

There's talk of doing an all weather course at Newmarket although one down South West would be more appropriate , not sure where though ?

funny thing is that there is a big gap around manchester and to the north of manchester, you would think that is a big area with no course and a big population.

Very many thanks for your very considerate thoughts; they are much appreciated.

I purposely record my transactions so that other users on PL are forewarned not to follow me unless and until I produce a strategy that works.  I can't help being me and I will never paper trade anything (apart form a roulette method that I play around with from time to time).  It is all part of the fun for me.

I believe that I will not lose money from now on with my new strategy.  It is -4.06 points but I feel that it will definitely improve and make money.  I will continue with it throughout April.

Just as important to me is the amount of time I spend on my racing selections.  I am now able to spend far less time in arriving at my selections. I don't have lots of time to spend on this activity anymore as I am now looking after my wife 24/7.

It is of little concern to me if I lost my whole betting bank, though it would hurt my pride.  People blow a lot more money on holidays than I lose in any one year so and I get a lot more hours of entertainment than they do (though very frustrating  at times).

Many thanks once again for showing concern.

I get what you are saying about your bank and losing it, My brother spends more on a night out than i spend in a week on betting and you are correct its a good hobby, most hobbys cost money at least we can make a bit of money now and again, my one critisism of the way you bet is that it seems to be based around everything except your own opinions ie paper pundits, tipsters etc etc, and for me your selections are generally too short in price, i like trixies and lucky 15 but heres the thing i rarely put favs on them, they are usually small stakes ie £6 total (lucky 15, 50p or £1 trixies) they are usually bigger price selections then if i get a double its good profit, treble is exceptional and once in a blue moon all 4 is a years salary, but saying all that most of my winnings come from win singles. But the bottom line is if you are happy with your hobby win lose or draw then thats all that matters really.

  6. Don't underestimate the french runners a few years ago they mopped up on aw finals day most at silly prices.

when i looked at the races again i thought that the uk runners played into their hands dawdled along and the french who prefer to finnish with a late rattle did just that. although that was at lingfield where at the time it was quite difficult to win from the front and the jockeys knew it, thats why they dawdled.

honour and pleasure wins at 2/1 ep

    bouttemont                 wins at 12/1 ep

    racking up profits here.

    3yo races tomorrow

    225 ribhi                      10/3

    335 rishes baar            10/1

445 educator                5/2 (Miles ahead on my figures)

Shocking race the 225 Ribhi wasn't given a chance, that looked like schooling in public to me, I rate Tregoning far higher than Crowley who I think is a moderate rider.

Riches baar       to bad to be true

Educator           got me out of jail (just)
